Este foarte gustos si plin de legume sanatoase!<\/em><\/p><p>Daca ar fi sa aleg cea mai subestimata masa a zilei, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-clatite-cu-banane\/\">castigatorul detasat ar fi micul dejun<\/a><\/strong>. Deja nu mai este niciun dubiu in privinta faptului ca societatea 24\/24 in care traim astazi aduce numersoase dezavantaje sanatatii noastre. Si de cele mai multe ori aceste conditii rezulta in faptul ca oamenii sar peste micul dejun. Si stim cu totii cum este numit micul dejun: cea mai importanta masa a zilei! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Dupa cum probabil ati ghicit deja, reteta mea de astazi este despre micul dejun. Mic dejun <em>hash <\/em>cu cartofi, ca sa fiu mai exacta. O reteta uimitor de gustoasa, super hranitoare si usor de facut. Si zic ca merita cateva minute in plus petrecute dimineata!<\/p><p>Aceasta reteta este foarte potrivita si pentru a fi preparata in avans, drept meal prep &#8211;&nbsp; o puteti pregati atunci cand aveti ceva timp liber iar apoi incalzi cand este cazul. Desigur, este foarte buna si mancata proaspata, daca aveti mai mult timp la dispozitie dimineata sau in weekend.<\/p><p>Un alt lucru minunat la aceasta reteta: va ofera sansa de a folosi toate acele resturi de legume din frigider. In mod traditional, mancarea <em>hash <\/em>este un tip de mancare care contine carne, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cartofi-aurii-la-cuptor\/\">cartofi<\/a><\/strong> si ceapa. Vom sari, desigur, partea cu carnea si o vom inlocui cu alte legume mult mai delicioase si mai hranitoare.<\/p><p>Acest fel de mancare a luat nastere tocmai ca o modalitate de a folosi resturile &#8211; ceea ce a dat acestei retete o reputatie de mancare ieftina. Exista zeci, daca nu chiar sute de retete disponibile, fiecare cu gustul si aroma unica. Cu reteta pe care am prezentat-o \u200b\u200baici, am incercat sa gasesc echilibrul perfect intre gust, nutritie, timp scazut de pregatire si bineinteles, un rezultat final sanatos.<\/p><p>Si cred ca am gasit raportul potrivit! Am reusit sa creez ceva incredibil de aromat, usor si rapid de pregatit, care va ofera totodata un aport nutritiv excelent chiar de la inceputul zilei.<\/p><p>Dar dupa cum am spus, puteti folosi aceasta reteta ca ghid de baza si apoi puteti adauga orice vi se pare gustos sau ce resturi va asteapta in frigider! \ud83d\ude42 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/pasta-fagioli-paste-cu-fasole\/\">Fasole<\/a><\/strong>, oua, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-cartofi-dulci\/\">cartofi dulci<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/blat-de-pizza-din-conopida\/\">conopida<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; orice va puteti inchipui. Daca poate fi tocat in bucatele, atunci il puteti adauga!<\/p><p>Trebuie doar sa va asigurati ca gustul este echilibrat, alegand corect ierburile si condimentele! Chiar numele acestui tip de mancare &#8211; <em>hash<\/em> &#8211; reflecta, de asemenea, aceasta versatilitate. Provine de la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bucataria-frantuzeasca\/\">cuvantul francez<\/a><\/strong> <em>hacher<\/em>, care inseamna literalmente a toca. Asa ca treaba cu retetele <em>hash<\/em> este simpla &#8211; daca se poate toca, se poate folosi!<\/p><p>In timp ce unii prefera sa manance ceva usor dimineata, cum ar fi niste fructe, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/iaurt-de-casa\/\">iaurt<\/a><\/strong> sau <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-lapte-vegetal\/\">lapte vegetal<\/a><\/strong>, eu am ajuns la concluzia ca micul dejun sarat va ajunge sa ofere mai multa energie pe parcursul zilei. Iar aceasta reteta este o alegere perfecta pentru un mic dejun sarat! Ati putea fi surprins de ceea ce poate insemna un mic dejun consistent pentru starea voastra generala pe parcursul zilei!<\/p><p>Cred ca am vorbit suficient despre aceasta reteta si cred ca sunteti la fel de dornici ca mine sa incepem, asa ca haideti sa ne indreptam spre bucatarie si sa trecem la treaba.<\/p><p>Urmati pasii de mai jos si daca totul merge conform planului, nu uitati sa impartiti rezultatul cu familia sau prietenii!
