A refuza substante toxice este un reflex adanc inradacinat in creierul nostru, de aceea s-ar putea sa fie mai greu sa ii convingem pe cei mici sa consume legume proaspete. Si de aceea le transformam in piure impreuna cu ceva dulce, pentru a le da un gust placut. Ba mai mult, se pare ca suntem programati sa fim atrasi de alimentele bogate in calorii, cu precadere mancarurile dulci.<\/p><p>Sa ne gandim putin: inca de pe vremea cand oamenii traiau in pesteri, alimentele dulci erau rare si foarte pretuite. Singurele lucruri dulci la care oamenii aveau acces erau <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/placintele-cu-fructe-uscate-mince-pies\/\">fructele<\/a><\/strong>, in functie de sezon. Asta inseamna ca, pe vremuri, nu puteam merge la supermarket sau la piata pentru a cumpara orice tip de fruct voiam in orice perioada a anului. Trebuia sa ne luptam pentru el cu animale, cum ar fi babuinii infometati. Asadar, de fiecare data cand aveau oportunitatea, oamenii se asigurau ca mananca indeajuns dulce.<\/p><p>O alta explicatie, mai simpla, ar fi ca oamenii nu s-au obisnuit inca sa gateasca legumele intr-un mod care sa le placa. Sa recunoastem \u2013 nu este prea placut sa mancam legume crude. Pentru multi oameni, ele nu sunt chiar apetisante. De exemplu, puteti umple 4 compartimente ale tavii de briose cu umplutura cu rosii si zucchini, alte 4 cu morcov si ardei gras si restul cu legume si cascaval vegan. Posibilitatile sunt nelimitate!<\/p><p>Aceste briose sarate cu legume sunt foarte sanatoase si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/mic-dejun-hash-cu-cartofi\/\">ideale pentru micul-dejun<\/a><\/strong>, dar pot fi considerate a fi si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/gustari-de-post-retete\/\">o gustare foarte buna.<\/a><\/strong> Mie, de exemplu, imi place sa coc o cantitate mai mare de briose pe care sa le am la indemana pe parcursul saptamanii. Daca sunt prea multe, le puteti congela pentru mai tarziu sau pentru lunile urmatoare, pentru ca se pastreaza super bune.
