Este vegana, se prepara repede si iese aurie si crocanta. Perfecta pentru un pranz cald de sezon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sunt o mare fana a mancarurilor de sezon si cred ca cea mai buna metoda de a ne bucura cu adevarat de fiecare anotimp este sa folosim cat mai multe ingrediente care cresc in mod natural in acea perioada a anului. Mi-am creat deja un &#8220;ritual&#8221;: la fiecare final de saptamana ma duc la piata sa-mi fac provizii de fructe, legume si seminte. Asa sustii si economia locala, fiindca micii fermieri castiga atunci cand alegi pietele in loc de supermarketuri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desigur, placintelele mele de astazi au mai mult decat dovleac si atat. Tot ce trebuie sa faci pentru a obtine cea mai buna placinta sarata cu dovleac este sa urmezi pasii mei detaliati. Alege un dovleac de copt, cu miez portocaliu intens si dens (tip Hokkaido sau placintar), nu unul apos. Cand il cumperi, ridica-l in mana: trebuie sa fie greu pentru marimea lui, iar coaja sa fie tare si fara pete moi. Taie cubulete mici si egale, ca sa se gateasca uniform in cele cateva minute de calire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Morcov<\/strong> &#8212; aduce dulceata si culoare alaturi de dovleac. Marunteste-l marunt sau da-l prin razatoare, ca sa se inmoaie in acelasi timp cu dovleacul si sa nu ramana tare in placinta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ceapa si usturoi<\/strong> &#8212; baza de gust a umpluturii. Calirea lor pana devin translucide e pasul care scoate dulceata din ceapa si imblanzeste usturoiul; nu sari peste el si nu-l grabi la foc prea mare, altfel usturoiul se arde si devine amar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mazare proaspata sau congelata<\/strong> &#8212; merge la fel de bine si congelata, nu trebuie dezghetata in prealabil. O adaugi la final ca sa ramana verde si frageda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Spanac<\/strong> &#8212; o mana de frunze proaspete, adaugata la final. Se face foarte repede de la caldura amestecului, asa ca il pui ultimul si imediat iei oala de pe foc, ca sa nu se inmoaie excesiv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Faina<\/strong> &#8212; doar doua linguri, presarate peste legume si prajite scurt inainte de a turna supa. Acest pas mic e cel care leaga umplutura: faina gatita in grasime ingroasa lichidul si transforma supa intr-un sos cremos in loc de zeama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Supa de legume sau apa<\/strong> &#8212; lichidul care fierbe umplutura. Supa de legume da mai multa aroma decat apa simpla, dar ambele functioneaza. Tine cont ca supa cumparata poate fi sarata, asa ca potriveste sarea la final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Aluat pentru placinte<\/strong> &#8212; eu l-am cumparat congelat. Lasa-l sa se dezghete complet la frigider sau pe blat inainte de a-l intinde, ca sa nu crape. Cu el scapi de framantat si placinta se face mult mai repede.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ulei de masline, paprika, cimbrisor, sare si piper<\/strong> &#8212; uleiul de masline e grasimea in care calesti totul, iar paprika si cimbrisorul dau caldura si nota de toamna umpluturii. O reincalzesti cel mai bine in cuptor sau in airfryer, ca sa-si recapete crusta crocanta; la microunde aluatul se inmoaie. Tocmai de aceea e o reteta perfecta de luat la pachet pentru pranzul de la birou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Poti pregati umplutura din timp si o tii la frigider, urmand sa asezi aluatul si sa coci placinta in ziua respectiva.
