Se coc in cuptor pana devin aurii si le poti face din timp, chiar sa le congelezi pentru diminetile aglomerate. Nu ma refer la cele cumparate de la magazin, ci la varianta lor facuta in casa, mult mai satioasa. Am facut in trecut <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/pachetele-de-pizza\/\">pachetele vegane cu pizza<\/a> si au fost un mare succes, asa ca mi-am propus sa incerc mai multe umpluturi. Asa au luat nastere aceste pachetele cu omleta pentru micul-dejun. Dupa cum probabil v-ati dat seama pana acum, mie imi plac retetele versatile, iar aceste pachetele nu fac exceptie de la regula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce pui in umplutura de omleta cu tofu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Secretul acestei umpluturi sta in cateva ingrediente-cheie care transforma tofu simplu intr-o &#8220;omleta&#8221; convingatoare. <strong>Curcuma<\/strong> da culoarea galbena tipica oualor, iar <strong>sarea neagra (kala namak)<\/strong> aduce acea aroma usor sulfuroasa, de ou, care face toata diferenta &#8212; fara ea, ai doar tofu condimentat. <strong>Drojdia nutritionala<\/strong> adauga o nota savuroasa, aproape de branza, iar ceapa verde si mararul aduc prospetime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru tofu, foloseste tofu tare sau extra-tare si scurge-l bine inainte &#8212; cu cat contine mai putina apa, cu atat umplutura iese mai pufoasa si nu inmoaie aluatul. Nu e un capriciu &#8212; combinatia celor doua texturi imita perfect omleta adevarata. Partea cremoasa leaga umplutura si ii da onctuozitate, iar bucatelele mai mari aduc acea muscatura si consistenta pe care le astepti de la oua batute. Daca ai marunti totul la fel, ai obtine o pasta uniforma, mai putin interesanta la textura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum sa iti iasa pachetelele perfect<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nu supraincarca pachetelele. Pune umplutura in centru si lasa margini libere, ca sa le poti sigila fara sa dea pe afara.<\/li>\n<li>Sigileaza bine marginile apasandu-le cu furculita &#8212; daca raman deschise, branza se scurge la copt.<\/li>\n<li>Unge-le cu ulei de masline inainte de a le baga la cuptor: asa capata acea suprafata aurie si crocanta. Semintele de susan adauga crocant si un plus decorativ.<\/li>\n<li>Coace la 180 de grade circa 20 de minute sau pana sunt frumos rumenite. Preferatele mele sunt ceapa caramelizata in tigaie, ardeii grasi sau rosiile adaugate la umplutura de tofu. Poti presara si legume marunite peste omleta inainte de a inchide pachetelele. Daca vrei o varianta vegetariana in loc de cea vegana, poti folosi branza obisnuita care se topeste sau chiar ou batut in loc de tofu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cu totii stim ca celor mici li se face foame cand te astepti mai putin, deci sa ai intotdeauna ceva nutritiv in congelator e o optiune binevenita. Si daca iti plac pranzurile pe care le poti lua la pachet, s-ar putea sa iti fie utile si aceste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-pranz-pachet\/\">retete de pranz la pachet<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cu ce se servesc pachetelele cu omleta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In opinia mea, pachetelele acestea reprezinta un mic-dejun mai special &#8212; o varianta mai draguta a omletei obisnuite sau a scrobului pe care le servim in weekend. Mie imi place sa le servesc cu o portie extra de legume sau fructe. Intotdeauna mi-a placut combinatia de omleta si fructe servite langa &#8212; mi se pare ca adauga un plus estetic, dar si nutritional. Le poti reincalzi in cuptor sau in air fryer ca sa isi recapete crocanta &#8212; microundele le inmoaie aluatul. Pentru congelator, ai doua variante: le poti congela crude, gata modelate, si le coci direct din stare congelata (adauga cateva minute la timpul de coacere), sau le congelezi deja coapte si le reincalzesti la nevoie. Asa ai mereu un mic-dejun cald la indemana, exact cand ti se face foame pe nepusa masa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca incerci reteta, spune-mi in comentarii ce umplutura ai ales &#8212; ceapa caramelizata, ardei sau clasic cu tofu &#8212; si nu uita sa lasi si o nota retetei, ca sa stiu cum ti-au iesit pachetelele!<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div
