Se prepara repede, se taie in bucatele perfecte de servit si dispar de pe platou inainte sa apuci sa stai jos. Combinatia s-a dovedit a fi cu adevarat gustoasa, sau cel putin mie mi-a placut destul de tare. De fapt, in mai putin de 30 de minute nu a mai ramas nimic; asta numesc eu o &#8220;victorie&#8221;! De atunci au devenit reteta mea de baza cand am nevoie de ceva care sa multumeasca pe toata lumea, fara batai de cap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Imi place sa pregatesc mancaruri pe care pot sa le iau cu mine a doua zi, iar aceasta este exact genul acela de reteta! Sunt la fel de bune si reci, asa ca merg perfect la pachet, la birou sau intr-o cutie de picnic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce ciuperci si ce ingrediente folosesc<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reteta porneste de la un aluat de pizza gata facut, decongelat, ca sa scapi de partea cu framantatul. Umplutura este simpla: ceapa, usturoi, ciuperci taiate marunt, spanac baby, putin otet balsamic si oregano. Eu personal prefer ciupercile cremini pentru aceasta reteta, fiindca au un gust mai intens si mai &#8220;pamantos&#8221; decat ciupercile albe obisnuite, dar champignon-ul clasic merge la fel de bine daca asta gasesti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ciupercile<\/strong> &#8212; taie-le marunt si uniform, ca sa-si lase apa si sa se caleasc\u0103 egal. Ciupercile contin multa apa si o elibereaza in tigaie, asa ca trucul e sa le calesti suficient cat lichidul sa se evapore. Caleste mai intai ceapa si usturoiul pana devin translucide, apoi adauga ciupercile cu oregano, sare si piper si lasa-le 5-7 minute, pana scade lichidul si incep sa se rumeneasca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Abia la final adaugi spanacul si otetul balsamic, amesteci si mai lasi un minut, doar cat spanacul sa se inmoaie. Ia tigaia de pe foc si, ideal, lasa umplutura sa se mai racoreasca putin inainte de a o intinde pe aluat &#8212; o umplutura fierbinte si aburinda inmoaie aluatul si face rularea mai dificila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum le rulezi si le coci ca sa iasa aurii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Intinde aluatul intr-un dreptunghi cat de uniform poti, apoi distribuie umplutura intr-un strat subtire si egal pe toata suprafata. Ruleaza strans, dar fara sa fortezi, ca sa nu iasa umplutura pe la capete, apoi taie ruloul in 6-8 bucati. Aseaza-le pe o tava cu hartie de copt, lasand putin spatiu intre ele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coace la 180 de grade Celsius timp de 25-30 de minute. La jumatatea timpului, unge rulourile cu putin ulei &#8212; acesta e pasul care le da culoarea aurie si crusta crocanta. Sunt gata cand aluatul e rumenit uniform si suna a gol cand il atingi usor. Totusi, daca nu sunteti suficient de confortabili in bucatarie pentru a incerca sa va faceti propriul amestec, puteti urma recomandarile si instructiunile mele simple de mai sus &#8212; reteta de baza este oricum delicioasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rulourile merg servite calde, alaturi de o salata sau un sos de iaurt vegetal. Daca iti plac aperitivele cu ciuperci, arunca o privire si la <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/placinta-cu-ciuperci\/\">placinta cu ciuperci<\/a> sau la o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/crema-de-spanac-cu-usturoi\/\">crema de spanac cu usturoi<\/a> ca sos de inmuiat. Pentru o masa festiva intreaga, le poti aseza pe acelasi platou cu alte <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/aperitive-festive\/\">aperitive de petrecere<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum le pastrezi si le pregatesti din timp<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rulourile coapte se pastreaza la frigider, intr-un recipient inchis, 3-4 zile. Fiind la fel de bune si reci, sunt perfecte de luat la pachet a doua zi. Daca vrei sa le reincalzesti, baga-le cateva minute in cuptor sau in air fryer ca sa redevina crocante &#8212; la microunde aluatul se inmoaie. Poti pregati umplutura cu o zi inainte si o tii la rece, apoi rulezi si coci chiar inainte de petrecere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ah, si nu uitati sa lasati un comentariu si sa imi spuneti cum a mers!
