Ca sa nu mai mentionez ca sunt si foarte sanatoase, deci nu aveti nicio scuza sa nu le incercati!<\/em><\/p><p>Daca urmariti Gourmandelle de ceva vreme, atunci probabil sunteti familiari cu dragostea mea pentru copt, pentru prajituri si pentru cirese. Dar acum ca sunt adult in toata firea, stiu ca nu este sanatos sa fac asta, asa ca aleg sa-mi respect corpul. Dar nu as putea sa renunt definitiv si iremediabil la dulciuri, asta-i sigur! <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/deserturi-fara-coacere\/\">Imi plac deserturile prea mult<\/a><\/strong> ca sa pot face asta. Asa ca aleg sa mananc dulce, dar cu moderatie.<\/p><p>Moderatia este foarte importanta in orice, sper ca stiti asta! Daca alegeti sa va bucurati de ceva dulce cu multe calorii, macar sa fie ceva cat de cat sanatos, facut in casa, cu ingrediente de calitate \u2013 ca sa va puteti bucura cu adevarat de un gust minunat.<\/p><p>Daca va faceti propriile dulciuri acasa, mai exista un avantaj: aveti control absolut asupra cantitatii de zahar pe care o folositi. Majoritatea dulciurilor din comert contin mult mai mult zahar decat este, de fapt, nevoie. Ca sa nu mai mentionez si ca procesul in sine de pregatire a unui desert este unul foarte placut, cel putin pentru mine! Puteti coace un tort decadent intr-o sambata dimineata linistita, in timp ce ascultati albumul preferat sau un podcast relaxant.<\/p><p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-vegane-pentru-copii\/\">Daca aveti copii<\/a><\/strong>, ii puteti chema si pe ei sa va ajute, s-ar putea sa se distreze! Sunt distractiv de facut si, sincer, sunt un desert destul de sanatos. Este adevarat, contin niste zahar, dar nu foarte mult! In plus, veti avea parte de multe beneficii nutritionale datorita cireselor, cum ar fi vitamina C, potasiu, cupru si mangan. Ciresele ne ajuta si sa dormim mai bine si ne imbunatatesc sanatatea inimii si digestia.<\/p><p>Toate beneficiile astea intr-o briosa? Pur si simplu perfect! \ud83d\ude42 Daca vreti sa faceti aceste briose cu cirese si mai sanatoase decat sunt deja, puteti folosi faina integrala, desi trebuie sa tineti cont ca aceasta le va face mai putin pufoase, asadar aveti grija mare la proportii!<\/p><p>Imi plac multe lucruri cand <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-briose\/\">vine vorba despre briose<\/a><\/strong>. In primul rand, sunt destul de usor de facut. Practic, tot ce trebuie sa faceti este sa incropesti un aluat din cateva ingrediente pe care il torni apoi intr-o tava speciala de briose (sau mai multe tavi, depinde cate briose te-ai hotarat sa faci). De exemplu, daca va hotarati sa incercati aceasta reteta si aveti in familie pe cineva caruia nu ii plac deloc ciresele, puteti face cateva briose cu <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/gris-cu-lapte-si-dulceata-coacaze\/\">coacaze negre<\/a><\/strong> in loc de cirese in aceeasi tava, de exemplu. Floare la ureche!<\/p><p>Briosele sunt <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-clatite-cu-banane\/\">ideale si ca mic-dejun<\/a><\/strong> sau <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/gustari-de-post-retete\/\">gustare<\/a><\/strong> datorita faptului ca sunt mici si compacte. Stiti si voi momentele acelea cand ai pofta de ceva dulce, dar vrei sa iei doar doua-trei guri din ceva bun, nu ai chef sa mananci o felie intreaga de tort, de exemplu. Si atunci ce se potriveste cel mai bine? Nu veti gasi niciun produs animal aici! Si asta-i un lucru bun pentru cei ce tin post, pentru cei ce urmeaza o dieta vegana, dar si pentru omnivori, de ce? Cu siguranta nimeni nu va observa ca aceste briose nu contin deloc oua sau lapte de vaca, de exemplu.<\/p><p>Daca ma cunoasteti, atunci stiti ca sunt un mare fan al <em>meal prep-<\/em>ului. Asadar, de fiecare data cand coc briose, stiu ca vor fi \u201einfulecate\u201d si vor disparea imediat! Asa ca obisnuiesc sa dublez sau sa triplez ingredientele si sa fac mai mult aluat, pe care il coc in tava in mai multe reprize si astfel am de 2-3 ori mai multe briose la final. Atunci scot 2-3 briose deja facute din congelator, le bag putin in cuptorul cu microunde si apoi le mananc <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/iaurt-de-casa\/\">impreuna cu iaurt vegan de casa<\/a><\/strong>, fructe proaspete si o cana de cafea. E o combinatie perfecta pentru mine \u2013 e sanatoasa si suuuper rapida. Ce-ti poti dori mai mult?<\/p><p>Sper ca v-am starnit interesul si curiozitatea sa incercati aceste briose cu cirese vegane. Daca le veti incerca, nu uitati sa-mi spuneti cum v-a iesit.
