Este 100% vegana si de post, perfecta pentru zilele reci cand ai nevoie de ceva cald si satios intr-un singur bol. Orezul salbatic ii da o textura placuta si un aspect aparte, iar laptele de cocos o transforma intr-o supa catifelata, fara pic de smantana sau lactate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una dintre partile mele preferate la anotimpurile reci este compatibilitatea lor absolut perfecta cu <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-cu-tortilla\/\">supele calde<\/a>. Reteta aceasta de supa cu orez salbatic este una dintre preferatele mele si-mi place atat de mult tocmai datorita consistentei groase si a aromelor minunate pe care le imbina. Are boabele lungi, inchise la culoare, si o textura mai ferma, usor &#8220;al dente&#8221;, chiar si dupa fierbere. Exact asta il face atat de potrivit pentru supa: nu se face pasta si nu se dizolva, ci ramane cu un miez placut care da consistenta. Pentru reteta poti folosi orez salbatic pur sau un mix de orez salbatic cu orez brun ori basmati, asa cum gasesti mai usor in magazine. Daca folosesti un mix, tine cont ca partea de orez salbatic fierbe mai incet decat celelalte soiuri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientele de care ai nevoie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lista de ingrediente este simpla si toate se gasesc usor. Iata cateva lucruri pe care merita sa le ai in minte inainte sa incepi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Orez salbatic (150 g)<\/strong> &#8212; inima retetei. Un mix cu orez salbatic functioneaza la fel de bine.<\/li><li><strong>Legume<\/strong> &#8212; un cartof, o ceapa, un ardei gras, un morcov. Eu aleg sa nu curat cartoful de coaja, dar spala-l bine inainte.<\/li><li><strong>Ciuperci (100 g)<\/strong> &#8212; aduc gust umami si mai multa consistenta. Le tai felii ca sa fiarba uniform.<\/li><li><strong>Lapte de cocos din conserva (225 ml)<\/strong> &#8212; cel gros, din conserva, nu bautura de cocos de la raft. El da cremozitatea finala.<\/li><li><strong>Supa de legume sau apa (2,5 L)<\/strong> &#8212; baza lichida. Spala bine cartoful si taie-l cubulete, apoi taci ceapa marunt, morcovul felii si ardeiul in bucati mari. Pune legumele si ciupercile feliate in cratita impreuna cu orezul, acopera cu supa de legume si adu la fiert. Condimenteaza cu sare si piper si fierbe pana ce orezul este gata, aproximativ 15 minute. La final adaugi laptele de cocos si mai lasi 1-2 minute, sau pana se ingroasa supa, apoi servesti cu patrunjel proaspat deasupra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce iese cremoasa fara smantana<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Secretul texturii catifelate sta in laptele de cocos din conserva, adaugat la final. Grasimea din cocos emulsioneaza in supa fierbinte si o ingroasa fara sa fie nevoie de faina, smantana sau alt lactat. Il adaugi abia in ultimele minute pentru ca fierberea prelungita la clocot puternic il poate face sa se &#8220;taie&#8221; si sa lase granule. Amidonul eliberat de cartof si de orez in timpul fierberii ajuta si el la consistenta, asa ca supa se leaga frumos de la sine. Gusta un bob inainte sa opresti focul: trebuie sa fie fraged, dar cu putin miez.<\/li><li><strong>Ciupercile aduc umami.<\/strong> Poti folosi ciuperci champignon, dar si pleurotus pentru un gust mai intens.<\/li><li><strong>Mai multa aroma.<\/strong> Un catel de usturoi, cimbru sau o frunza de dafin in timpul fierberii ridica supa fara sa acopere cocosul.<\/li><li><strong>Reincalzire.<\/strong> La reincalzire orezul absoarbe lichid, asa ca vei avea nevoie de putina apa sau supa in plus.<\/li><li><strong>Vrei o parte crema?<\/strong> Poti pasa cateva polonice si le adaugi inapoi pentru o textura si mai bogata, pastrand restul cu bucati.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cu ce se potriveste si cum o pastrezi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Supa aceasta este satioasa cat pentru o masa completa, mai ales servita cu o felie de paine buna. Daca vrei sa faci un pranz mai consistent, o poti pune alaturi de o portie de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cartofi-aurii-la-cuptor\/\">cartofi aurii la cuptor<\/a> sau o poti alterna in meniul de post cu alte <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-mancare-de-post\/\">retete de mancare de post<\/a>. Daca iti plac supele calde cu orez, arunca o privire si peste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-cu-taitei-vegana\/\">supa cu taitei vegana<\/a> pentru inca o idee reconfortanta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se pastreaza foarte bine la frigider 3-4 zile, intr-un recipient inchis. Poti sa o si congelezi, insa tine cont ca laptele de cocos isi poate schimba usor textura dupa dezghetare; o amestecare buna la reincalzire rezolva de obicei problema.
