Se prepara repede, fara unt si fara oua, iar rezultatul este racoros, parfumat si numai bun de servit feliat. Pe scurt, imi plac la nebunie capsunile, si tocmai de aceea imi place atat de mult aceasta prajitura cu capsuni! Daca vrei sa explorezi si alte idei racoroase, arunca o privire peste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/deserturi-fara-coacere\/\">deserturile lejere de vara<\/a> de pe blog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce ingrediente iti trebuie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reteta are doua parti simple: aluatul, care formeaza si crusta de jos, si stratul faramicios de deasupra, si umplutura de capsuni. Pentru aluat folosesti fulgi de ovaz, fulgi de ovaz macinati si faina de migdale, plus o banana, sirop de artar, lapte de cocos si praf de copt. Banana si laptele de cocos tin loc de unt si oua, asa ca aluatul ramane vegan, dar tot se leaga frumos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru umplutura ai nevoie de capsuni proaspete taiate cubulete, putin sirop de artar, suc de lamaie, seminte de chia si amidon de porumb. Capsunile lasa multa zeama la fierbere, iar semintele de chia absorb lichidul si formeaza un gel, in timp ce amidonul de porumb leaga restul de suc cand se incinge. De aceea fierbi capsunile cu aceste doua ingrediente 5-7 minute la foc mediu spre mic: ai timp sa se topeasca usor fructele si sa se ingroase amestecul inainte sa intre in cuptor. Daca sari peste pasul de fierbere, umplutura ramane prea lichida si inmoaie crusta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum o prepari pas cu pas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Incepi cu umplutura: speli si tai capsunile, apoi le pui intr-o cratita impreuna cu siropul de artar, sucul de lamaie, semintele de chia si amidonul de porumb. Fierbi la foc mediu spre mic 5-7 minute, pana se inmoaie capsunile si amestecul se ingroasa. Intre timp combini toate ingredientele pentru aluat intr-un bol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Acoperi tava cu hartie de copt si presezi usor trei sferturi din aluat pe fund, ca sa formezi crusta. Torni umplutura de capsuni peste crusta, apoi faramitezi restul de aluat deasupra, ca un strat de crumble. Coci la 180 C timp de 25 de minute, pana se rumeneste usor la suprafata. Cat e calda, umplutura este moale; pe masura ce se raceste, chia si amidonul se aseaza si feliile se taie frumos.<\/li><li>Preseaza bine crusta de jos, ca sa nu se sfarame cand portionezi.<\/li><li>Gusta capsunile inainte: daca sunt foarte dulci, poti reduce putin siropul de artar din umplutura; daca sunt mai acrisoare, lasa-l ca atare.<\/li><li>Folosirea capsunilor proaspete in sezon iti da cea mai buna aroma. Daca este reteta pe care o faci cu cei mici, lasa-i sa te ajute la spalat si taiat, fiindca gatitul impreuna ii responsabilizeaza si ii face sa se bucure mai mult de desert.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum o pastrezi si cu ce o servesti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pastreaza prajitura la frigider, intr-un recipient inchis, si o consumi in cateva zile. Fiind un desert racoros, este chiar mai buna rece, direct de la frigider in zilele calde. Imi place la nebunie sa o mananc drept gustare dupa micul-dejun sau dupa-amiaza, cu o cana de cafea sau o ceasca de ceai negru, fiindca merg de minune impreuna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca tot pregatesti un meniu de vara cu capsuni, merge alaturi de un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/milkshake-vegan-cu-banane-si-capsuni\/\">milkshake vegan cu banane si capsuni<\/a> sau de un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/iaurt-de-casa\/\">iaurt de casa<\/a> cu fructe proaspete.
