Se framanta intr-un singur bol, se modeleaza bile si se coc la 180 de grade C timp de 10-15 minute. Sunt vegani, potriviti pentru post si gata in mai putin de o jumatate de ora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Biscuitii cu ovaz se numara printre biscuitii mei preferati din intreaga lume, asa ca daca vreti si voi sa va delectati cu un desert rapid, va recomand cu drag reteta mea de biscuiti cu ovaz, vegani si de post. Iubesc cat de putin lucru cer: nu trebuie sa stau cu mixerul jumatate de ora, nu am nevoie de oua sau de ingrediente greu de gasit, iar in tot acest timp bucataria se umple de aroma de scortisoara coapta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am mai vorbit anterior despre versatilitatea ovazului atunci cand v-am prezentat reteta mea de fursecuri cu ovaz, banane si merisoare, iar biscuitii acestia sunt versiunea pe care o fac cel mai des. Eu il scot din frigider cu putin timp inainte, ca sa fie moale, dar nu topit. Cand untul este la temperatura camerei, il poti bate cu zaharul pana incorporeaza aer, iar asta face biscuitii mai fragezi. Cauta un unt vegan tip stick, mai ferm, nu o margarina moale de tartinat, pentru ca aceea contine prea multa apa si lasa aluatul lipicios. Reteta merge si cu unt normal, daca nu il vrei de post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fulgi de ovaz<\/strong> &#8212; inima retetei. Eu folosesc fulgi clasici, de marime medie, pentru ca dau cea mai buna textura: se simt in biscuit, dar nu raman duri. Daca ai doar fulgi instant, foarte marunti, biscuitii vor iesi mai uniformi si mai putin crocanti, asa ca, daca ai de ales, mergi pe cei intregi. Verifica sa fie ovaz pur daca tii cont de gluten, pentru ca multe sortimente sunt procesate alaturi de cereale cu gluten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Faina<\/strong> &#8212; leaga aluatul si tine biscuitii in forma. Merge faina normala sau un mix fara gluten daca vrei o varianta fara gluten. Sfatul meu este sa o adaugi treptat si sa o masori corect, fara sa indesi faina in cana, pentru ca un exces de faina face biscuitii uscati si sfaramiciosi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zahar de cocos<\/strong> &#8212; indulceste si da o nuanta usor caramelizata. Poti folosi si zahar brun, care se comporta la fel si pastreaza culoarea aurie a biscuitilor. Eu prefer zaharul de cocos pentru aroma lui mai rotunda, dar oricare dintre cele doua functioneaza perfect aici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Unt de migdale<\/strong> &#8212; aduce fragezime si o nota usor unsa care leaga frumos aluatul. Cauta un unt de migdale fara zahar adaugat si fara ulei de palmier, doar migdale macinate. Daca s-a separat in borcan, amesteca-l bine inainte sa il masori, ca sa nu iei doar uleiul de deasupra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Stafide<\/strong> &#8212; partea dulce-fructata care se topeste usor la coacere. Daca sunt foarte uscate, le poti tine cateva minute in apa calda si apoi le scurgi bine, ca sa nu absoarba umezeala din aluat. Se inlocuiesc usor cu merisoare, fulgi de ciocolata sau alte fructe uscate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Scortisoara, extract de vanilie si bicarbonat de sodiu<\/strong> &#8212; scortisoara si vanilia dau aroma clasica de biscuit cu ovaz, iar bicarbonatul ajuta biscuitii sa creasca putin si sa nu ramana plati. Daca untul este prea rece, nu se bate frumos, iar daca este topit, aluatul se intinde prea mult la coacere.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nu sari peste untul de migdale.<\/strong> El leaga aluatul vegan in lipsa oului si aduce fragezime. Adauga-l dupa ce ai facut crema de unt si zahar si combina pana se incorporeaza complet.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adauga fulgii de ovaz si stafidele la final.<\/strong> Le amesteci usor, doar cat sa se distribuie uniform. Daca framanti prea mult dupa ce ai pus faina, aluatul devine tare si biscuitii ies duri.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Modeleaza bile de marime egala si lasa spatiu intre ele pe tava.<\/strong> Asa se coc uniform si nu se lipesc intre ele. Daca le vrei mai plate, apasa-le usor cu dosul lingurii inainte de coacere.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Scoate-i din cuptor cand marginile sunt aurii, dar mijlocul inca pare moale.<\/strong> Stii ca sunt gata cand au prins culoare pe margine si miroase puternic a scortisoara. Daca vrei sa ii pregatesti din timp, poti modela bilele de aluat, le poti aseza pe o tava si congela, iar apoi le coci direct din congelator, adaugand un minut, doua la timpul de coacere.
