Se coc la 200C aproximativ 25 de minute, pana devin rumene, si sunt gata in mai putin de 40 de minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca esti genul care prefera un mic-dejun sarat in detrimentul unuia dulce, atunci am o idee minunata pentru tine. Eu am ajuns la reteta asta cautand ceva rapid pe care sa-l pregatesc dimineata, fara sa stau sa masor fiecare ingredient cu precizie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mie-mi trebuie o reteta usoara, care are un gust bun si care e si sanatoasa &#8212; si sunt gata sa-mi incep ziua. Aceste briose chiar arata super bine, sunt foarte dragute si cred ca de aceea le plac atat de mult si copiilor. Ea leaga compozitia si aduce proteine vegetale. Folosesti 2 cani si o amesteci cu laptele si apa pana se incorporeaza bine, fara cocoloase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Laptele vegetal<\/strong> (1 cana) impreuna cu \u00be cana de apa hidrateaza faina de naut si dau consistenta aluatului. Poti folosi orice lapte vegetal neindulcit pe care il ai in casa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fulgii de drojdie inactiva<\/strong> (4 linguri) aduc o aroma usor de branza si un gust savuros, &#8220;umami&#8221;, caracteristic preparatelor vegane sarate. Sunt cei care fac briosele sa para mai bogate la gust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Turmericul<\/strong> (1 lingurita) da culoarea galbena frumoasa care imita aspectul oualor si o nota calda. Praful de copt, praful de usturoi, sarea si piperul completeaza condimentarea bazei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Otetul de mere nefiltrat<\/strong> (2 linguri) reactioneaza cu praful de copt si ajuta briosele sa creasca putin si sa fie mai pufoase. Uleiul de masline (3 linguri) le da fragezime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Legumele pentru umplutura<\/strong> &#8212; ardei dulce rosu si galben, spanac proaspat, ceapa verde si porumb dulce &#8212; aduc culoare, textura si fibre. Tine-le la frigider, intr-un recipient inchis, cateva zile. Daca sunt prea multe, le poti congela pentru mai tarziu, pentru ca isi pastreaza gustul foarte bine.
