In functie de cat timp aveti la dispozitie, exista trei modalitati prin care puteti pregati ovazul. Iata o mica introducere in lumea ovazului.<\/p><p>In primul rand, trebuie sa stiti ca exista trei tipuri de ovaz:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Fulgi de ovaz &#8211; aplatizat in fulgi, nu au nevoie decat de aproximativ cinci minute sa se gateasca pe aragaz<\/li>\n\n<li>Ovaz pentru gatire rapida &#8211; fulgii sunt taiati in bucatele mai subtiri, astfel incat sa se poata gati in aproximativ 1 minut<\/li>\n\n<li>Ovaz scotian &#8211; este taiat in bucatele, dar nu este sub forma de fulgi. Pentru ca astazi ne concentram pe o reteta (foarte) rapida, vom vorbi despre ovazaul preparat peste noapte.<\/p><p>Poate merita mentionat ca ovazul nu are nevoie intr-adevar de o noapte intreaga pentru a a fi gata de mancat. Insa este mult mai comod sa fie lasat peste noapte la frigider si sa va treziti cu un mic dejun gustos si hranitor gata pregatit. V-as sugera fulgii de ovaz, deoarece dau cele mai bune rezultate<\/li>\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-lapte-vegetal\/\">Laptele pe baza de plante<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; oricare functioneaza bine in aceasta reteta!<\/li>\n\n<li>Seminte <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-budinca-de-chia\/\">chia<\/a><\/strong>! Acestea sunt optionale, dar sunt foarte bune pentru a ingrosa consistenta si sunt si foarte hranitoare<\/li>\n\n<li>Indulcitor la alegere &#8211; din nou, optional. Veti gasi aceste ingrediente in aproape toate retetele de mic dejun cu ovaz.<\/p><p>Dar, desigur, sa folositi doar aceste ingrediente ar putea fi putin cam&#8230; sec. Stiu ca exista o multime de pasionati de unt de arahide printre voi, asa ca aceasta reteta va va merge direct la suflet! Alegeti un unt de arahide de inalta calitate pentru cele mai bune rezultate (sau preparati-va propriul unt de arahide in casa) &#8211; astfel va veti asigura ca inceputul vostru de zi nu este doar super gustos, ci si super sanatos!<\/p><p><strong>3. Ciocolata <\/strong><\/p><p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-ciocolata-vegana\/\">Ciocolata<\/a><\/strong> este o optiune minunata daca aveti pofta de ceva putin mai bogat in aroma. Este minunat si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/deserturi-fara-coacere\/\">ca desert<\/a><\/strong>, iar <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-vegane-pentru-copii\/\">copiii<\/a><\/strong> tind sa iubeasca aceasta combinatie! Daca sunteti in cautarea unei idei de desert 100% sanatoase, aceasta este reteta potrivita. Are un gust minunat (evident) si sunt sigura ca, odata ce incercati aceasta combinatie, va veti dori sa o repetati in fiecare dimineata.<\/p><p>Ovazul preparat peste noapte este un mic dejun care va permite sa fiti creativi, iar aceste trei retete sunt doar un inceput pentru a va arata cat de bun si rapid poate fi ovazul! Este ceva de care se va bucura fiecare membru al familiei si este de asemenea ceva ce poate fi cu usurinta pregatit in avans. In functie de optiunea de toppinguri pe care o alegeti, ovazul poate tine in frigider pana la sapte zile.<\/p><p>Sper ca va veti bucura de sugestiile prezentate aici &#8211; oricum ar fi, nu ezitati
