Vorbim despre o reteta delicioasa indiana, facuta de la zero, in casa, vegana si plina de vitamine. Va rog, nu va lasati intimidati de felul principal pe care il incercam astazi! Daca, insa, alegeti sa <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cartofi-aurii-la-cuptor\/\">coaceti cartofii<\/a><\/strong>, in special pastrand <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/coji-de-cartofi-dulci-umplute\/\">coaja lor<\/a><\/strong>, veti beneficia cu adevarat de toate avantajele lor uimitoare. Asta inseamna ca obtineti 25% din valoarea zilnica recomandata de potasiu doar dintr-un singur cartof. Incredibil, nu-i asa?<\/p><p>Datorita antioxidantilor gasiti in cartofi, corpul tau poate lupta cu radicalii liberi. Coaja cartofilor contine un antioxidant foarte puternic de care organismul are nevoie pentru a-si mentine sanatatea celulelor si pentru a preveni unele dintre bolile fatale.
