Le inchizi cu furculita, le ungi cu ulei de masline si le coci la 180 de grade aproximativ 20 de minute, pana se rumenesc. Mie mi se pare destul de terapeutic sa fac aluat, asa ca am ales sa fac o varianta vegana, de la zero. Personal, mi se pare chiar mai satisfacatoare decat pizza, pentru ca proportia de aluat si umplutura e perfecta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eu cred ca e super distractiv sa pregatesti felul acesta de mancare. Daca intr-o casa mama e vegana, tatal consuma carne, iar copiii sunt super mofturosi, poti face o varianta diferita pentru fiecare si sa multumesti pe toata lumea. Umplutura ramane aceeasi baza, doar schimbi ce pui inauntru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientele cheie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Aluatul foietaj<\/strong> este vedeta retetei. Foloseste o foaie de aproximativ 400 g si lucreaz-o rece, direct de la frigider. Foietajul rece se intinde mai usor si isi pastreaza straturile de unt vegetal care, la coacere, se transforma in abur si fac aluatul sa creasca si sa devina crocant. Daca se incalzeste prea tare in maini, devine moale si lipicios, iar pachetelele nu mai cresc frumos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Branza vegana care se topeste<\/strong> e ce face diferenta intre un pachetel uscat si unul cremos. Poti folosi reteta mea de branza vegana sau una din comert, dar verifica pe ambalaj sa fie special facuta sa se topeasca, altfel ramane fie tare, fie ulei. Rupe-o in bucatele mici, ca sa se distribuie uniform si sa se topeasca repede.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ciupercile, ceapa rosie si vanata<\/strong> formeaza umplutura. Le calesti impreuna inainte, nu intamplator: legumele crude lasa multa apa, iar daca le pui crude in aluat, sosul se subtiaza si foietajul se inmoaie pe dinauntru. Calirea evapora apa si concentreaza gustul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sosul de pizza<\/strong> leaga totul. Daca nu ai sos de pizza, merge si ketchup sau un sos simplu de rosii. O umplutura racita iti da pachetele care isi pastreaza forma.<\/li><li><strong>Nu supraumple.<\/strong> O lingura de sos, o lingurita de branza si putina umplutura sunt suficiente. Daca pui prea mult, pachetelele se desfac la coacere si se scurg.<\/li><li><strong>Inchide bine marginile cu furculita.<\/strong> Apasa de jur imprejur ca sa sigilezi. Asta tine umplutura inauntru si lasa un model frumos pe margine.<\/li><li><strong>Unge-le cu ulei de masline inainte de coacere.<\/strong> Asa capata acea culoare aurie si crocanta la suprafata.<\/li><li><strong>Stii ca sunt gata cand<\/strong> foietajul s-a umflat, e auriu si crocant la atingere, dupa aproximativ 20 de minute la 180 de grade. Asa am mereu ceva delicios la indemana. Le poti congela fie crude, gata umplute si inchise, fie deja coapte si racite. Din congelator le bagi direct la cuptor, mai adaugand cateva minute fata de timpul obisnuit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Imi place sa servesc pachetelele astea fie ca atare, fie cu o salata langa, pentru nutrienti in plus. Daca iti plac retetele de acest gen, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/rulouri-de-pizza\/\">rulourile de pizza<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/pizza-cu-ciuperci-de-post\/\">pizza cu ciuperci de post<\/a>.
