Este super rapid si foarte sanatos!<\/em><\/p><p>Cine nu adora <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/taco-cu-conopida\/\">sa savureze un taco<\/a><\/strong> din cand in cand? Mai mult decat atat, cine nu adora un taco bowl, adica un fel de &#8220;taco in castron&#8221;? Totul sta la locul lui si e super simplu sa mananci dintr-un castron, cu furculita. Plus ca mi se pare genul de reteta de tip <em>comfort food<\/em> care chiar e foarte sanatoasa!<\/p><p>Deci, ce ar trebui acest taco bowl sa contina?<\/p><p>Atunci cand vorbim de versiunea clasica, baza e intotdeauna un tip de carne tocata &#8211; in general curcan sau vita. Cred ca nu mai e nevoie sa spun ca nu vom folosi carne, din moment ce e o reteta vegetariana. Aceasta se face fie pe baza de grau, fie, mai adesea, pe baza de porumb (adica malai). E crocanta si delicioasa, adaugand acel ceva atat de specific unui taco.<\/p><p>Pentru a face taco vegetarieni, trebuie, evident, sa sarim peste carne. Dar putem sa preparam si variante vegane pentru a o inlocui. Daca vrem un taco bowl vegan, va trebui sa sarim peste toate produsele de origine animala. Dar nu va ingrijorati! Mai putine produse de origine animala nu inseamna un fel de mancare frugal si putin satisfacator. Carnea poate fi omisa cu totul, desi ne-am indeparta un pic de ideea de taco. Solutia cea mai buna e sa cream un inlocuitor de carne. Putem face asta folosind texturat de soia sau sa incercam un amestec de nuci si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/orez-de-conopida\/\">conopida<\/a><\/strong> faramitate la robot, iar apoi asezonate si gatite in asa fel incat sa fie cat mai sarate si asemanatoare carnii.<\/p><p>Puteti sa adaugati acestui amestec boia afumata &#8211; o sa aduca un mare plus si o sa semene ceva mai tare cu carnea. Sunt bune ambele sortimente de orez, si cel alb, si cel brun. Dar daca vreti sa faceti felul asta de mancare super sanatos, folositi orez brun. Are un continut foarte ridicat de fibre, ceea ce va va ajuta digestia si va va mentine satisfacuti pe o perioada mai mare de timp. Plus ca e absolut delicios.<\/p><p>Pentru o varianta vegetariana a retetei de taco bowls puteti folosi <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/branza-mozzarella-vegana\/\">felul vostru preferat de branza<\/a><\/strong>, pe care o veti topi si veti obtine ceva mega delicios. Daca totusi vreti sa faceti varianta vegana, va trebui fie sa sariti cu totul peste branza, fie sa folositi o varianta vegana. Optiunile mele favorite sunt branza pe baza de caju, dar si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/nuggets-de-tofu\/\">tofu<\/a><\/strong>. Daca folositi tofu, va recomand din inima sa il marinati si sa il puneti pe gratar. Aroma va fi de vis! \ud83d\ude09<\/p><p>Un alt pont pe care vi-l recomand este ca, ajunsi la partea cu legumele, sa folositi atat legume proaspete, cat si legume gatite. In felul asta veti obtine un amestec minunat de arome si texturi &#8211; iar taco bowls se bazeaza pe acest &#8220;joc&#8221;. Legumele proaspete sunt crocante si fresh, iar legumele gatite au aroma mai puternica si aduc altceva. Au de toate: carbohidrati (chiar complecsi, daca folositi orez brun), <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/proteinele-in-dieta-vegana\/\">proteine vegetale de calitate<\/a><\/strong>\u2026 Daca folositi nuci in amestecul de imitatie de carne, va alegeti si cu grasimi de calitate, bune pentru inima. Daca nu, puteti folosi un avocado din care <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/guacamole\/\">sa faceti guacamole<\/a><\/strong> pe care sa-l folositi ca topping, sau sa-l taiati si sa il amestecati pur si simplu cu restul legumelor.<\/p><p>Ador aceste taco bowls pentru versatilitatea lor si pentru nutritia pe care o ofera cu fiecare inghititura. Sunt genul de fel de mancare sanatos care e destul de satios incat sa nu se simta deloc restrictiv. Puteti sa mancati ca atare, din frigider, sau sa reincalziti &#8211; mie imi plac in ambele feluri. Versiunea calda e ceva mai potrivita pentru lunile reci, pe cand versiunea rece e minunata vara.<\/p><p>Sper ca o sa incercati aceasta reteta, fie pentru un <em>Taco Tuesday <\/em>ca la carte, fie pentru orice alta zi a saptamanii! Daca unele ingrediente nu-s pe gustul vostru, puteti sa experimentati si sa le inlocuiti cu ceva care va place.
