Le coci in forma de briose, fiecare ascunzand o varza de Bruxelles in mijloc, cu ceapa calita, usturoi si cascaval. Ies aurii la exterior, cremoase inauntru, gata in 25-30 de minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Exista atat de multe modalitati prin care poti folosi piureul de cartofi, iar preferatul meu este de departe prepararea unor briose de cartofi. Mi se pare aproape imposibil sa termini tot ce gatesti in aceeasi zi, iar piureul reincalzit pur si simplu nu mai are aceeasi textura. Asa ca, in loc sa il dau pe gat fara nicio bucurie sau sa il arunc, il preschimb intotdeauna in ceva proaspat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eu sunt pentru schimbarea mentalitatii ca resturile sunt ceva de aruncat. Reteta asta a devenit modul meu preferat de a face exact asta: iei piureul de ieri, il imbogatesti cu cateva ingrediente si il scoti din cuptor ca si cum l-ai fi gatit pentru prima cartofi ramase din ziua precedenta.<\/li>\n<li>Un aperitiv festiv care arata bine pe platou si dispare repede de pe masa.<\/li>\n<li>O garnitura cu portii individuale, usor de impartit si de servit fara tacamuri.<\/li>\n<li>O reteta pe care o poti adapta complet vegana sau o lasi cu lactate, in functie de ce ai in frigider.<\/li>\n<li>Ceva pe care il pregatesti din timp si il coci chiar inainte sa vina musafirii.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce o sa iti placa aceasta reteta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Salveaza resturile.<\/strong> Iei piureul care altfel ar fi ajuns la gunoi si il transformi intr-o masa noua, cu un aspect proaspat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Are o surpriza in mijloc.<\/strong> Fiecare briosa ascunde o varza de Bruxelles, asa ca ai leguma si garnitura in aceeasi imbucatura.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Textura contrastanta.<\/strong> Marginile se rumenesc in cuptor si devin usor crocante, in timp ce interiorul ramane cremos si moale.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Se adapteaza la dieta ta.<\/strong> Laptele, untul, iaurtul si cascavalul pot fi vegetale sau normale, fara sa schimbi nimic la pasi.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Portii ordonate.<\/strong> Forma de briose iti da bucati egale, perfecte pentru un platou de aperitive sau pentru pachetul de pranz.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Putin efort activ.<\/strong> Cea mai mare parte din \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Note despre ingrediente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cartofii<\/strong> sunt baza retetei, asa ca reteta cere 3 cartofi mari pe care ii fierbi taiati cuburi pana sunt moi. Pentru un piure care se leaga bine, alege cartofi fainosi, nu pe cei cu pulpa ceroasa folositi la salate; cei fainosi se sfarama mai usor si dau o textura uniforma. O greseala comuna este sa lasi prea multa apa: scurge-i bine inainte sa ii pasezi, altfel amestecul devine apos si briosele nu isi tin forma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ceapa, ceapa verde si usturoiul<\/strong> aduc straturile de aroma. Calesti ceapa si usturoiul maruntit pana devin translucide, iar ceapa verde se adauga apoi, cruda, in amestec. Secretul e sa nu grabesti calirea: ceapa devine dulce si moale doar la foc mediu, iar daca o lasi sa se rumeneasca prea tare capeta un gust amar care razbate in toata briosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Untul, laptele si iaurtul<\/strong> fac piureul cremos si il ajuta sa nu se usuce la cuptor. Iaurtul, in special, adauga o nota usor acrisoara care echilibreaza cartoful. Toate pot fi vegetale sau normale; daca alegi varianta vegetala, cauta un iaurt fara arome dulci, ca sa nu ajunga zaharul intr-o reteta sarata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cascavalul ras<\/strong> intra in doua locuri: o parte in amestec, pentru ca se topeste si leaga compozitia, si o parte deasupra, presarata cu 3 minute inainte sa fie gata, ca sa formeze o crusta aurie. Daca il pui de la inceput deasupra, se arde pana la finalul coacerii; de aceea il adaugi la sfarsit. Functioneaza atat cel normal, cat si cel vegetal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Varza de Bruxelles<\/strong> e surpriza din mijloc, cate o bucata per briosa, 16 in total. Alege verze mici si ferme, cu frunzele stranse; cele moi sau cu frunze ingalbenite vor avea un gust prea puternic. Asa scoti briosele intregi, fara sa se rupa marginile.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Umple doar pe jumatate inainte de varza.<\/strong> Pune amestec pana la jumatate, aseaza varza in centru, apoi acopera. Daca pui prea mult de la inceput, varza iese la suprafata si nu mai ramane ascunsa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stii ca sunt gata cand<\/strong> marginile s-au rumenit, iar crusta de cascaval de deasupra e aurie si s-a intarit usor. Le reincalzesti cel mai bine in cuptor sau in air fryer, cateva minute, ca sa isi recapete marginile rumene; la microunde se inmoaie si pierd din textura. Se pot si congela: aseaza-le intai pe o tava ca sa inghete separat, apoi muta-le intr-o punga, iar la nevoie le coci direct din congelator, adaugand cateva minute in plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru preparare in avans, poti compune briosele in forma cu cateva ore inainte, sa le tii la frigider si sa le bagi la cuptor chiar inainte de masa, asa cum se procedeaza cu multe <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/aperitive-festive\/\">aperitive festive<\/a>. Daca tot ai piure ramas, il poti folosi si in alte feluri, cum ar fi un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bol-cu-piure-de-cartofi-si-legume\/\">bol cu piure de cartofi si legume<\/a>. Iar pentru un platou de aperitive variat, le poti aseza langa niste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/crochete-de-cartofi\/\">crochete de cartofi<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si nu uitati sa comentati si sa imi spuneti cum a decurs totul.
