Se coc la 180 de grade timp de 15-20 de minute, pana prind culoare. Sunt aperitivul perfect cand vrei ceva impresionant fara efort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Va aduceti aminte de ultima mea reteta de rulouri? Dupa succesul rulourilor de pizza, am vrut sa fac inca un pas si sa ma gandesc ce alte rulouri sarate as mai putea pregati. Trebuie sa recunosc ca nu a fost chiar ideea mea: am facut brainstorming cu cea mai buna prietena a mea, iar ea mi-a sugerat sa incerc rulouri cu pesto. Am simtit instantaneu ca este ceva cu potential, asa ca am incercat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si nu vreau sa ma laud, dar cred ca am dat lovitura. Nici nu am avut nevoie sa fac prea multe incercari &#8212; mi-a iesit perfect din prima. cand apar musafiri neanuntati si ai nevoie de ceva gata in sub o jumatate de ora.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gustari pentru petreceri<\/strong> &#8212; ies multe rondele dintr-un singur aluat, suficient cat sa umpli o tava intreaga.<\/li>\n<li><strong>O gustare de post<\/strong> &#8212; cu pesto vegan si aluat de pizza cumparat, totul ramane fara produse de origine animala.<\/li>\n<li><strong>O reteta pe care o pot face si copiii<\/strong> &#8212; rulatul aluatului este distractiv si nu cere cutite ascutite sau pasi complicati.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Un fel rapid de dus la birou sau in pachet<\/strong> &#8212; se mananca la fel de bine si reci, deci sunt ideale de luat la pranz.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce o sa iti placa aceasta reteta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Doar doua ingrediente.<\/strong> Un aluat de pizza si pesto &#8212; Cel cumparat si decongelat merge perfect si scuteste mult timp, dar lasa-l sa ajunga la temperatura camerei inainte sa il intinzi &#8212; un aluat prea rece se rupe si se intinde greu. Cauta unul cat mai elastic, pe care sa il poti subtia bine: cu cat il intinzi mai subtire, cu atat rulourile ies mai mici, mai dense si mai apetisante. Daca pe eticheta vrei o varianta de post, verifica sa nu contina unt sau lapte praf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pesto-ul<\/strong> da tot caracterul acestor rulouri, deci nu face economie aici. Poti folosi pesto vegan sau pesto normal, in functie de ce preferi &#8212; tine cont ca pesto-ul clasic contine parmezan, deci pentru o reteta de post sau vegana ai nevoie neaparat de varianta vegana. Un pesto bun are uleiul vizibil deasupra si o culoare verde intensa, semn ca busuiocul e proaspat. Daca il faci in casa, ai control total asupra cantitatii de usturoi si sare. Ruleaza ferm si constant, pornind dintr-o margine lunga.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Foloseste un cutit ascutit sau ata.<\/strong> La taiere, aluatul moale se striveste usor. Un cutit bine ascutit cu miscari de fierastrau &#8212; sau o ata de bucatarie trecuta pe sub rulou &#8212; pastreaza spirala intacta.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lasa loc intre rondele in tava.<\/strong> Aluatul creste la copt, asa ca daca le asezi prea aproape se lipesc intre ele. Daca vrei sa le redai crocanta, incalzeste-le cateva minute in cuptor sau la air fryer, nu la microunde, care le inmoaie. Poti pregati rulourile in avans: taie rondelele, aseaza-le in tava si tine-le la frigider acoperite pana cand esti gata sa le coci &#8212; asa ai aperitivul proaspat fix la momentul potrivit. Se congeleaza si crude, gata taiate, apoi le coci direct din congelator cu cateva minute in plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aceasta este doar imaginatia mea care lucreaza si va incurajez si pe voi sa faceti la fel.
