Sunt delicioase! Si atat de &#8220;grele&#8221; si satioase. Nu numai ca este vorba de produse de patiserie umplute cu cartofi\u2026 deci carbohidrati umpluti cu carbohidrati, dar sunt si prajite. Uneori, mancaruri total nesanatoase se transforma in mese foarte sanatoase si hranitoare. Iar alteori treaba se imbunatateste numai putin.<\/p><p>Mancarurile nu devin 100% sanatoase, dar devin mai putin nesanatoase. Toate <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-falsa-de-ton-vegana\/\">salatele<\/a><\/strong> din lume nu vor usura stresul pe care il aduc aceste restrictii stricte! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Si astazi vreau sa iau o reteta clasica pentru samosas si sa o fac putin mai sanatoasa, pastrand-o la fel de gustoasa. Samosas pot fi prajite, la fel cum am procedat si eu in aceasta reteta, dar daca vreti sa realizati o varianta chiar si mai sanatoasa, va recomand ca, in loc sa le prajiti in baie de ulei, sa le coaceti in cuptor! Nu stiu de ce sunt mereu sceptici atunci cand le spun ca versiunea mea mai sanatoasa a retetelor va fi la fel de buna.<\/p><p>Nu i-am dezamagit pana acum si ar trebui sa stie deja ca imi cunosc treaba in bucatarie! Dar continuam sa repetam \u200b\u200bscenariul mereu si mereu. Le povestesc despre ideile mele de a schimba unele ingrediente pentru a face mancarurile mai <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/dieta-vegana\/\">sanatoase si vegane<\/a><\/strong>, ei spun ca <em>da, sigur vom vedea cum merge asta<\/em>, vor gusta ceea ce am facut si vor fi cu adevarat uimiti de cat de bine a iesit si vor cere reteta.
