Multi cred ca ar trebui sa se trezeasca la o ora imposibila ca sa manance ceva cumsecade dimineata. Adevarul este ca nu ai nevoie de un festin: reteta de astazi se face din cateva miscari seara si e practic gata cand te trezesti. Astazi va arat reteta mea standard pentru micul dejun cu ovaz, alaturi de trei sugestii de combinatii si arome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce pui in borcan: ingredientele si de ce conteaza<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reteta de baza porneste de la 40 g fulgi de ovaz, 2 linguri de iaurt vegetal, 1 lingura de seminte de chia, 125 ml lapte de migdale, 1 lingurita de tahini si 1 lingurita de seminte de floarea soarelui, plus jumatate de fruct la alegere pentru servire. Alege fulgi de ovaz clasici, nu instant: cei clasici absorb lichidul mai uniform si raman cu putina textura, in loc sa se transforme intr-o pasta moale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Semintele de chia sunt cele care leaga totul: in contact cu laptele isi formeaza un gel si dau consistenta cremoasa, asa ca nu le sari. Tahiniul aduce o nota fina de susan si putina grasime buna care rotunjeste gustul, iar iaurtul vegetal adauga cremozitate si o urma placuta de aciditate. Amesteca bine pana se combina totul, acopera borcanul si lasa-l in frigider peste noapte. Dimineata servesti pur si simplu cu felii de fruct proaspat deasupra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Secretul unei texturi reusite sta in amestecat: da o tura buna cu lingura imediat dupa ce adaugi laptele, ca sa nu ramana chia lipita in cocoloase pe fund. Un borcan cu capac inchis etans e ideal, fiindca poti chiar sa il agiti la jumatatea drumului daca observi ca semintele s-au asezat. Peste noapte, ovazul si chia trag lichidul si a doua zi obtii acea consistenta cremoasa, de budinca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trei combinatii preferate de arome<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Peste reteta de baza poti construi cum vrei, si de aceea va prezint trei dintre combinatiile mele preferate. Mie imi place la nebunie sa adaug pere zemoase in ovaz, dar probabil cea mai buna optiune sunt fructele de padure, mai ales daca nu vrei sa faci prea multa pregatire de seara. A treia varianta pe care o iubesc este cu banana feliata si putin unt de arahide, pentru un mic dejun mai consistent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fructele de padure sunt alegerea comoda: le pui direct, congelate sau proaspete, si isi lasa zeama in ovaz peste noapte. Perele si banana le adaugi mai bine dimineata, taiate felii, ca sa ramana ferme si sa nu se innegreasca. Pregateste dintr-o data 2-3 borcane duminica seara si ai micul dejun rezolvat pentru inceputul saptamanii. Serveste-l rece, direct din frigider, sau lasa-l cateva minute la temperatura camerei daca il preferi mai putin rece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca a doua zi ti se pare prea gros, subtiaza-l cu un strop de lapte vegetal si amesteca.
