Dar mancarea mexicana? Daca ambele raspunsuri au fost &#8220;da&#8221;, atunci va veti indragosti cu siguranta de aceasta quinoa mexicana! Incercati-o si nu veti regreta!<\/em><\/p><p>In ziua de azi, una dintre cele mai mare griji ale noastre este sa gasim timpul necesar pentru a manca corect si sanatos. Acest lucru este valabil in special pentru cei care lucreaza full-time, iar deseori se intampla ca restaurantele fast-food si comandatul acasa sa fie la ordinea zilei. Bineinteles, eu nu judec! Si recunosc chiar ca si mie mi se intampla cateodata sa procedez asa. Daca ma intrebati pe mine, acest lucru nu ar putea fi mai departe de adevar! Desi nu am sa neg faptul ca exista multe retete care necesita un timp indelungat de preparat si gatit, de cele mai multe ori nu este cazul.<\/p><p>Incerc adesea sa inlatur acest mit prezentandu-va pe acest blog retete rapide si hranitoare, care pot fi puse laolalta<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-cuscus\/\">in doar cateva minute<\/a><\/strong>. Nu este nevoie sa va faceti griji daca va aflati in mijlocul unei saptamani pline, caci unele retete sunt chiar mai rapide decat comandatul mancarii de la un restaurant! Vorbesc despre quinoa mexicana! Va spun din start: va veti indragosti de aceasta reteta. De asemenea, este foarte convenabil de facut in timpul saptamanii, deoarece se pastreaza bine la frigider si poate fi luat cu usurinta la pachet a doua zi. Deci, v-am convins, nu-i asa? Nici nu mai trebuie sa va faceti griji pentru pranzul sau cina de maine acum!<\/p><p>Cred ca <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-quinoa\/\">quinoa este o alegere perfecta<\/a><\/strong> ca baza pentru acest fel de mancare. Incasii, unii dintre primii oameni care au cultivat quinoa, credeau ca acest aliment este sacru si il venerau chiar &#8211; va vine sa credeti? Nu stiu cine se mai califica astazi drept &#8220;venerator&#8221; de quinoa, insa recunosc ca si eu folosesc acest aliment foarte, foarte des!<\/p><p>Si poate va intrebati de ce este quinoa inca atat de populara? Ei bine, pe scurt: pentru ca este super gustoasa si super sanatoasa! Am numit acest preparat ca fiind &#8220;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bucataria-mexicana\/\">mexican<\/a><\/strong>&#8221; entru ca am folosit un mix mexican super bun de legume si condimente. Ardei gras rosu, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-fasole-neagra\/\">fasole<\/a><\/strong>, ceapa rosie, chimion &#8230; stiti despre ce vorbesc. Toate aceste ingrediente se combina intr-un preparat perfect echilibrat, care contine toate aromele mexicane care ne plac.<\/p><p>Urmati pasii acestei retete (care sunt foarte simpli, apropo) si pur si simplu va veti indragosti de acest fel de mancare! Ultima oara cand am preparat quinoa mexicana a fost acum cateva seri, cand am gatit-o <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-cartofi-dulci\/\">pentru o cina<\/a><\/strong> la care am invitat cativa prieteni. In mai putin de o ora toata quinoa este ca si disparuta!
