Dupa parerea mea, deserturile cu mac nu sunt atat de populare precum ar merita! Raman in majoritatea cazurilor doar niste dulciuri pe care le iei din patiseriile mai scumpe, asa ca, cu reteta asta, vreau sa aduc macul in centrul atentiei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aceste briose cu mac au iesit extraordinar &#8212; un desert unic, pe care trebuie neaparat sa-l incercati, altfel mie imi este aproape imposibil sa-l descriu. Din experienta mea, alte combinatii de arome sunt mult prea puternice, cum ar fi ciocolata, si acopera complet gustul fin al macului. Aici, lamaia il sustine in loc sa-l striveasca. Iar in plus, eu cred cu tarie ca aceste briose sunt genul ala de desert care arata foarte bine fara sa fie nevoie sa-l decorezi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aceasta reteta e potrivita daca ai nevoie de<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>un desert rapid, gata in mai putin de 40 de minute de la pornit cuptorul pana scoti briosele;<\/li>\n<li>o reteta de post sau vegana, fara oua si fara lactate, dar care sa nu para &#8220;de compromis&#8221;;<\/li>\n<li>ceva subtil si nu foarte dulce, pentru cafeaua sau ceaiul de dupa-amiaza;<\/li>\n<li>un desert care arata bine pe platou fara glazura, frisca sau alte decoratiuni;<\/li>\n<li>o idee diferita cand te-ai plictisit de clasicele briose cu ciocolata sau fructe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce o sa iti placa aceasta reteta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Se face intr-un singur bol.<\/strong> Amesteci intai ingredientele uscate, apoi le adaugi pe cele lichide &#8212; fara mixer, fara vase multe de spalat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Macul si lamaia se completeaza perfect.<\/strong> Coaja si sucul de lamaie ridica gustul discret, putin de nuca, al macului, in loc sa-l acopere asa cum fac aromele mai intense.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sunt 100% vegane si de post.<\/strong> Laptele de soia si uleiul de masline tin loc de lapte, unt si oua, fara sa pierzi din pufosenie.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Arata bine fara niciun efort in plus.<\/strong> Punctele de mac din aluat dau briosei un aspect frumos de la sine, fara glazura.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sunt usor de transportat.<\/strong> Se tin bine in cutie, deci sunt perfecte pentru picnic, birou sau cutia de pranz a copiilor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"1800\" src=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Poppyseed-Muffins-briose-cu-mac-de-post.jpg\" alt=\"briose cu mac de post\" class=\"wp-image-209173\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Poppyseed-Muffins-briose-cu-mac-de-post.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Poppyseed-Muffins-briose-cu-mac-de-post-600x900.jpg 600w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Poppyseed-Muffins-briose-cu-mac-de-post-300x450.jpg 300w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Poppyseed-Muffins-briose-cu-mac-de-post-683x1024.jpg 683w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Poppyseed-Muffins-briose-cu-mac-de-post-768x1152.jpg 768w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Poppyseed-Muffins-briose-cu-mac-de-post-640x960.jpg 640w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Poppyseed-Muffins-briose-cu-mac-de-post-720x1080.jpg 720w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Poppyseed-Muffins-briose-cu-mac-de-post-800x1200.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Note despre ingrediente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Macul<\/strong> este vedeta retetei, asa ca merita atentie cand il cumperi. Alege mac cat mai proaspat, cu boabe lucioase si gri-albastrui inchis, nu maroniu sau prafuit &#8212; macul vechi capata un gust amar si ranced, pentru ca uleiurile din el oxideaza. Eu il pastrez la borcan, ferit de lumina, si il folosesc relativ repede. In aluat il adaug la final, ca sa ramana presarat uniform si sa nu se aseze tot la fund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Faina<\/strong> alba obisnuita merge perfect aici. Masoar-o cu lingura in cana si niveleaz-o cu dosul unui cutit, nu o indesa si nu lua direct cu cana din sac &#8212; altfel adaugi prea multa faina si briosele ies dense si uscate. Pentru un aluat cu adevarat pufos, conteaza mult sa nu treci de cana si doua treimi din reteta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Laptele de soia cu vanilie<\/strong> aduce umiditatea si o parte din aroma. Eu prefer varianta cu vanilie pentru ca intareste gustul dulce-parfumat al briosei, dar merge si lapte de soia simplu. Aciditatea usoara a laptelui vegetal, combinata cu sucul de lamaie, ajuta praful de copt sa lucreze mai bine, deci briosele cresc frumos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Uleiul de masline<\/strong> tine loc de unt si pastreaza briosele fragede mai mult timp decat untul, pentru ca grasimea lichida nu se intareste la frigider. Foloseste un ulei de masline cu gust bland, nu unul foarte amar sau picant, ca sa nu acopere macul si lamaia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lamaia<\/strong> intra de doua ori: coaja rasa pentru aroma intensa si sucul pentru prospetime si aciditate. Rade doar partea galbena a cojii, fara stratul alb de dedesubt, care e amar. Spala bine lamaia inainte, mai ales daca nu e bio, pentru ca pe coaja raman adesea ceara si tratamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zaharul si praful de copt<\/strong> completeaza baza. O lingurita de praf de copt este suficienta pentru cantitatea de faina din reteta; verifica sa fie in termen, pentru ca praful de copt vechi nu mai face briosele sa creasca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Nu amesteca prea mult aluatul.<\/strong> Amesteca doar pana ingredientele se incorporeaza si obtii o consistenta cremoasa. Daca bati prea tare, se dezvolta glutenul si briosele ies tari si cu tuneluri in interior, in loc de pufoase.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Umple formele cam doua treimi.<\/strong> Asa briosele au loc sa creasca si formeaza o cupola frumoasa, fara sa dea pe afara.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Foloseste testul scobitorii.<\/strong> Dupa 25 de minute, infige o scobitoare in mijloc &#8212; daca iese curata, sunt gata; daca iese cu aluat lipicios, mai lasa-le cateva minute. Daca folosesti unul fara vanilie, mareste putin extractul de vanilie pentru aceeasi aroma.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alt ulei neutru:<\/strong> in locul uleiului de masline poti folosi ulei de floarea-soarelui sau de rapita, daca preferi un gust complet neutru, care lasa macul si lamaia in prim-plan.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Varianta cu portocala:<\/strong> inlocuieste coaja si sucul de lamaie cu cele de portocala, pentru o briosa cu mac mai dulce si mai parfumata.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mai putin dulce:<\/strong> daca preferi un desert mai discret, poti reduce putin zaharul &#8212; macul si lamaia raman gustul principal chiar si asa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Briosele cu mac se pastreaza bine 2-3 zile la temperatura camerei, intr-o cutie inchisa, ferite de aer ca sa nu se usuce. La frigider rezista pana la 5 zile, dar le las cateva minute la temperatura camerei inainte de a le servi, ca sa redevina fragede. Se congeleaza foarte bine: dupa ce s-au racit complet, le pun in punga sau cutie etansa si rezista pana la 2-3 luni; le dezghet la temperatura camerei sau cateva secunde la microunde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca vrei sa castigi timp, poti masura ingredientele uscate dinainte si sa le tii intr-un bol acoperit, urmand sa adaugi lichidele chiar inainte de coacere &#8212; praful de copt isi pierde din putere daca sta amestecat cu lichidul prea mult timp.
