Iata cum puteti prepara nuggets de tofu in doi timpi si trei miscari!<\/em><\/p><p>Indiferent de varsta, de job-urile pe care le avem sau care sunt preferintele noastre alimentare, cu totii ne-am indragostit la un moment dat, macar un pic, de nuggets. De obicei, se intampla cand suntem mici. Imi aduc aminte ca pentru mine asa a fost &#8211; dragoste la prima vedere! \ud83d\ude42 Pe atunci inca mancam <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/friptura-vegana-fara-seitan\/\">carne<\/a><\/strong> si obiectivul meu numarul unu era sa gaseasca niste nuggets <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/pui-tikka-masala-vegetarian\/\">de pui<\/a><\/strong> perfecte. La fiecare restaurant la care mergeam, ceream nuggets de pui. Nu erau ceva ce mancam frecvent, pentru ca de cele mai multe ori sunt prajiti, iar eu am incercat intotdeauna sa am o dieta sanatoasa, dar imi mai faceam aceasta pofta din cand in cand.<\/p><p>Din fericire, iubirea mea pentru nuggets nu s-a oprit acolo! Ei bine, daca sunt pregatiti pe dupa o reteta buna, pot fi la fel de gustosi! Aroma si gustul pentru nuggets sunt date de asezonare si de ingredientele folosite pentru crusta, nu de carne, sa stiti! Asa ca, indiferent din ce este facuta \u201ecarnea\u201d din interior, important este sa o asezonezi corect, sa obtii o crusta crocanta si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/sos-cu-ceapa-caramelizata\/\">sa folosesti sosul preferat<\/a><\/strong> la final, pentru servire! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Astazi am sa va arat reteta mea pentru nuggets din tofu! <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-tofu\/\">Tofu este un inlocuitor clasic al carnii<\/a> <\/strong>datorita texturii sale, ceea ce inseamna ca se potriveste in multe retete diferite. Am descoperit ca face minuni ca material &#8220;de baza&#8221; pentru nuggets deoarece absoarbe atat de bine toate aromele si gustul condimentelor folosite pentru asezonare. Rezultatul? Ca sa nu mai zic ca acesti nuggets sunt <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-pranz-pachet\/\">foarte usor de luat la pachet<\/a><\/strong>, asa ca ii puteti lua cu usurinta la munca sau ii puteti transforma in pachetul de pranz <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-vegane-pentru-copii\/\">pentru cei mici<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><p>Reteta pentru acesti nuggets functioneaza de minune atat in \u200b\u200bcuptor, cat si in ulei. Deci, in functie de alegerea pentru cina de astazi, puteti alege orice doriti. Desigur, varianta la cuptor este mult mai sanatoasa si as recomanda-o mai ales daca faceti acesti nuggets pentru copii. Sunt de acord cu moderatia in orice. O dieta suta la suta sanatoasa tot timpul, socotind intotdeauna aportul de calorii, nu va duce nicaieri daca poftesti in mod constant la nuggets si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/prajitura-cu-gauri-poke-cake\/\">prajituri<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><p>Amintiti-va ca mentalitatea si starea de bine generala sunt la fel de importante pentru mentinerea unui corp sanatos precum mancarea. \ud83d\ude42 Stresul si anxietatea legata de mancare nu va vor ajuta deloc! Sa va faceti unele pofte &#8211; daca aveti, in general, o dieta sanatoasa si echilibrata &#8211; nu ar trebui sa fie ceva daunator. Fiind in bucatarie, probabil ca aveti o multime de oale grele in apropiere, care vor face treaba. Lasati tofu asa timp de treizeci de minute. Greutatea va stoarce eficient umiditatea din tofu si atunci va fi numai bun de preparat! \ud83d\ude09<\/p><p>Cu toate acestea fiind spuse, este timpul sa mergem la bucatarie. Nu vom petrece mult timp acolo, deoarece aceasta reteta este super usoara! Cand totul este gata, nu uitati sa lasati un comentariu si sa ma anuntati cum a mers! Bucurati-va de nuggets de tofu si va provoc sa incercati sa nu-i mancati pe toti deodata.
