Cu totii le iubim (sau cel putin asa sper!) pentru ca sunt super bune. Negresa este unul dintre acele deserturi care poate satisface pofta de dulce imediat si una dintre acele gustari care ne poate transforma ziua cu totul. Intr-una mai buna, desigur!<\/p><p>Nu incape indoiala ca nimic nu se poate compara cu o negresa clasica \u2013 dulce, dar nu prea mult, plina de ciocolata din abundenta, crocanta la margini si pufoasa pe dinauntru\u2026 numai cand ma gandesc mi se face pofta instant! Dar nimic nu m-a intrigat mai tare decat ideea de negrese cu fasole neagra! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Acum poate va intrebati de ce as renunta la o reteta clasica si extrem de buna pentru una dubioasa ce contine\u2026 ei bine, fasole. Motivele sunt multiple. In primul rand, primul lucru care-mi vine in minte este faptul ca negresele sunt o gustare dulce si cam atat. Dar daca adaugam fasole neagra in compozitie, negresele devin astfel o gustare dulce cu aport foarte bun de proteine.<\/p><p>Fasolea contine foarte multe proteine. In doar 86 de grame de fasole neagra gatita veti gasi 7.62 grame de proteine \u2013 o cantitate destul de mare, avand in vedere ca vorbim de proteina de origine vegetala! Da, este posibil daca incercati reteta de astazi!<\/p><p>De data aceasta fasolea neagra va inlocui faina, ceea ce constituie un mare avantaj pentru cei cu sensibilitate sau <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/dieta-fara-gluten\/\">intoleranta la gluten<\/a><\/strong> sau daca vreti pur si simplu sa limitati cantitatea de cereale pe care o consumati. Fasolea neagra ajuta, de asemenea, la obtinerea unei texturi moi si umede pentru negresa noastra \u2013 o caracteristica-cheie pentru orice negresa buna. Putine lucruri sunt mai triste decat sa musti dintr-o negresa seaca, uscata si fara prea multa aroma de ciocolata. Mai concret, asta inseamna ca ea contine cam jumatate din caloriile pe care le-am consuma daca am prepara aceasta negresa cu faina. Si asta mi se pare un lucru foarte bun pentru ca, impreuna cu celelalte ingrediente atent alese precum pudra de stevie sau pudra de cacao, vom obtine un desert foarte sanatos. &nbsp;<\/p><p>Daca vreti sa faceti aceste negrese si mai decadente si intense in ceea ce priveste gustul, va recomand sa adaugati si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/blondies-cu-chipsuri-de-ciocolata\/\">cateva bucati de ciocolata<\/a><\/strong> sau cipsuri de ciocolata in amestecul pe care il veti prepara pentru blat (asta pe langa pudra de cacao). Nucile caju merg de minune, la fel ca <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tocana-africana-cu-arahide\/\">arahidele<\/a><\/strong> si nucile pecan. Pe scurt, nu puteti da gres atunci cand combinati ciocolata cu alune!<\/p><p>Puteti servi aceste negrese cu fasole neagra asa cum sunt (pentru ca sunt pur si simplu irezistibile!) sau, daca vreti sa le imbunatatiti un pic, le puteti servi impreuna cu <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/inghetata-pe-bat-vegana\/\">o lingura de inghetata<\/a><\/strong>. Temperaturile si texturile contrastante formeaza un mix super bun! Puteti sa alegeti inghetata voastra preferata, desigur, dar daca vreti si cateva recomandari din partea mea, va spun ca nimic nu merge mai bine cu aceste negrese cu fasole neagra decat inghetata de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/rulada-de-vanilie-cu-gem\/\">vanilie<\/a><\/strong> sau de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/inghetata-de-banane-cu-nectarine-caramelizate\/\">caramel<\/a><\/strong>. Ah, si apropo de caramel, puteti servi negresa si cu putin sos de caramel deasupra si putina sare de mare.
