Cu totii avem perioade in care simtim ca nu avem timp nici sa respiram, iar atunci suntem foarte tentati sa apelam la fast food sau la mancare comandata &#8212; fie nesanatos, fie scump, fie ambele. De fiecare data cand fac asta doar pentru ca sunt presata de timp, ma simt groaznic dupa aceea: simt ca am luat o decizie fara sa ma gandesc prea mult si ajung sa mananc ceva ce nu imi doresc si, probabil, nici nu imi place. Mi-a luat ceva timp, dar am realizat ca acestea nu sunt singurele doua optiuni disponibile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nu ma intelegeti gresit &#8212; ador orezul si este foarte usor de folosit in multe retete, dar poate deveni plictisitor. Asa ca am inlocuit orezul cu quinoa, pe care incasii au fost primii care au cultivat-o si au numit-o \u201ecereala mama\u201d. Rezultatul este o mancare la fel de reconfortanta ca orezul prajit, dar mai bogata in proteine si cu o textura mai interesanta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientele de care ai nevoie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lista este scurta si flexibila, exact ce iti trebuie cand gatesti pe fuga. Quinoa este vedeta &#8212; o spalam bine inainte de gatit pentru a indeparta saponinele, stratul natural amarui de la suprafata bobului, altfel mancarea poate capata un gust usor sapunos. Stocul de legume este cel care fierbe quinoa si ii da aroma, asa ca merita folosit unul bun; apa simpla functioneaza, dar gustul va fi mai sters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Legumele &#8212; mazare, varza maruntita, morcov, broccoli si ceapa verde &#8212; sunt cele care dau culoare si crocant. Le poti inlocui cu ce ai in frigider: ardei, fasole verde, porumb sau ciuperci merg la fel de bine. Adauga morcovul si varza, condimenteaza cu sare si piper si caleste 3-5 minute, amestecand continuu, ca legumele sa se inmoaie fara sa se arda. Apoi adauga mazarea, broccoli si quinoa si amesteca aproximativ un minut, pana quinoa absoarbe lichidul ramas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toarna stocul de legume, acopera tigaia, coboara focul si lasa la fiert circa 15 minute &#8212; exact cat ii trebuie quinoei sa se fiarba. Stii ca este gata cand boabele s-au umflat si poti vedea micul &#8220;inel&#8221; alb desfasurat in jurul fiecaruia; asa arata quinoa fiarta corect. Ia tigaia de pe foc, adauga sosul de soia si acopera din nou 2-3 minute, ca aroma sa patrunda. Presara ceapa verde la final, chiar inainte de a servi, ca sa pastreze prospetimea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Secretul unei quinoa prajite reusite<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cheia este sa nu sari peste calirea legumelor la foc iute, inainte de a adauga lichidul. Caldura puternica scoate dulceata morcovului si a verzei si imprima acea aroma usor rumenita care defineste un orez prajit bun. Daca pui totul deodata in lichid, obtii o mancare fiarta, nu prajita, iar diferenta de gust se simte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adauga sosul de soia abia la final, dupa ce ai luat tigaia de pe foc. Sosul de soia fiert mult timp devine prea sarat si isi pierde nota proaspata; adaugat la sfarsit, pastreaza echilibrul. Daca te-ai indragostit de quinoa, gasesti si mai multe idei in colectia mea de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-quinoa\/\">retete cu quinoa<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum o pastrezi si o reincalzesti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quinoa prajita se pastreaza foarte bine la frigider, intr-un recipient inchis, 3-4 zile &#8212; de fapt este una dintre acele mancaruri care se preteaza grozav la gatit in avans pentru pranzurile de peste saptamana. O poti reincalzi rapid in tigaie cu un strop de apa sau ulei, ca sa nu se usuce, sau la microunde. Daca vrei sa o congelezi, raceste-o complet inainte si tine-o pana la 2 luni; dezgheata peste noapte la frigider, apoi reincalzeste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca tot esti in cautare de retete rapide care te salveaza in zilele aglomerate, arunca un ochi si la <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/quinoa-mexicana\/\">quinoa mexicana<\/a> sau la varianta de <a
