Cred ca, atata timp cat nu devine un obicei, putem din cand in cand sa ne facem si poftele mai nesanatoase.<\/p><p>Dar ce se intampla cu zilele obisnuite &#8211; va trebui sa acceptam ca majoritatea meselor noastre vor fi sanatoase, dar nu atat de gustoase? Ei bine, raspunsul este un mare NU. Mancarea sanatoasa poate si ar trebui sa fie delicioasa! Dar in tara noastra, acest fel de mancare nu este inca unul cunoscut. Si cred ca ar trebui sa schimbam asta, pentru ca acest fel de mancare este foarte bun si hranitor, si poate fi introdus cu usurinta intre preparatele uzuale din bucatariile noastre!<\/p><p>Pentru cei care nu stiu, mapo tofu este un fel de mancare <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tocanita-irlandeza-de-post-vegetariana\/\">asemanator cu o tocana<\/a><\/strong>, constand in niste bucati de tofu asezonat <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-picante\/\">cu un sos picant<\/a><\/strong>, alaturi de diferite legume. Fiind un preparat foarte des intalnit si apreciat in bucataria asiatica, mapo tofu ar trebui sa se afle pe lista mancarurilor pe care le incercati macar o data in viata.<\/p><p>Originile acestui fel de mancare se gasesc in China secolului al XIX-lea, in timpul dinastiei Qing. Spre deosebire de multe alte retete (majoritatea), despre aceasta reteta stim exact cum si cand a aparut. Preparatul poarta numele femeii care l-a creat: o femeie care detinea un restaurant la marginea orasului chinez Chengdu. Reteta a devenit faimoasa pentru aspectul, mirosul si gustul extraordinar. Felul de mancare a devenit atat de popular incat, in cele din urma, numele restaurantului a fost schimbat in restaurantul Chen Mapo Tofu, dupa cum sugereaza unele arhive, si se afla printre cele mai cunoscute 23 de restaurante din Chengdu in perioada tarzie a dinastiei Qing. Mapo tofu s-a raspandit apoi la nivel national si este acum un preparat de baza al bucatariei chineze.<\/p><p>Cred ca veti fi incantati de aceasta reteta, intrucat surprinde perfect esenta preparatului original. A trebuit sa lucrez putin pentru a adapta reteta, intrucat cea originala contine carne si, desigur, am eliminat-o complet.<\/p><p>Si fiindca pentru reusita acestei retete, cheia este un echilibru intre niste arome foarte diferite, a trebuit sa experimentez pana am gasit proportia perfecta. Desi pastreaza un gust original, asiatic, am vrut sa ma asigur ca aceasta reteta este accesibila pentru toata lumea, fara sa fie nevoie sa cautati foarte mult pentru a gasi toate ingredientele.<\/p><p>Acum ca avem toate datele necesare, nu ne ramane decat sa strangem ingredientele si sa incepem sa gatim! Urmati-ma in bucatarie si apoi consultati pasii detaliati de mai jos. Veti obtine un fel de mancare minunat, plin de aroma si gata sa va uimeasca! Si dupa ce incercati aceasta reteta, nu uitati sa reveniti aici si sa imi spuneti cum a decurs totul!
