Se gateste intr-o singura oala, in aproximativ 40 de minute, si iese un preparat satios, picant si plin de proteine vegetale. Este genul de preparat la care apelez cand nu stiu ce sa gatesc, pentru ca este incredibil de versatil: de obicei am niste resturi de legume pe care le arunc in oala de chili ca sa le dau o \u201enoua viata&#8221;. Va recomand sa il incercati, mai ales daca aveti pofta de un pranz picant. Si daca nu sunteti mari fani ai alimentelor picante, nu va faceti griji &#8212; cred ca ne putem bucura de chili oricum, doar reglam cantitatea de chili praf dupa gust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce pui in chili cu quinoa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Frumusetea acestei retete sta in ingrediente simple, pe care le gasesti usor. <strong>Quinoa<\/strong> se fierbe direct in oala, asa ca absoarbe toata aroma stocului de legume si a condimentelor &#8212; nu trebuie fiarta separat. Foloseste <strong>fasole rosie si fasole neagra<\/strong> deja fiarta (din conserva, bine strecurata si clatita, sau gatita de tine); combinatia celor doua da textura si mai multa varietate. <strong>Cartoful dulce<\/strong> taiat cubulete mici se gateste odata cu restul si aduce o dulceata care temperaza picantul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Partea de condimente este cea care transforma o tocana banala intr-un chili adevarat: chimen, oregano, seminte de coriandru, chili praf si pasta de tomate. Lingurita de zahar nu indulceste preparatul, ci roteste si echilibreaza aciditatea rosiilor. De aceea pasta de tomate si condimentele se calesc un minut in ulei, peste ceapa si usturoi: caldura activeaza uleiurile volatile din chimen, coriandru si chili praf si dezvolta gustul, ceva ce nu se intampla daca le arunci direct in lichidul care fierbe. Apoi totul fierbe la foc mic 30-40 de minute, timp in care quinoa se umfla, cartoful dulce se inmoaie, iar aromele se leaga intr-un sos gros si catifelat. Daca vrei sa-l transformi intr-o masa mexicana completa, merge minunat alaturi de un <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/sos-salsa\/\">sos salsa<\/a><\/strong> proaspat sau langa o portie de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/quinoa-mexicana\/\">quinoa mexicana<\/a><\/strong>. Se pastreaza in frigider, intr-un recipient inchis, 4-5 zile si se reincalzeste usor pe aragaz, cu un strop de apa sau stoc daca s-a ingrosat. Se congeleaza foarte bine pana la 3 luni, asa ca merita sa faci o portie dubla si sa pui jumatate la congelator pentru zilele aglomerate. Daca iti plac retetele cu <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-quinoa\/\">quinoa<\/a><\/strong>, arunca o privire si peste celelalte <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-chili\/\">retete de chili<\/a><\/strong> de pe blog &#8212; vei gasi multe variante pentru zilele cu pofta de mancare mexicana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca incerci acest chili cu quinoa, lasa-mi un comentariu mai jos si spune-mi cum ti-a iesit &#8212; cat de picant l-ai facut sau ce ai aruncat tu in oala ca sa-i dai o \u201enoua viata&#8221;.
