Alte ingrediente comune care se adauga acestui amestec sunt ceapa, usturoiul si alte condimente si mirodenii.<\/p><p>Asa cum se intampla in general cu mancarurile foarte cunoscute, exista multe dispute in jurul originii falafelului. Unii spun ca s-ar fi inventat in Egipt acum 1000 de ani. Altii spun ca ar fi, de fapt, mult mai veche, facandu-se inca din timpul faraonilor. Daca ne luam dupa aceasta teorie, se pare ca, la inceput, falafel se facea exclusiv din <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/ciorba-de-fasole\/\">boabe de fasole<\/a><\/strong> fava, deoarece asta se gasea in zona respectiva.<\/p><p>Mai tarziu, dupa ce a migrat spre Levant, boabele de naut le-ar fi inlocuit pe cele de fava. E considerat un fel traditional in Egipt, Israel si Palestina, iar azi il putem gasi cam in orice tara sub forma de <em>street food<\/em>.<\/p><p>Secretul unui falafel perfect e sa nu gatim boabele de naut inainte de a asambla chiftelele, deoarece asta le face sa fie sfaramicioase si sa nu se tina. Solutia e sa le hidratam in apa (uneori cu bicarbonat de sodiu) cu o noapte inainte, iar apoi sa le macinam cu alte condimente si mirodenii.<\/p><p>Urmatorul pas e sa le asamblam in forme de chiftele (sferice sau aplatizate, asemanatoare cu cele de burger). E un proces destul de distractiv pe care il putem face cu usurinta de mana. Cel din urma factor explica de ce veganii iubesc atat de mult falafelul si il consuma atat de des. Alti nutrienti importanti ai boabelor de naut sunt calciul, fierul, magneziul, fosforul, potasiul, zincul, cuprul, vitamina C, vitamina B, si multe altele. V-am convins?<\/p><p>Boabele de naut sunt, de asemenea, foarte sarace in grasimi si nu contin colesterol deloc. De asemenea, scad tensiunea, ceea ce e super. Totusi, absorb foarte multa grasime daca alegem sa le gatim prin prajire in baie de ulei.<\/p><p>Dar nu-i nimic, exista solutie si pentru asta. Falafel poate sa fie gatit si in tigaie sau in cuptor, si asa nu folosim atat de mult ulei. Probabil cel mai faimos este intr-o pita sau paine lafa, impreuna cu legume simple si murate, dar si cu sos. Puteti, de asemenea, sa il folositi <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-broccoli\/\">in salate<\/a><\/strong> cu legume si frunze fresh pentru a obtine texturi minunate, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tacos-vegani\/\">sau chiar in tacos<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><p>Daca faceti chifteaua de falafel ceva mai mare si mai aplatizata, puteti de asemenea sa <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/burger-vegetal-cu-sfecla\/\">faceti burgeri vegani<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; sunt super buni. Falafel a fost folosit in combinatie cu alte ingrediente pentru a face mock-meats. De exemplu, in <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bucataria-americana\/\">Statele Unite<\/a><\/strong>, s-au reinventat retete de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cosulete-de-spaghete-cu-chiftelute\/\">spaghetti cu chiftele<\/a><\/strong> sau <em>meatloaf<\/em> pe baza de falafel pentru a face niste versiuni vegetariene sau vegane. Si e super tare cand oamenii reusesc sa faca retete minunate fara sa foloseasca niciun pic de carne sau produse animale!<\/p><p>Eu am ales sa gatesc falafel in tigaie pentru a reduce cantitatea de ulei, si a iesit minunat. Pentru a-l praji in tigaie, nu aveti nevoie de atat de mult ulei. Adica o pasta minunata facuta din seminte de susan prajite si alte condimente. Pasta de tahini merge de minune cu chiftelele de falafel, asa ca nu va sfiiti sa adaugati cu generozitate, fie ca va faceti <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/sandvisuri-cu-avocado\/\">un sandvis<\/a><\/strong> cu falafel, un wrap, o salata, sau mancati chiftelutele ca atare (pentru ca da, sunt atat de bune). O idee super buna de gustare ar fi sa mancati chiftelele simple si sa folositi tahini <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/sos-salsa\/\">ca sos<\/a><\/strong>. O sa va placa la nebunie!<\/p><p>Deoarece falafel e intr-adevar una dintre mancarurile mele preferate, sper ca o sa incercati reteta asta si ca o sa va placa si voua la fel de tare!<\/p><div
