Desi unele dintre ingrediente au un termen de valabilitate ceva mai extins,&nbsp; (uleiul rafinat de nuc\u0103 de cocos ce va fi folosit drept baza pentru unt vegan), unele nu sunt (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-lapte-vegetal\/\">lapte vegan<\/a><\/strong>), astfel ca acest produs de casa poate fi pastrat la frigider pentru o perioada de maximum doua saptamani.<\/p><p>Dupa cum am mentionat, baza acestei retete este uleiul rafinat <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tort-raffaello-cu-cocos\/\">de cocos<\/a><\/strong>. Acum, bineinteles, puteti folosi ulei extra virgin de cocos, dar aroma finala va semana mai mult a cocos decat a unt. Cheia este sa alegeti o marca de calitate care sa rafineze uleiul in mod corespunz\u0103tor. Sursele de calitate se asigura ca uleiul lor de nuca de cocos este curat, pur si necontaminat. Nu folosesc solventi duri pentru a-si rafina uleiul, ci pur si simplu folosesc o presa de expulzat pentru a \u00eendeparta solidele din nuca de cocos.<\/p><p>Acum ca am lamurit acest aspect, haideti sa discutam despre drojdia inactiva, un alt ingredient in aceasta reteta minunata. De asemenea, furnizeaza compusii beta-1,3 glucan, trehaloza, manan si glutation, care sunt asociati cu o imunitate sporita, niveluri reduse de colesterol si prevenirea cancerului. Aceasta contine fier, seleniu si zinc, iar ceea ce este uimitor este ca o portie de drojdie inactiva ofera aproximativ 4 grame de fibre. Suna minunat, nu-i asa? \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Drojdia inactiva este o sursa de vitamine B, inclusiv tiamina, folatul, B-6 si niacina, vitamine care va ajuta sa extrageti energia din alimente si sa produce\u021bi globule rosii. Multe tipuri de drojdii inactive sunt, de asemenea, fortificate cu vitamina B-12, care se gaseste de obicei exclusiv in produsele de origine animala. Este atat de simplu si rapid de facut, incat nu o sa va vina sa credeti!
