Se prepara din orez fiert separat si broccoli crud maruntit la blender pana ajunge la dimensiunea bobului de orez, totul amestecat si asezonat la final cu sare si suc proaspat de lamaie. O masa usoara, proaspata si nutritiva, din doar patru ingrediente de baza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><em>In caz ca v-ati plictisit de retetele clasice de orez, am pentru voi o surpriza super fresh: orez cu broccoli! Este o reteta super simpla, rapida si foarte sanatoasa.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca 1. ti-e foame, 2. esti pasionat de mancarea sanatoasa, 3. te plictisesti (sau toate cele de mai sus) &#8212; ai ajuns in locul potrivit, pentru ca reteta de astazi aduce o alternativa deopotriva nutritiva si mai putin conventionala pentru <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-orez\/\">orezul nostru cel de toate zilele<\/a><\/strong>. Tin in mod deosebit la broccoli (impreuna cu sora lui, conopida), pentru ca mi-au adus intotdeauna aminte de baobabii din <em>Micul Print<\/em> al lui Antoine de Saint-Exupery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca ai deja prin casa niste orez, broccoli, lamaie si sare, e ziua ta norocoasa: nici nu o sa fie nevoie sa faci cumparaturi ca sa pregatesti o masa sanatoasa si delicioasa. Eu am ales orez Arborio, soiul cu bob rotund folosit de obicei la risotto, pentru ca are o textura cremoasa si placuta. Poti folosi insa orice tip de orez ai la indemana &#8212; alb, basmati sau integral. Il fierbi separat, dupa propriile preferinte, inainte de a-l combina cu broccoli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Broccoli<\/strong> este vedeta acestui preparat. Ai nevoie de o capatana medie, pe care o rupi in bucati si o pulsezi la blender pana ajunge la dimensiunea bobului de orez. Folosit crud, ramane crocant si isi pastreaza mai bine valoarea nutritiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sarea<\/strong> echilibreaza si scoate in evidenta aromele. O adaugi la final, dupa ce orezul si broccoliul sunt amestecate, ca sa o dozezi exact dupa gust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lamaia<\/strong> aduce prospetimea care face diferenta. Pentru ca broccoliul este crud, isi pastreaza textura cel mai bine in prima zi, asa ca te sfatuiesc sa il consumi cat mai proaspat. Daca vrei sa il pregatesti in avans, poti fierbe orezul si maruntesti broccoliul separat, apoi le combini, le asezonezi cu sare si lamaie abia in momentul servirii, ca sa pastrezi prospetimea si crocantitatea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac retetele simple cu orez, incearca si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/orez-de-conopida\/\">orezul de conopida<\/a><\/strong>, o alternativa low-carb asemanatoare.
