Cu totii avem acele saptamani &#8220;nebune&#8221; in care simtim ca nu avem timp nici sa respiram. Acesta este un moment vulnerabil cand vine vorba de obiceiurile noastre alimentare, caci suntem foarte tentati sa apelam la fast food sau la mancare comandata. Simt ca am luat o decizie fara sa ma gandesc prea mult si ajung sa mananc ceva ce nu imi doresc si, probabil, nici nu imi place&#8230;<\/p><p>Mi-a luat ceva timp, dar am realizat ca acestea nu sunt singurele doua optiuni disponibile. Dar cand s-a intamplat asta, a fost exact ca o revelatie! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Exista de fapt o multime de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/sandvisuri-cu-avocado\/\">retete super rapide<\/a><\/strong>, atat delicioase, cat si sanatoase! De exemplu, astazi vom pregati <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/quinoa-mexicana\/\">quinoa<\/a><\/strong> prajita in doar 15 minute! Asta inseamna mai putin decat sa asteptati pana va este livrata mancarea, si mai putin decat sa mergeti pana la un fast food! Nu ma intelegeti gresit &#8211; ador orezul si este foarte usor de folosit in multe retete, dar poate deveni plictisitor. Si in plus, nu este chiar atat de hranitor. Quinoa, pe de alta parte, are destul de multe beneficii pentru sanatate!<\/p><p>Iata ce stim despre quinoa. Aceasta a fost consumata de oameni inca de acum mii de ani! Incasii au fost primii care au cultivat-o si au numit-o \u201ecereala mama\u201d. Asta inseamna ca este foarte bun pentru digestie!<\/li>\n\n<li>O multime de fier. Fierul este un element cheie pentru sistemul nostru circulator, ajutand cu oxigenarea sangelui si chiar stimuland energia creierului.<\/li>\n\n<li>Quinoa este bogata in magneziu, care ajuta multe din functiile corpului nostru. Printre altele, relaxeaza vasele de sange, ajutand la ameliorarea migrenelor.<\/li>\n\n<li>Este bogata in vitamina B2. Riboflavina, cunoscuta si sub denumirea de B2, imbunatateste metabolismul energetic din celulele musculare si nervoase. Excelent pentru combaterea oboselii si stresului!<\/li>\n\n<li>Mangan. Quinoa este bogata in mangan, care este un antioxidant ce previne deteriorarea celulelor.<\/li><\/ul><p>Dupa cum puteti vedea, exista o multime de beneficii ale consumului de quinoa! Acest lucru face ca aceasta reteta sa fie un castig complet.<\/p><p>Quinoa prajita nu numai ca este gata in 15 minute, dar este si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/dieta-vegana\/\">o masa vegana<\/a><\/strong> super sanatoasa si hranitoare. Pentru ca pe langa quinoa, vom adauga, desigur, si alte ingrediente. Daca simtiti ca un ingredient nu este chiar printre favoritele voastre, puteti sari peste el.
