Sarcinile si treburile apar de la fiecare colt si inca nu sunt complet reintrata in starea de munca dupa vacanta. Asa ca am nevoie de ceva bun, hranitor, care sa ma incalzeasca si de preferinta sa fie gata cat mai rapid. Ah, si daca e si ceva sanatos, cu atat mai bine!<\/p><p>Sarbatorile sunt o perioada a anului in care ne dam voie sa facem cateva alegeri proaste pentru sanatatea noastra. Luam o pauza cu mersul la sala, iar mancarea pe care o consumam nu este chiar fast food, dar este cu siguranta grea, destul de grasa si per total ceva mai nesanatoasa decat ceea ce mancam de obicei. Deci ianuarie si februarie sunt lunile perfecte pentru a redobandi obiceiurile sanatoase. Ingredientul secret: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/pateuri-cu-spanac\/\">spanacul<\/a><\/strong>! Este o reteta pe care, daca o veti incerca, sunt sigura ca o veti indragi si veti dori sa o repetati foarte des.<\/p><p>Poate ca sunteti oarecum ceva mai reticenti cand vine vorba de a prepara niste felulri de mancare din alimente care in mod traditional nu se regasesc acolo (in acest caz, gnocchi facuti din conopida).<\/p><p>Dar va cer putina incredere in acest caz, pentru ca rezultatul este cu adevarat surprinzator. Adaugati <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/sosuri-pentru-stir-fry\/\">sosul<\/a><\/strong> si condimentele potrivite si veti obtine o masa care va fi greu de uitat! Ce este si mai bine este ca aceasta reteta de prepara rapid, asa ca o puteti pregati la finalul unei zi lucratoare si nu va ocupa mult timp. Sanatos, gustos si super rapid &#8211; ce iti poti dori mai mult?<\/p><p>Acum sa vorbim putin <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/ce-este-gnocchi-ghid\/\">despre gnocchi<\/a>, aceste mici &#8220;manunchiuri&#8221; de bucurie si deliciu. Istoria acestui preparat merge mult inapoi in timp. Inaintea erei noastre mai exact!<\/p><p>Ce stim sigur este ca gnocchi este o <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bucataria-italiana\/\">reteta cu radacini italiene<\/a><\/strong>. Prima reteta scrisa pentru gnocchi provine din primul secol i.Hr., in cartea de gatit a lui Marco Gavius \u200b\u200bApicius, <em>The Re Coquinaria<\/em>. Pe atunci, gnocchi erau facuti din faina de gris <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-lapte-vegetal\/\">combinata cu lapte<\/a><\/strong> sau apa. De fapt, aceasta reteta straveche este destul de asemanatoare cu Gnocchi Alla Romana din vremurile noastre.<\/p><p>Trebuie sa fac o nota asupra faptului ca gnocchi este una dintre acele mancaruri care au zeci de variatii in tara de origine.
