Le asociez cu confortul, cu o atmosfera placuta. Ma fac sa ma gandesc la atatea amintiri frumoase si perioade calme din viata mea, cum ar fi seri reci de iarna in confortul bucatariei mele, bucurandu-ma de mirosurile minunate care vin din cuptor. In plus, caserolele sunt extrem de convenabile.<\/p><p>Practic, faci o cantitate destul de mare de mancare, o pui in caserola, apoi o lasi in cuptor pana se gateste. La sfarsit, ai o masa satioasa si reconfortanta pe care o poti servi la pranz sau la cina cam cinci zile de acum inainte. Din punctul meu de vedere, e aproape perfect. Din acest motiv, caserolele sunt atat de minunate pentru meal prepping. Am facut mai multe retete in trecut &#8211; o varianta de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/gnocchi-de-conopida\/\">gnocchi cu conopida<\/a><\/strong> si o reteta vegana de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/gnocchi-umpluti-cu-ciuperci\/\">gnocchi umpluti<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; asa ca puteti observa destul de usor ca sunt obsedata de acest fel de mancare. Asta e doar pentru ca sa faci gnocchi e o experienta super amuzanta, daca alegi sa ii faci de la zero. Asa ca ne vom folosi de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bol-cu-piure-de-cartofi-si-legume\/\">o groaza de legume<\/a><\/strong>. Puteti adauga ce vreti si ce va place voua. Optiuni bune ar fi: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/risotto-cu-rosii-coapte\/\">rosii<\/a><\/strong> (proaspete sau uscate), <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/lasagna-cu-dovlecei\/\">dovlecei<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-broccoli\/\">broccoli<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/sandvis-cu-vanata-la-gratar\/\">vanata<\/a><\/strong>, morcov, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chiftele-de-fasole-neagra\/\">ardei<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><p>Eu incerc sa am o dieta cat mai bogata in legume, si va recomand si voua. Sunt atat de bune pentru noi, pentru sanatatea noastra, insa, din pacate, am inceput sa le consumam din ce in ce mai rar, ceea ce e mare pacat. Incercati sa consumati macar o portie de legume la fiecare masa. Le puteti gati in foarte multe moduri delicioase sau chiar sa le ascundeti prin <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-smoothie\/\">smoothie-uri<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; in felul asta nici macar nu le simtiti. Genul asta de masa poate face minuni pentru sufletul nostru, mai ales dupa o zi obositoare. Insa, din pacate, majoritatea mancarurilor care ne bucura sufletul sunt si foarte nesanatoase. Asa ca, atunci cand pot sa fac asta, incerc sa optez pentru variante mai bune pentru mine.<\/p><p>Caserola cu gnocchi si legume le bifeaza pe ambele: si confortul, si sanatatea, asa ca o putem considera mai mult decat o placere temporara. Acestea fiind zise, sunt sigura ca pana si cel mai mofturos copil ar iubi acest fel de mancare. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-vegane-pentru-copii\/\">Daca aveti copii<\/a><\/strong>, incercati, in special daca nu prea reusiti sa-i faceti sa le placa legumele. Trebuie doar sa pun totul intr-un vas si sa-l las in cuptor sa-si faca treaba, ceea ce mi se pare super convenabil, pentru ca ma pot ocupa cu alte lucruri in acest timp. Desigur, daca aveti ceva mai mult timp la dispozitie, puteti incerca sa faceti <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cum-sa-faci-gnocchi-fara-gluten-pas-cu-pas\/\">gnocchi de la zero<\/a><\/strong> (am scris despre asta mai demult.) E foarte simplu, desi nu la fel de rapid.<\/p><p>Daca vreti sa optati pentru versiunea super rapida, gnocchi cumparati de la magazin sunt la fel de buni. Doar cititi cu atentie eticheta si incercati sa luati un sortiment cat mai sanatos, fara ingrediente ciudate. Apoi puneti-va o portie generoasa si bucurati-va de ea, poate alaturi de un pahar cu vin. Odata ce gnocchi se racesc complet, puteti pastra caserola in frigider pentru aproape o saptamana. E o optiune minunata de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-pranz-pachet\/\">pachetel pentru job<\/a><\/strong>, pentru ca e super usor de portionat si de transportat. Si se pastreaza foarte bine in frigider, deoarece ingredientele si sosul au timp sa se amestece si sa isi imprumute aromele reciproc.<\/p><p>Sper sa incercati aceasta reteta si sa-mi spuneti cum vi s-a parut. De asemenea, as fi super curioasa sa aflu cat de multi v-ati folosit de aceasta caserola pentru meal prepping si cat de multi ati luat cate o portie la pachet, la job.
