Sunt perfecte pentru o masa festiva, un bufet sau o gustare care arata mult mai spectaculos decat efortul pe care il cere. Pana de curand, nici eu, dar imediat ce le-am gustat, am stiut ca vor deveni ceva obisnuit in bucataria mea. Dar odata ce am devenit vegana, am descoperit o lume cu totul noua, iar aceste cosulete sunt exact genul de reteta care ma incanta: o modalitate noua si distractiva de a pregati ceva clasic. Un alt lucru care imi place la aceasta reteta este cat de personalizabila este &#8212; si acesta este un lucru bun, zic eu. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce sunt, de fapt, cosuletele de spaghete<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ideea e simpla: fierbi spaghetele, le rulezi in cuiburi mici si le coci in formele de briose pana isi tin forma. Odata racite putin, se desprind ca niste cosulete crocante pe margini si moi in interior, gata sa primeasca orice topping ai chef. In reteta de fata mizez pe chiftelute de fasole neagra si pe un sos de rosii cu ardei copt, pentru ca sincer cred ca toppingurile <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chiftele-de-fasole-neagra\/\">pe baza de sos de rosii<\/a><\/strong> functioneaza cel mai bine in aceasta combinatie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientele si de ce conteaza fiecare<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Compozitia chiftelutelor porneste de la fasolea neagra din conserva, scursa bine, plus faina de ovaz care leaga totul. Rolul de &#8220;liant&#8221; secret il joaca taratele de psyllium: absorb umezeala si dau amestecului consistenta necesara pentru a putea forma chiftelute cu mana, fara ou. Lingura de pasta de sfecla rosie aduce culoare si o nota dulceaga, drojdia inactiva da acel gust savuros, iar sosul de soia sau tamari aduce sarea si adancimea de gust. Paprika afumata si piperul alb inchid profilul aromatic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru sos, baza este data de rosiile zdrobite si pasta de tomate, iar ardeiul gras rosu copt si curatat, pasat impreuna cu ele, aduce dulceata si o textura catifelata. Zaharul de cocos echilibreaza aciditatea rosiilor, iar vinul alb, oregano, busuiocul si pudra de mustar dau complexitate. Pentru cuiburi ai nevoie si de spaghete &#8212; ideal genul care se ruleaza usor. In primul rand, spaghetele se fierb cu 1-2 minute mai putin decat scrie pe cutie: raman al dente si nu se transforma in pasta moale la coacere. In al doilea rand, la trecerea prin cuptor, amidonul din paste se lipeste usor intre firele rasucite, iar cuibul se &#8220;sudeaza&#8221; singur si se desprinde intreg din forma. De aceea coacerea scurta la 200 de grade C, doar 5-7 minute, e suficienta &#8212; vrei sa fixezi forma, nu sa usuci pastele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi ca sa iasa perfecte<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-list wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lasa amestecul de chiftelute in repaus 10 minute inainte de a-l forma &#8212; e momentul in care psyllium-ul isi face treaba si compozitia devine modelabila.<\/li>\n<li>Foloseste o lingura ca masura, ca sa iasa chiftelutele de aceeasi marime si sa se gateasca uniform.<\/li>\n<li>Cand prajesti chiftelutele in tigaie, amesteca-le la fiecare doua minute, ca sa se rumeneasca pe toate partile fara sa se lipeasca.<\/li>\n<li>Unge bine formele de briose sau tapeteaza-le, ca sa desprinzi cuiburile intregi.<\/li>\n<li>Lasa cuiburile sa se odihneasca un minut dupa cuptor: calde-calde sunt mai fragile, iar dupa cateva clipe se desprind mult mai usor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desigur, daca este prima data cand incerci sa o faci, este intotdeauna mai sigur sa urmezi pasii si ingredientele date. Ar trebui sa incercati sa intrebati in jur &#8212; veti fi surprinsi sa stiti ca aproape toata lumea are propriul sau ingredient secret si cum se poate crea un nou gust interesant! Pentru mine, aceasta este intotdeauna partea distractiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cu ce le servesti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cosuletele de spaghete se descurca minunat ca aperitiv la o masa mai mare, alaturi de alte feluri vegane care se mananca cu pofta. Le poti reincalzi cateva minute in cuptor la foc mediu, ca sa isi recapete crocanta pe margini &#8212; la microunde raman moi. Chiftelutele si sosul se pot pregati cu o zi inainte si se tin separat la rece, ca sa asamblezi totul rapid inainte de servire. Daca gatesti pentru un eveniment, formeaza cuiburile in forme si coace-le doar in ultimul moment, ca sa ajunga calde si crocante pe masa. Mai ales cand este ceva de genul acesta, o modalitate noua si distractiva de a pregati ceva, sunt intotdeauna nerabdatoare sa incerc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mi-ar placea sa stiu cum vi s-a parut aceasta reteta! Daca faceti cosuletele de spaghete cu chiftelute, lasati-mi mai jos o nota si un comentariu cu ce sos ati ales sau ce mic ingredient secret ati strecurat in chiftelute &#8212; sunt tare curioasa cum
