Sunt o adaptare super gustoasa si o gustare dulce si usor de facut!<\/em><\/p><p>Fiind o persoana optimista din fire, nu pot sa nu vad intotdeauna partea plina a paharului. De aceea, sunt convinsa ca exista si o parte buna in experienta acestei pandemii. Oamenii au avut putin mai mult timp liber, ceea ce le-a permis sa se dedice mai mult hobby-urilor lor. Sigur stiti unde vreau sa ajung cu asta. Si eu una cred ca asta-i grozav. Daca ceva ma face fericita, acel ceva este sa vad oameni care au grija de ceea ce aleg sa puna in corpurile lor. Ca sa nu mai spun cat de terapeutic poate fi gatitul.<\/p><p>E minunat sa vezi cum poti prepara de la zero ceva care la final este si delicios, si hranitor. E un sentiment aparte. Asa cum sugereaza si categoria culinara careia ii apartine, checul cu <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-clatite-cu-banane\/\">banane<\/a> <\/strong>se face cat ai clipi. Este una dintre cele mai usoare retete, si nici nu rapeste (nimic) din gustul ingredientelor.<\/p><p>Iar un alt motiv pentru care imi place atat de mult este ca descurajeaza risipa in bucatarie. Checul cu banane se prepara intotdeauna cu banane foarte coapte \u2013 stiti voi, din acelea maronii pe care, tocmai pentru ca nu arata prea grozav, in mod normal am fi tentati sa le aruncam la gunoi. Poate te vor face sa te razgandesti \u2013 sau poate nu \u2013 dar, pentru ca eu una iubesc bananele, am sa incerc oricum! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Bananele sunt super bogate in nutrienti, printre care si potasiu, vitamina B6, mangan si magneziu. De \u00a0asemenea, sunt o buna sursa de fibre, care faciliteaza sanatatea tractului digestiv. Indiferent daca le folosesti ca pe o gustare rapida si nutritiva <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/deserturi-fara-coacere\/\">sau ca pe un desert<\/a><\/strong> pentru invitatii tai, cand le asezi pe un platou n-ai cum sa nu te intrebi cum poate ceva sa arate atat de dragut.<\/p><p>Am zis cumva <em>nutritiv<\/em>? Da, pentru ca aceste briose cu banane sunt foarte hranitoare. Pentru mine, checul cu banane nu este <em>tocmai<\/em> un desert, pentru ca, pe langa faptul ca tine de foame, este si foarte sanatos. De asemenea, poti sa mai adaugi amestecului seminte de in sau de dovleac, ori chiar <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chec-cu-fructe-uscate-fruitcake\/\">fructe confiate<\/a><\/strong>. Si daca vrei sa fie mai mult desert decat gustare, poti sa presari niste ciocolata rasa deasupra \u2013 e in regula, n-o sa protesteze nimeni!<\/p><p>Reteta de briose cu banane este excelenta asa cum este, dar am descoperit ca pot fi si mai bune cu <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/clatite-cu-unt-de-arahide\/\">unt de arahide<\/a><\/strong> ori cu gem \u2013 sau, de ce nu, cu amandoua. Gemul si untul de arahide sunt mereu o idee buna. O alta idee buna este <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/nutella-de-casa\/\">sa le acoperi cu Nutella<\/a><\/strong> \u2013 dar n-aveti nevoie de mine ca sa stiti ca bananele si ciocolata sunt o combinatie delicioasa.
