E gata repede, e satios si il mananci linistit cu furculita, fara mizerie si firimituri. Mai mult decat atat, cine nu adora un taco bowl, adica un fel de &#8220;taco in castron&#8221;? Uneori mi se pare o optiune mai simpla decat cea clasica. In opinia mea, un taco bowl reprezinta tot ce e bun la un taco clasic, dar mai simplu de facut si fara sa faci mizerie atunci cand mananci. Totul sta la locul lui si e super comod sa mananci dintr-un castron, cu furculita. Plus ca mi se pare genul de reteta de tip <em>comfort food<\/em> care chiar iti face bine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce imi place versiunea in castron<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ador aceste taco bowls pentru versatilitatea lor si pentru nutritia pe care o ofera cu fiecare inghititura. Atunci cand vorbim de versiunea clasica, baza e intotdeauna un tip de carne tocata, in general curcan sau vita. Aici insa &#8220;carnea&#8221; vine din conopida si nuci, maruntite si coapte cu condimente, plus texturat de soia fiert si condimentat, asa ca ai tot gustul si textura consistenta, dar din plante. Iata la ce sa fii atent cand le alegi si le pregatesti:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Orezul<\/strong> este baza care tine tot castronul satios. Fierbe-l conform instructiunilor de pe ambalaj; daca vrei o varianta mai usoara, il poti inlocui cu <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/orez-de-conopida\/\">orez de conopida<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Conopida si nucile<\/strong> formeaza &#8220;carnea&#8221; vegetala. Marunteste-le la robot doar cat sa se faca farame, nu pasta, ca sa pastrezi textura granulata la copt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Texturatul de soia<\/strong> aduce un plus de proteina si mestecatura. Fierbe-l 10 minute, scurge-l foarte bine si abia apoi condimenteaza-l, ca sa nu iasa apos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fasolea rosie si porumbul din conserva<\/strong> se pun direct, doar bine scurse si clatite. Boabele rosii sunt favoritele mele in taco bowl.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pico de gallo si guacamole<\/strong> aduc prospetimea si cremozitatea. Poti folosi <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/guacamole\/\">guacamole facut in casa<\/a> ca sa controlezi consistenta si condimentarea.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Jalapeno si sucul de lime<\/strong> dau nota picanta si acra care leaga totul. Primul: nu pulsezi conopida si nucile prea mult, ca sa ramana farame distincte care imita carnea tocata; daca insisti la robot, obtii pasta si pierzi mestecatura. Al doilea: coacerea la 180 de grade timp de 20-25 de minute scoate umezeala din conopida si prajeste condimentele, asa ca farimele se rumenesc pe margini si capata gust intens, nu apos. Daca vrei sa faci un pranz mai bogat, il poti servi alaturi de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/ciorba-de-fasole\/\">o ciorba de fasole<\/a> sau langa niste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chiftelute-de-porumb\/\">chiftelute de porumb<\/a> ca aperitiv. Iar daca ai poft de mai mult, exploreaza si celelalte <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-orez\/\">retete cu orez<\/a> de pe blog pentru variatie la baza castronului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru pastrare, tine componentele la frigider in recipiente inchise si asambleaza bowl-ul la servire; asa orezul si &#8220;carnea&#8221; de conopida raman gustoase 2-3 zile. Guacamole si pico de gallo se pun proaspete, iar sucul de lime se stoarce chiar inainte de a manca.
