Uleiul de in este secretul care da gustul caracteristic de &#8220;peste&#8221;, iar totul se face in cateva minute, fara gatit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Imi place la nebunie aceasta reteta pentru ca este atat de convenabila. Zilele aglomerate cer solutii inteligente, iar cand nu am chef sau timp de o cina gatita indelung, asta este prima salata la care ma intorc. Sfarami doua conserve de naut, tai cateva legume, faci un dressing rapid la blender si gata, ai un pranz sau o gustare satioasa in mai putin de un sfert de ora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Astazi va voi arata amestecul meu preferat de ingrediente si toppinguri. Unul dintre lucrurile care imi plac cel mai mult la acest fel de mancare este versatilitatea lui: atata timp cat aveti cele doua ingrediente principale (nautul, plus uleiul de in, care va ofera gustul minunat de peste), sunteti gata de gatit. Folosesc doua conserve de naut scurs, fiecare de 400g. Cand cumperi naut la conserva, cauta unul fara prea mult sare adaugata si scurge-l bine, apoi clateste-l ca sa scapi de lichidul gros din conserva. Daca preferi naut uscat fiert in casa, asigura-te ca este foarte bine fiert, sa cedeze usor sub furculita. Trucul este sa il sfarami, nu sa il faci piure: vrei bucati neregulate care sa aminteasca de textura fulgilor de ton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ulei de in<\/strong> &#8211; acesta este ingredientul-cheie care da gustul de &#8220;peste&#8221;. Are o aroma usor marina si aduce acizi grasi omega-3. Cumpara-l presat la rece, tine-l la frigider si foloseste-l doar crud, niciodata la prajit, pentru ca se oxideaza si se degradeaza la caldura. Daca a inceput sa miroasa amar sau rance, inseamna ca s-a stricat si trebuie inlocuit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Maioneza vegana<\/strong> &#8211; leaga totul si da cremozitate dressingului. Sunt suficiente 60g, combinate la blender cu apa, otet, ulei de in si usturoi. Poti folosi una din comert sau una facuta in casa; cauta una cu gust neutru, ca sa nu acopere aroma de in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Telina (tulpina)<\/strong> &#8211; o tulpina taiata marunt aduce crocanta si prospetime, exact contrastul de care are nevoie un amestec cremos. Alege tulpini ferme, de un verde viu, fara pete moi. Taie-le marunt, ca sa se distribuie uniform in fiecare imbucatura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ceapa verde si ceapa rosie<\/strong> &#8211; doua fire de ceapa verde si o ceapa rosie mica dau aroma si o nota usor picanta. Ceapa rosie este mai dulce si mai bland aromata decat cea galbena, asa ca nu coplaseste salata. Taie-le marunt ca sa nu domine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Otet si usturoi<\/strong> &#8211; o lingura de otet si un catel de usturoi dau aciditate si profunzime dressingului. Aciditatea este cea care &#8220;trezeste&#8221; gustul marin al uleiului de in, deci nu o sari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Rosii cherry si paine<\/strong> &#8211; trei rosii cherry taiate in jumatate aduc culoare si o explozie de prospetime peste sandvis. Apasa cu furculita pana raman bucati neregulate, cu cateva boabe inca intregi; asa imiti textura fulgilor de ton.<\/li><li><strong>Adauga dressingul treptat.<\/strong> Pune doar 3 linguri din &#8220;maioneza&#8221; facuta la blender si amesteca. Vrei un amestec cremos, dar care sa isi pastreze forma, nu unul care curge. Restul dressingului il pastrezi pentru uns painea.<\/li><li><strong>Condimenteaza in doua etape.<\/strong> Pune sare si piper si peste naut, si in dressing. Nautul la conserva este destul de fad, asa ca o salata &#8220;falsa&#8221; de ton bine condimentata face toata diferenta. Sfatul meu: tine separat amestecul de paine si de rosiile cherry, si asambleaza sandvisul abia inainte de servire, ca painea sa ramana crocanta.
