Reteta de supa cu orez salbatic de astazi este una dintre preferatele mele si-mi place atat de mult tocmai datorita consistentei groase si a aromelor minunate pe care le imbina. Iar prin &#8220;exotic&#8221;, ma refer la faptul ca orezul salbatic nu este folosit foarte des la noi in Romania.<\/p><p>In ciuda faptului ca este chiar mai gustos si mai hranitor, nu multi oameni de la noi obisnuiesc sa-l introduca in retetele lor. Pe scurt, aceasta reteta este tot ce ai putea cere de la o supa. Este calda, hranitoare, nutritiva, cremoasa si incredibil de gustoasa. De asemenea, este foarte usor de pregatit si se pastreaza bine la frigider, ceea ce o face ideala si pentru un meal prep de weekend.<\/p><p>Treizeci de minute de gatit pentru (aproximativ) cinci zile de fericire. Eu zic ca este un schimb corect! Puteti sa o incalziti si sa o serviti ori de cate ori doriti in zilele urmatoare si este perfecta si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-pranz-pachet\/\">pentru luat la pachet<\/a><\/strong>, pentru pranzul de la birou &#8211; trebuie doar sa o tineti departe de colegii vostri: odata ce vor simti mirosul, o inghititura nu va fi suficienta! \ud83d\ude42 Glumesc doar, desigur. Exista multe informatii destul de interesante despre acest ingredient gustos!<\/p><p>De exemplu, stiati ca orezul salbatic nu este inrudit cu orezul normal? Da, da, este corect! La fel ca si orezul, el este samanta unei plante acvatice &#8211; dar orezul si orezul salbatic nu sunt deloc inrudite! Acest lucru se datoreaza faptului ca are un continut scazut de calorii si un continut ridicat de nutrienti.<\/p><p>Este, de asemenea, o sursa excelenta <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/proteinele-in-dieta-vegana\/\">de proteine vegetale<\/a><\/strong>. Am ales un amestec de ingrediente si condimente care sa satisfaca chiar si cel mai mofturos degustator (inclusiv <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-vegane-pentru-copii\/\">copii<\/a><\/strong>!), asa ca promit ca aceasta reteta va fi un succes <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-mancare-de-post\/\">pentru intreaga familie<\/a><\/strong>! Asadar, tot ce trebuie sa faceti este sa gasiti ingredientele si 30 de minute libere (maxim) si veti obtine un preparat minunat de care va veti bucura si in urmatoarele zile.<\/p><p>Sa ne indreptam catre bucatarie acum &#8211; pot deja sa simt gustul acestei delicioase supe! Va invit sa adunati tot ce aveti nevoie si sa urmati instructiunile mele de mai jos. Si cel mai important &#8211; bucurati-va de aceasta masa minunata alaturi de cei dragi si nu uitati sa-mi spuneti si mie cum v-a iesit!&nbsp;<\/p><div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div
