Iata cum puteti prepara pachetele cu omleta in varianta vegana (de post) sau vegetariana!<\/em><\/p><p>Dupa cum probabil stiti daca ma urmariti, mie imi plac destul de mult hot pockets, un tip de mancare facut din &#8220;pachetele&#8221;!<\/p><p>Sigur, nu ma refer la cele cumparate de la magazin, ci la varianta lor mult mai sanatoasa si mai satioasa, facuta in casa. Am facut in trecut pachetele vegane cu pizza si au fost un mare succes, asa ca mi-am propus sa incerc mai multe umpluturi. Dupa cum probabil v-ati dat seama pana acum, mie imi plac retetele versatile, iar aceste pachetele nu fac exceptie de la regula. Posibilitatea de a inlocui ingredientele intre ele si de a ma descurca cu ce am prin frigider e super reconfortanta pentru mine.<\/p><p>Vietile noastre sunt destul de incarcate in ziua de azi si, desi poate ca uneori ne place sa gatim retete complexe pe care sa le urmam pas cu pas, adesea nu e posibil pur si simplu. Sunt sigura ca si pentru voi o sa fie utila, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-vegane-pentru-copii\/\">mai ales daca aveti copii<\/a><\/strong>. Cu totii stim ca celor mici li se face foame cand te astepti mai putin, deci sa ai intotdeauna ceva nutritiv in congelator e o optiune binevenita.<\/p><p>In opinia mea, pachetelele acestea reprezinta un mic-dejun mai special &#8211; o varianta mai draguta a omletei obisnuite sau al scrobului \/ scrambled eggs pe care le servim in weekend. Dar le putem servi <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-pranz-pachet\/\">si la pranz<\/a><\/strong> sau <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-cartofi-dulci\/\">cina<\/a><\/strong>, deoarece reprezinta o masa echilibrata.<\/p><p>Un mic-dejun <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/proteinele-in-dieta-vegana\/\">bogat in proteine<\/a><\/strong> e o optiune excelenta, din mai multe motive. S-a demonstrat ca un mic-dejun bogat in proteine, consumat regulat, ajuta in procesul de slabire refacand masa musculara, care, la randul sau, ne ajuta sa ardem mai multe calorii. De aceea, aceste pachetele cu omleta sunt o optiune atat de buna pentru prima masa a zilei. Asa cum probabil v-ati dat seama pana acum, ouale sunt vedeta principala in aceasta poveste. Aceste pachetele sunt, practic, niste <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/paine-cu-malai-cornbread\/\">mici painici<\/a><\/strong> umplute cu omleta. Atat. Ce simplu si ce delicios, nu?<\/p><p>Pachetelele astea pentru mic dejun ofera o gama foarte variata, la fel ca o omleta, de fapt. Putem adauga in omleta o mare varietate de ingrediente, nu? La fel e si cu aceste pachetele. Alte optiuni delicioase si pline de nutrienti <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/pateuri-cu-spanac\/\">ar fi spanacul<\/a><\/strong> sau ierburile aromatice precum patrunjelul si mararul. Daca simtiti ca e cazul, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/crema-de-branza-vegana-de-post-cu-probiotice\/\">puteti adauga si branza<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; o sa se topeasca si o sa fie extra delicioasa. Daca sunteti vegani, inlocuiti branza cu o varianta vegana. La fel si in cazul carnii. Puteti adauga in aceste pachetele carnat, pui sau mezel, iar daca sunteti vegani, variantele acestora de mock-meat. Veti obtine, astfel, un mic-dejun satios si gustos. Sau un pranz. Sau o cina. Sau chiar o gustare. De ce? Pentru ca stim ce ingrediente am folosit, pentru ca nu am adaugat zahar, pentru ca am limitat cantitatea de grasime folosita si am folosit grasimi de calitate. Au, de asemenea, mult mai putine calorii si sunt mult mai satisfacatoare. Adica se simt ca o masa reala, nutritiva. Si cu cat adaugati mai multe legume, cu atat mai nutritive sunt.<\/p><p>Mie imi place sa le servesc cu o portie extra de legume sau fructe. Intotdeauna mi-a placut combinatia de omleta si fructe servite langa &#8211; mi se pare ca adauga un plus estetic, dar si nutritional. Puteti alege <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/capsuni\">capsuni<\/a><\/strong>, zmeura sau <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/biscuiti-cu-afine\/\">afine<\/a><\/strong>. Sau, sincer, orice alt fruct.
