Boabele sunt incredibil de frumoase, dar, din pacate, sunt otravitoare.<\/p><p>Intr-un studiu publicat in Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry in 2003, fasolea neagra a castigat clasamentul, dupa cercetarea a 12 soiuri comune de fasole uscata si verificarea proprietatilor antioxidante ale soiului. Cercetatorii au mai descoperit ca soiurile de fasole mai &#8220;intunecate&#8221; au un continut de flavonoide mai mare. Si este si super gustoasa!<\/p><p>Proprietatile antioxidante puternice ale boabelor de fasole sunt in mare masura atribuite concentratiei lor mari de antocianine, cum ar fi delfininina, petunidina si malvidina. Continutul total de antocianina din fasole este estimat a fi de aproximativ 214 miligrame la 100 de grame. Antocianinele sunt pigmenti flavonoizi sanatosi care dau proprietatile antioxidante superioare si nuantele unor alimente precum afinele, coacazele negre, zmeura, struguri rosii si fasole neagra.<\/p><p>Antioxidantii protejeaza celulele de radicalii liberi care sunt atomi nocivi care pot provoca daune celulelor din corp. Pe langa faptul ca furnizeaza antioxidanti, fasolea neagra ofera o multime de proteine, precum si zinc sau cupru, care sunt printre cei mai buni nutrienti pentru combaterea ridurilor.<\/p><p>Pe scurt, aceasta ciorba de fasole nu este doar foarte gustoasa, ci aduce si nenumarate beneficii pentru sanatate!<\/p><p>Iata si un sfat: Daca timpul e o resursa pretioasa pentru tine, atunci poti sa optezi pentru varianta de fasole la conserva!
