Se prepara in mai putin de 30 de minute, este satios si racoritor in acelasi timp, iar partea cea mai buna este ca il poti personaliza dupa pofta din momentul respectiv. Retete si ingrediente din toata lumea sunt aduse si sarbatorite pentru potentialul lor sanatos si gustos, iar poke bowl-ul face parte din aceasta tendinta. Originar din Hawaii, poke bowl-ul clasic se construieste pe un strat de orez peste care se aseaza ingrediente proaspete, taiate marunt. Versiunea de fata pastreaza tot ce e bun din ideea originala, dar este complet pe baza de plante, asadar potrivita pentru zilele de post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce pui in bolul tau: ingredientele explicate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Frumusetea acestei retete sta in contrastul de texturi si culori. Iata la ce sa fii atenta cand alegi ingredientele:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Orez jasmine<\/strong> &#8212; baza bolului. Are bobul aromat si usor lipicios dupa fierbere, ceea ce il face ideal pentru a sustine restul ingredientelor. Spalarea lui inainte de fierbere este pasul care face diferenta.<\/li><li><strong>Avocado<\/strong> &#8212; alege unul copt, care cedeaza usor la o apasare blanda, dar nu este moale ca o piure. El aduce cremozitatea care echilibreaza legumele crocante.<\/li><li><strong>Castravete, ardei rosu, porumb dulce<\/strong> &#8212; partea crocanta si proaspata. Ardeiul rosu adauga dulceata si culoare, castravetele racoreste, iar porumbul dulce da o nota usor dulceaga.<\/li><li><strong>Ceapa rosie si ceapa verde<\/strong> &#8212; pentru aciditate si prospetime. Este componenta care transforma un bol simplu de orez cu legume intr-un adevarat poke bowl si merita din plin efortul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum gatesti orezul perfect pentru poke bowl<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orezul este fundatia bolului, asa ca merita atentie. Spala bine orezul jasmine intr-o sita, sub jet de apa rece, pana cand apa se limpezeste &#8212; acest pas indeparteaza excesul de amidon de la suprafata si impiedica bobul sa devina pastos. Adauga apoi orezul si apa intr-o cratita, adu la fierbere, apoi fierbe la foc mic timp de 10 minute. Scoate cratita de pe foc si lasa orezul acoperit inca 10-15 minute: aburul retinut sub capac termina fierberea uniform si fiecare bob ramane separat. La final, &#8220;afaneaza-l&#8221; usor cu o furculita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce functioneaza odihna sub capac<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Multi opresc focul si servesc orezul imediat, dar pasul de odihna sub capac este cel care face diferenta dintre un orez lipicios si unul afanat. In acele 10-15 minute, umiditatea ramasa se redistribuie uniform in fiecare bob, iar aburul finalizeaza gatirea fara apa suplimentara la baza cratitei.
