Suna bine, nu-i asa?<\/p><p>Dupa cum am mentionat, acest terci de ovaz la cuptor este o sursa incredibila de proteine. Ovazul contine fibre dietetice (mai mult decat multe alte cereale) si are o serie de proprietati sanatoase ca de exemplu reducerea colesterolului. Un articol publicat in American Journal of Clinical Nutrition a concluzionat ca o dieta care cuprinde o multime de cereale integrale (cum ar fi ovaz sau paine integrala) este la fel de eficienta ca administrarea medicamentelor antihipertensive pentru scaderea tensiunii arteriale.
