De aceea majoritatea oamenilor prefera sa cumpere variantele de la magazin, mai putin sanatoase. Dupa parerea mea, nu merita deloc! \ud83d\ude42 Odata ce am descoperit untul de arahide facut in casa, nu-mi mai doresc sa cumpar nicio alta varianta de pe piata. Mi se pare ca si textura celui facut in casa este mai buna si mai usor de folosit in smoothie-uri sau deasupra unui mic-dejun tip terci de ovaz.<\/p><p>Daca aveti un robot de bucatarie puternic si performant, atunci va va fi extrem de usor sa va faceti propriul unt de arahide acasa. Tot ce trebuie sa faceti este sa cumparati niste arahide, sa le coaceti putin la cuptor si sa le blenduiti bine-bine de tot pana formeaza o pasta. Daca va place untul de arahide mai dulce, puteti adauga si putina miere (dar atunci nu va mai fi vegan!), sirop de artar sau agave, dar aveti grija sa nu exagerati! Dar mie-mi place sa ma gandesc si la beneficiile nutritionale ale preparatelor pe care le fac, indiferent daca sunt <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/falafel-la-tava\/\">feluri principale<\/a><\/strong> sau deserturi. Pana la urma, combinatia de ciocolata si unt de arahide este pur si simplu divina! Sau puteti sa decorati placinta cu unt de arahide si dulceata. Alegerea este a voastra!<\/p><p>Si gata, simt ca nu mai trebuie sa spun nimic despre aceasta placinta cu unt de arahide. Ce ar mai fi de zis, pana la urma? Unt de arahide \u2013 bun. Placinta \u2013 bun. Trebuie doar sa o incercati si veti vedea.
