Fie ca vorbim de cancer la plamani, cancer la creier, displazie de sold, sau protejarea inimii, aceasta leguma acopera toate riscurile de a te imbolnavi. Asadar, reteta noastra de astazi este nu doar foarte gustoasa, dar si foarte sanatoasa!<\/p><p>Acum, ce stim despre gnocchi? Asa cum am mai spus <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/gnocchi-umpluti-cu-ciuperci\/\">si cu alte ocazii<\/a><\/strong>, gnocchi sunt mici galuste <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bucataria-italiana\/\">italiene<\/a><\/strong> facute din cartofi. Exista mai multe regiuni de-a lungul Italiei care isi disputa originea gnocchilor, dar se crede ca acestea\u00a0 au originea in Italia de Nord. In intreaga lume, gnocchi este cel mai frecvent facut din cartofi; rar veti vedea ceva diferit ca ingredient principal in afara Italiei. Dar, in functie de regiunea specifica din Italia unde v-ati putea gasi, exista diferite tipuri de gnocchi facuti din ingrediente de baza destul de diferite: faina, porumb, malai, paine, faina de castane sau diverse legume \u2013 inclusiv spanac si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/placinta-sarata-cu-dovleac\/\">dovleac<\/a><\/strong>!<\/p><p>Langa <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tort-cu-lamaie-si-ulei-de-masline\/\">uleiul de masline<\/a><\/strong> bun pentru inima si crema de gatit <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/stir-fry-cu-legume-soia\/\">din soia<\/a><\/strong>, adaugam duo-ul aromat de spanac si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/vinete-rumenite-la-cuptor-cu-usturoi\/\">usturoi<\/a><\/strong>. Si daca vegetarienii folosesc lapte sau parmezan, varianta noastra vegana nu are nevoie de nimic din acestea. Daca o incercati, nu uitati sa-mi spuneti in comentariile de mai jos. De asemenea, ati incercat aceasta reteta si cu <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-lapte-de-cocos\/\">lapte de cocos<\/a><\/strong>?
