Nu este <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/deserturi-fara-coacere\/\">un desert clasic<\/a><\/strong>, dar asta nu inseamna ca este complicat de facut. Ba dimpotriva! Ele raman in majoritatea cazurilor doar niste dulciuri pe care le poti lua din patiserii mai scumpe. Asadar, cu aceasta reteta as vrea sa aduc macul in centrul atentiei!<\/p><p>Semintele de mac se obtin din macul de opiu. Sigur va este familiar, ma refer chiar la floarea rosie de mac pe care o intalnim chiar si pe marginea drumului. Din ce am vazut si dupa cum am mentionat si mai sus, semintele de mac se folosesc mai des in preparate sarate decat in cele dulci, desi ele sunt super delicioase in oricare dintre aceste combinatii.<\/p><p>Pe langa faptul ca au o aroma minunata, semintele de mac aduc cu ele si anumite benficii nutritionale. Macul de opiu este folosit ca remediu pentru insomnii de secole, iar semintele sunt cunoscute pentru efectele lor calmante. In ziua de azi, multe suplimente anxiolitice contin seminte de mac. Sunt bogate si in mangan, care ajuta la productia de colagen care, la randul ei, protejeaza oasele impotriva deteriorarii. Daca aceste informatii nu erau indeajuns, mai adaug si ca semintele de mac ajuta la imbunatatirea sanatatii inimii si a sistemului imunitar. Atat de multe beneficii intr-o samanta atat de mica, nu-i asa? \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Beneficiile lor sunt doar o parte din motivul pentru care am ales semintele de mac ca \u201cpersonaj\u201d principal in reteta de astazi. Si nu regret deloc! De foarte multe ori se intampla sa fie mult prea dulci, mult prea mici si nu indeajuns de pufoase. Ei bine, niciunul dintre aceste lucruri nu este valabil cand vine vorba de reteta mea de briose cu mac!<\/p><p>Am imbunatatit reteta de multiple ori pentru a ma asigura ca rezultatul este perfect \u2013 si am reusit! Aceste briose cu mac au o aroma subtila, delicata, ceea ce inseamna ca briosele pot fi servite ggoale, alaturi de cafea sau ceai, dar si taiate in jumatati si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cum-sa-faci-unt-vegan-de-post-fara-lactoza-acasa\/\">unse cu niste unt<\/a><\/strong> si dulceata de casa.<\/p><p>Un alt lucru care-mi place tare mult la aceste briose este modul in care arata. Briosele cu mac au un auriu superb si sunt <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-pentru-picnic\/\">pur si simplu perfecte pentru un picnic<\/a><\/strong> intr-o zi cu soare, sau pentru <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-vara\/\">o zi de vara in general<\/a><\/strong>, in timp ce semintele de mac le ofera un \u201cmodel\u201d frumos si delicat, asemanator cu niste buline. Iar in plus, eu cred cu tarie ca aceste briose cu mac sunt genul ala de desert care arata foarte bine fara sa fie nevoie sa-l decorezi.<\/p><p>Cand vine vorba de arome, semintele de mac merg de minune in combinatie cu <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/rulada-de-vanilie-cu-gem\/\">vanilia<\/a><\/strong> sau <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/prajitura-rasturnata-cu-citrice\/\">citricele<\/a><\/strong>, cum ar fi <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/prajitura-cu-lamaie-de-post-vegana\/\">lamaia<\/a><\/strong> sau <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/portokalopita-prajitura-cu-portocale\/\">portocala<\/a><\/strong>. N-ai cum sa dai gres cu acest combo! Mie-mi place tare mult sa le servesc asa cum sunt, ca desert, alaturi de o cana de ceai negru Earl Grey cu lapte, dar merg de minune <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-clatite-cu-banane\/\">si ca mic-dejun<\/a><\/strong> sau <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/gustari-de-post-retete\/\">gustare<\/a><\/strong> de dupa-amiaza. Cateva idei de servire ar fi briose pentru micul-dejun alaturi de un castronel de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/iaurt-de-casa\/\">iaurt de casa cu fructe proaspete<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><p>Pentru o gustare mai speciala, puteti unge briosele cu niste <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/crema-de-branza-vegana-de-post-cu-probiotice\/\">crema de branza<\/a><\/strong> sau unt, impreuna cu dulceata preferata. Asta, bineinteles, daca sunteti in cautarea unei gustari mai dulci!<\/p><p>&nbsp;Briosele cu mac se pastreaza foarte bine in frigider pana la o saptamana. Sau, daca ati preparat prea multe, le puteti tine la congelator timp de luni intregi. Se pastreaza perfect!
