Aceasta versiune cu banane coapte, afine si pudra de proteine vegana este perfecta pentru mic-dejun, brunch sau chiar desert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca textura cremoasa a budincii de ovaz clasice nu e chiar preferata ta, dar vrei totusi sa pui ovazul pe masa de dimineata, varianta la cuptor schimba complet jocul. In loc de o budinca moale care se mananca cu lingura, obtii ceva ce poti taia in patrate si lua cu mana, cu marginile usor rumenite si miezul aerat. Eu o pregatesc cel mai des cand vreau un mic-dejun pe care sa il pot face o data si sa il am gata pentru cateva zile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si pentru ca lista mea de variatii nu se termina aici, aceeasi baza merge transformata si in desert, daca o servesti calda cu o lingura de inghetata vegana deasupra. Pentru un terci la cuptor cu textura buna recomand fulgii de ovaz integrali, clasici (rolled oats), nu cei instant. Fulgii instant sunt deja partial gatiti si maruntiti, asa ca dupa coacere se fac papa si pierd din muscatura. In reteta ii oparesti intai cu apa clocotita si ii lasi 15-20 de minute, ca sa se inmoaie inainte de copt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Banane coapte<\/strong> sunt indulcitorul principal si liantul natural. Ai nevoie de doua banane mari, cat mai coapte, cu coaja patata cu maro. Cu cat banana e mai coapta, cu atat amidonul s-a transformat in zaharuri, deci primesti mai multa dulceata naturala si o aroma mai intensa. Pastrezi jumatate de banana feliata pentru topping, ca sa se rumeneasca frumos deasupra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lapte de migdale<\/strong> aduce lichidul cremos in care se imbiba ovazul, o cana si jumatate. Alege un lapte de migdale neindulcit, ca sa controlezi tu nivelul de dulceata din sirop si banane. Daca nu ai migdale, orice lapte vegetal merge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pudra de proteine vegana<\/strong>, un sfert de cana, e cea care transforma micul-dejun intr-unul cu aport ridicat de proteine. Alege o pudra cu gust de vanilie sau neutra, ca sa se potriveasca cu bananele si scortisoara. Pudrele cu aroma puternica de ciocolata pot domina restul ingredientelor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Seminte de in<\/strong>, o lingura, se amesteca cu doua linguri de apa si se lasa 5 minute pana formeaza un gel. Acest &#8220;ou de in&#8221; leaga compozitia si tine locul oului, foarte util intr-o reteta vegana. Daca le ai sub forma de seminte intregi, macina-le inainte: invelisul intreg trece prin organism nedigerat si nu iti da nici gelul de care ai nevoie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Seminte de canepa si migdale feliate<\/strong>, cate un sfert de cana, adauga proteine, grasimi bune si textura. Semintele de canepa au gust delicat, de nuca, si se incorporeaza usor. Migdalele feliate dau crocant, mai ales daca pui o parte dintre ele si deasupra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Afine<\/strong>, jumatate de cana, aduc aciditatea si prospetimea care echilibreaza dulceata bananelor. Merg foarte bine si congelate; nu le decongela inainte, le adaugi direct, ca sa nu lase prea mult suc in compozitie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sirop de artar, scortisoara si extract de vanilie<\/strong> sunt trio-ul aromatic. Siropul de artar, un sfert de cana, indulceste fara zahar rafinat; scortisoara, o lingura, da caldura; iar vanilia, o lingura, rotunjeste totul. Stii ca sunt gata cand au absorbit apa si s-au umflat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Foloseste banane cat mai coapte.<\/strong> Greseala cea mai frecventa e sa folosesti banane galbene, inca tari. Acelea sunt fade si amidonoase. Cele cu coaja patata se sfarama usor cu furculita si dulcesc compozitia natural.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nu sari peste gelul de in.<\/strong> Daca pui semintele direct, fara sa le hidratezi 5 minute, nu se formeaza liantul si compozitia se leaga mai prost. Trebuie sa devina vascos, ca un ou batut.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Verifica miezul, nu doar suprafata.<\/strong> La 170 de grade, dupa 30 de minute, marginile trebuie sa fie rumenite, iar miezul prins, nu lichid. Daca apesi usor in centru si revine, e gata.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lasa-l sa se odihneasca 5-10 minute dupa cuptor.<\/strong> Cald-cald se sfarama; pe masura ce se raceste putin, se aseaza si se taie curat in patrate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Substitutii si variatii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Alt lapte vegetal:<\/strong> in loc de lapte de migdale poti folosi lapte de ovaz, de soia sau de cocos. Fiecare schimba usor aroma, dar functioneaza la fel.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alte fructe:<\/strong> afinele pot fi inlocuite cu zmeura, mure sau bucati de mar. Dupa ce s-a racit complet, taie-l in portii si pastreaza-le intr-un recipient inchis la frigider, unde rezista 4-5 zile. Dimineata, incalzesti o portie 30-40 de secunde la microunde sau cateva minute in cuptor si o ai gata fara niciun efort. Se poate si congela: infasori portiile individual si le tii la congelator pana la 2-3 luni, apoi le decongelezi peste noapte la frigider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca vrei sa explorezi si alte variante de ovaz, arunca un ochi pe <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/terci-de-ovaz-porridge\/\">terciul de ovaz clasic (porridge)<\/a> pentru versiunea cremoasa pe aragaz, sau pe selectia mea de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/mic-dejun-cu-ovaz\/\">retete de mic-dejun cu ovaz<\/a>. Iar daca ai ramas fara lapte de migdale, poti sa il faci singura acasa dupa <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-lapte-vegetal\/\">ghidul meu de lapte vegetal<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
