Este o bautura preparata din cantitati egale de cafea instant, zahar si apa fierbinte, mixate impreuna pana se ajunge la o textura cremoasa si spumoasa, care apoi se toarna peste lapte rece. Pentru ca se simte mai degraba ca un desert decat ca o simpla bautura pe baza de cafea, mi-am zis ca n-ar fi rau sa incerc sa fac o prajitura cu cafea pornind de la cafeaua Dalgona, si a fost o idee grozava. Iar eu una cred ca prepararea de mancaruri si bauturi te poate ajuta sa uiti, pentru o vreme, de lucrurile care te ingrijoreaza, asa ca ma bucur ca oamenii au inventat-o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce pui in prajitura cu cafea Dalgona<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Blatul se sprijina pe o combinatie clasica de aluat vegan, fara oua si fara unt. Laptele vegetal impreuna cu lingura de iaurt vegetal si lingurita de otet joaca rolul unui &#8220;buttermilk&#8221; de post: aciditatea reactioneaza cu bicarbonatul si praful de copt si ajuta blatul sa creasca frumos si sa ramana pufos. Uleiul de cocos aduce grasimea care tine prajitura umeda, iar zaharul brun ii da o aroma calda, usor caramelizata. Pentru topping ai nevoie doar de trei lucruri in cantitati egale: cafea solubila, zahar brun si apa fierbinte. Cand mixezi energic, zaharul si cafeaua solubila se dizolva in apa fierbinte, iar bulele de aer raman prinse intr-o structura densa si stabila, asa cum se intampla cand bati albusuri sau frisca. Apa trebuie sa fie fierbinte pentru ca granulele de cafea instant sa se topeasca complet, altfel spuma iese granuloasa. Vei sti ca e gata cand amestecul isi dubleaza volumul, devine deschis la culoare si formeaza varfuri moi care isi tin forma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum bati toppingul: manual sau la mixer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca vreti sa sariti peste partea cu sportul, puteti folosi un mixer de mana, desi eu personal recomand ca, la inceput, sa bateti manual, in asa fel incat amestecul sa fie mai voluminos atunci cand treceti la mixer. Baterea manuala cu telul dureaza cateva minute bune de brat, dar are avantajul ca aerezi treptat si ai control mai bun asupra texturii. Cu mixerul de mana ajungi la spuma in doua-trei minute, insa merita sa incepi incet ca sa nu imprastii amestecul lichid. Iti recomand sa pastrezi toppingul de cafea separat, intr-un borcanel la rece, si sa il pui pe felie chiar inainte de servire, pentru ca spuma isi lasa lichidul in timp. Daca vrei sa o pregatesti din vreme, coace blatul cu o zi inainte si bate spuma proaspata cand o servesti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fiind un desert de post fara oua si lactate, se potriveste in orice meniu vegan si merge servita alaturi de un pahar de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-lapte-vegetal\/\">lapte vegetal<\/a> rece, exact ca in versiunea originala a bauturii Dalgona.
