Imi place absolut totul la ele &#8212; textura usoara, gustul minunat si faptul ca te simti ca si cum mananci ceva foarte special. Am incercat o multime de arome de-a lungul timpului si mi-au placut cam toate, dar partea mea preferata la varianta cu morcovi e ca ramane cea mai delicioasa metoda de a strecura niste legume in dieta noastra, in cel mai decadent mod posibil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asa cum am spus si cand am facut rulada cu vanilie, poate parea intimidant sa pregatesti o rulada elvetiana de la zero, dar nu va panicati, pentru ca nu este chiar asa. Alege morcovi tineri si fermi, cu coaja neteda &#8212; sunt mai dulci si mai suculenti decat cei batrani si lemnosi. Razatoarea fina conteaza: morcovul ras marunt se distribuie uniform si se inmoaie la coacere, asa ca blatul ramane suplu si se ruleaza fara sa crape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Faina<\/strong> intra in cantitate mica, doar trei sferturi de cana, cat sa lege blatul fara sa il faca greu. Cantareste-o sau niveleaza cana cu dosul unui cutit, pentru ca prea multa faina usuca blatul si il face sa se rupa cand il rulezi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zaharul de cocos<\/strong> indulceste atat blatul, cat si umplutura, si aduce o nota caramelizata care merge minunat cu mirodeniile. Pentru zaharul pudra din umplutura il blendezi cu putin amidon de porumb pana devine fin &#8212; e trucul prin care obtii o crema neteda, fara granule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Iaurtul de cocos<\/strong> tine loc de oua si grasime in blat, aducand umiditate si elasticitate. Alege un iaurt gros, fara arome adaugate, ca sa nu schimbi gustul desertului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Crema de branza vegana<\/strong> este baza umpluturii. Alege una nesarata si cu gust neutru &#8212; in reteta folosesc Creamy de la Violife, pentru ca nu aduce note acide sau sarate care sa concureze cu dulceata. Scoate-o din frigider cu putin timp inainte, ca sa se bata mai usor cu untul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Untul vegan<\/strong> da corp si cremozitate umpluturii. Foloseste-l la temperatura camerei, moale dar nu topit, ca sa incorporeze aer cand il bati si sa nu lase umplutura prea moale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ghimbirul proaspat ras<\/strong> si <strong>mirodeniile<\/strong> &#8212; scortisoara, nucsoara si vanilia &#8212; sunt cele care transforma blatul intr-un carrot cake adevarat. Ghimbirul proaspat are o caldura vie pe care cel uscat nu o reda, asa ca merita rasul pe loc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ruleaza blatul cat e cald.<\/strong> Imediat ce iese din cuptor, rastoarna-l pe un prosop curat presarat cu zahar de cocos pudra, scoate hartia de copt si ruleaza-l in prosop. Blatul cald e flexibil si &#8220;isi aminteste&#8221; forma de rulada; daca il lasi sa se raceasca intins, va crapa cand il rulezi mai tarziu.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nu il supracoace.<\/strong> Zece minute la 170 de grade sunt suficiente. Stii ca e gata cand blatul revine usor la atingere si marginile abia incep sa se desprinda de tava. Un blat prea copt se usuca si se rupe la rulare.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Presara zahar pe prosop.<\/strong> Stratul de zahar de cocos pudra de pe prosop impiedica blatul sa se lipeasca si face rularea mult mai usoara.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Raceste bine inainte de umplutura.<\/strong> Lasa rulada stransa o ora la frigider, apoi desfa-o, intinde umplutura si ruleaz-o la loc. Nota caramelizata se pierde putin, dar dulceata ramane la fel.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Iaurt de cocos cu alt iaurt vegetal:<\/strong> un iaurt gros de soia sau de migdale, neindulcit, functioneaza la fel de bine in blat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adaosuri in blat:<\/strong> presara o mana de nuca tocata sau de stafide in compozitie, pentru textura si gustul clasic de carrot cake.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Crema de branza vegana de casa:<\/strong> daca preferi sa o faci singura, poti folosi o crema de branza vegana cu probiotice, batuta bine pentru cremozitate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rulada cu morcovi se pastreaza la frigider, intr-un recipient inchis, pana la 3-4 zile. Pentru ca are nevoie oricum de cateva ore la rece dupa umplere, e o reteta ideala de pregatit in avans &#8212; o poti face cu o zi inainte de masa si o feliezi direct la servire. Scoate-o din frigider cu cateva minute inainte, ca sa nu fie prea rece.
