Se prepara in mai putin de un minut, direct in blender, si iese de fiecare data densa si onctuoasa. Ai nevoie de doar cinci lucruri, toate vegetale:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Ulei de floarea-soarelui<\/strong> &#8212; baza maionezei. Foloseste un ulei cu gust neutru, ca sa nu acopere celelalte arome. O cana de ulei iti da o maioneza densa, ca cea clasica.<\/li><li><strong>Lapte de soia<\/strong> &#8212; inlocuieste oul si ajuta amestecul sa se lege. Soia are proteinele si lecitina necesare pentru o emulsie stabila, asa ca este cea mai sigura alegere aici. Daca vrei sa il faci in casa, vezi cum prepari <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-lapte-vegetal\/\">lapte vegetal<\/a><\/strong> de la zero.<\/li><li><strong>Mustar Dijon<\/strong> &#8212; da un plus de aroma si, fiind un emulgator natural, ajuta uleiul si laptele sa ramana legate.<\/li><li><strong>Suc de lamaie<\/strong> &#8212; aduce acea aciditate proaspata care echilibreaza grasimea uleiului.<\/li><li><strong>Sare si piper<\/strong> &#8212; se adauga la final, dupa gust.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce se leaga maioneza fara ou<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La maioneza clasica, galbenusul de ou tine uleiul si apa legate intr-o emulsie. Aici, laptele de soia face exact aceeasi treaba: proteinele si lecitina din soia inconjoara picaturile fine de ulei si le impiedica sa se separe. Cand pornesti blenderul, lamele rup uleiul in picaturi minuscule si le dispersezeaza uniform in lichid, iar mustarul vine ca al doilea emulgator care stabilizeaza totul. Aciditatea face toata diferenta.<\/li><li><strong>Daca iese prea subtire<\/strong>, mai adauga putin ulei si mixeaza din nou; daca e prea groasa, subtiaza cu cateva picaturi de lapte de soia.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum o folosesti si cum o pastrezi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aceasta maioneza merge la fel de bine ca cea clasica: o intinzi pe <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/sandvisuri-cu-avocado\/\">sandvisuri<\/a><\/strong>, o folosesti ca <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/dressing-pentru-salata\/\">dressing pentru salate<\/a><\/strong> sau ca sos alaturi de aperitive coapte la cuptor, cum sunt <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/nuggets-de-tofu\/\">nuggets de tofu<\/a><\/strong>. Este si baza perfecta pentru salatele de sarbatoare, ca <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-vegana-a-la-russe\/\">salata a la russe vegana<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pastreaz-o intr-un borcan inchis ermetic, la frigider, si consum-o in 4-5 zile. Nu o lasa la temperatura camerei mai mult decat e nevoie si amesteca usor inainte de folosire, daca s-a separat putin. Maioneza vegana nu se congeleaza bine, fiindca emulsia se desface la dezghetare, asa ca pregateste doar cat consumi intr-o saptamana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca incerci reteta, lasa-mi mai jos o nota cu stelute si spune-mi in comentarii cat de densa ti-a iesit si cu ce mustar ai facut-o &#8212; sunt curioasa daca ai adaugat mai mult suc de lamaie, ca mine.
