Mixul se da la masina de inghetata circa 30 de minute, apoi sta o ora si jumatate la congelator. Din ce am observat, combinatia asta e foarte populara peste tot, daca ne luam dupa cat de cautate sunt ciocolatelele Reese&#8217;s. Pentru mine, o portie de inghetata cremoasa si rece se potriveste perfect cu zilele calde de vara, mai ales daca ai un balcon sau macar o fereastra mai mare pe care sa o deschizi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Imi place la nebunie combinatia de dulce cu sarat si mi se pare ca seamana putin cu un baton de Snickers, daca sunteti fani. De aici si firul rosu al retetei: dulceata ciocolatei taiata exact cat trebuie de sarea de mare si de aroma untului de arahide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientele cheie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Untul de arahide<\/strong> da reteta gustul ei caracteristic si, in acelasi timp, ajuta la textura cremoasa. Grasimea naturala din arahide impiedica formarea cristalelor mari de gheata, asa ca inghetata ramane catifelata. Alege un unt de arahide cu un singur ingredient (doar arahide), fara zahar adaugat si fara ulei de palmier, ca sa controlezi tu dulceata si sarea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Crema de cocos<\/strong> e baza grasa care inlocuieste smantana din inghetata clasica. Foloseste partea groasa, densa, din borcan sau conserva, nu apa de cocos subtire de dedesubt. Cu cat crema e mai bogata in grasime, cu atat inghetata iese mai cremoasa si mai putin &#8220;ghetoasa&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Siropul de artar<\/strong> indulceste natural si, fiind lichid, se incorporeaza usor in mix. Pe langa dulceata, zaharurile lui ajuta inghetata sa nu se intareasca bloc la congelator, ramanand mai usor de portionat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cacaoa<\/strong> aduce partea de ciocolata. Daca raman bucati de cacao sau de unt de arahide neincorporate, le vei simti ca grunji in inghetata finala.<\/li><li>Adauga untul de arahide spre final, in ultimele 5 minute de rotit, asa cum spune reteta. Astfel raman fasii fine de unt de arahide prin inghetata, in loc sa se piarda complet in mix.<\/li><li>Stii ca mixul e gata de scos din masina cand are consistenta de inghetata moale, ca cea de la soft. Daca o lasi prea mult, se poate supra-bate si devine untoasa.<\/li><li>Greseala cea mai des intalnita e sa folosesti crema de cocos prea apoasa. Tine borcanul sau conserva la frigider cateva ore inainte, ca sa se separe partea groasa, si foloseste doar pe aceea.<\/li><li>Nu sari peste praful de sare. Daca vreau ceva si mai bun, optiunea mea preferata de toping ramane banana. Pentru o gustare completa, merge perfect alaturi de niste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/clatite-cu-unt-de-arahide\/\">clatite cu unt de arahide<\/a> sau langa <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-clatite-cu-banane\/\">clatite cu banane<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pastreaz-o intr-un container etans, in congelator, unde rezista bine cateva saptamani. Pune o folie de plastic direct pe suprafata inghetatei inainte sa inchizi capacul, ca sa nu se formeze cristale de gheata. Pentru ca e facuta din ingrediente naturale, fara stabilizatori, se intareste mai tare decat cea din comert, asa ca scoate-o din congelator cu 5-10 minute inainte de servire, ca sa se inmoaie putin si sa o poti portiona usor. Daca iti plac deserturile reci facute in casa, arunca un ochi si pe <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/inghetata-pe-bat-vegana\/\">inghetata pe bat vegana<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n<div
