Este o varianta vegana, cremoasa si reconfortanta, perfecta pentru o masa rapida si satioasa de pranz sau de cina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A fost o zi destul de rece cand am preparat reteta asta pentru prima data, asa ca aveam nevoie de ceva care sa ma incalzeasca si sa imi dea o senzatie de confort. Imi doream un fel de mancare cu mult sos, cremos si, bineinteles, super delicios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asa ca am incercat in sfarsit pasta fagioli, o reteta pe care o aveam in plan de ceva timp. A iesit atat de bine incat toate portiile au disparut in cateva minute. Eu folosesc 350 g de fasole alba din conserva, deja fiarta, ca sa scurtez timpul de preparare. Daca preferi fasole uscata, las-o la inmuiat peste noapte si fierbe-o separat inainte sa o adaugi in oala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pastele<\/strong> sunt cele scurte, tip melci, in cantitate de 280 g. Se gatesc direct in oala, in sos si supa, asa ca absorb tot gustul. Verifica eticheta daca vrei sa pastrezi reteta vegana, deoarece unele paste contin ou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dovleceii<\/strong> &#8212; doi dovlecei taiati felii &#8212; aduc o nota proaspata si textura placuta. Ii calesc la inceput, impreuna cu ceapa si usturoiul, ca sa se rumeneasca usor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Rosiile decojite si zdrobite<\/strong> dintr-o conserva formeaza baza sosului. Impreuna cu cei 500 ml de apa si 1 L de supa de legume, creeaza acel sos cremos si abundent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Busuiocul proaspat<\/strong> &#8212; doua linguri &#8212; da aroma italieneasca autentica. O parte se adauga in timpul fierberii, iar restul la final, pentru un gust mai intens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Condimentele<\/strong> &#8212; frunza de dafin, fulgii de ardei iute, piperul negru si sarea &#8212; echilibreaza sosul si ii dau caldura. Pastele vor absorbi din sos pe masura ce stau, asa ca la reincalzire poti adauga putina apa sau supa de legume ca sa redai consistenta cremoasa. Incalzeste-o la foc mic, amestecand din cand in cand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca vrei sa o pregatesti din timp, iti recomand sa fierbi sosul cu fasole si legume separat si sa adaugi pastele abia la momentul servirii, ca sa ramana al dente.
