Originea lui se afla in Mexico City, care pe vremea aceea se numea Tenochtitlan, capitala azteca. Toate acestea se tocau impreuna si din ele se formau cubulete, care erau mai apoi lasate la uscat. Apoi ele erau fierte pentru prepararea a diverse mancaruri.<\/p><p>Chili-ul a devenit foarte popular in 1893 datorita stand-ului cu chili <em>San Antonio Chili Stand<\/em>, din Chicago. Acest fapt a oferit sansa multor americani sa incerce preparatul, iar ei l-au adorat! Inainte de cel de-Al Doilea Razboi Mondial puteai gasi nenumarate standuri cu chili in jurul Texasului. In 1904, standurile deja incepeau sa se raspandeasca si in afara Texasului.<\/p><p>Daca aveati impresia ca <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/negrese-cu-fasole-neagra\/\">fasolea este un ingredient obligatoriu<\/a><\/strong> cand vine vorba de chili, s-ar putea sa fiti surprinsi sa aflati ca inca se discuta daca fasolea este un ingredient original sau nu. De ce? Este un preparat foarte aromat si satios, creat special pentru cei ce <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/dieta-vegana\/\">urmeaza o dieta fara carne<\/a><\/strong> sau pentru cei ce vor sa reduca consumul de carne rosie. Ideea este ca preparatul final sa fie satios si hranitor!<\/p><p>Chili cu quinoa este o alta varianta minunata pentru chili pe care oricine o poate incerca. Puteti folosi quinoa drept baza, la care sa adaugati restul legumelor, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/sos-salsa\/\">sosurilor<\/a><\/strong> si condimentelor. Puteti chiar sa folositi o baza de quinoa si fasole <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/proteinele-in-dieta-vegana\/\">pentru un plus de proteine<\/a><\/strong> si un gust foarte bun, de ce nu?<\/p><p>Atunci cand ma pregatesc sa fac chili, am obiceiul de a verifica ce legume mai am prin frigider. De obicei am niste resturi pe care le arunc in oala de chili pentru a le da o \u201enoua viata\u201d.
