Se asambleaza in cateva minute si se coace la 180 de grade C in doar 20 de minute, asa ca este perfecta cand ai pofta de ceva dulce, dar nu vrei sa stai ore intregi in bucatarie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Imi place tare mult sa prepar aceasta tarta de fiecare data cand am pofta de un desert care sa nu fie extrem de dulce, dar care sa-mi satisfaca pofta in acelasi timp. Este o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/placinte-de-post\/\">placinta clasica<\/a> cu care nu dai gres, iar reteta este atat de simpla incat o poate face oricine, chiar si un incepator absolut. Recunosc, eu de data aceasta am folosit afine congelate &#8212; sunt comode pentru ca le ai la indemana tot anul si elibereaza un suc frumos la coacere. Daca le folosesti congelate, nu trebuie sa le decongelezi inainte; le combini direct cu celelalte ingrediente. Amesteca atent, ca sa nu sfarami afinele si sa nu lase prea mult suc inainte de coacere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amidonul de porumb este ingredientul care leaga umplutura: pe masura ce afinele se incing si elibereaza suc, amidonul se hidrateaza si ingroasa zeama, asa ca umplutura nu ramane apoasa. Coaja de lamaie aduce prospetime si scoate in evidenta gustul afinelor, iar zaharul de cocos indulceste bland, fara sa acopere fructele. Este cea mai rapida varianta: intinzi aluatul peste tava, torni umplutura de afine peste el si dai la cuptor. Cu toate astea, va recomand sa incercati sa preparati un aluat de casa; asa veti sti cu siguranta ca aluatul vostru va contine doar ingrediente sanatoase, fara alte prostii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Indiferent de varianta aleasa, coace placinta la 180 de grade C timp de aproximativ 20 de minute. Stii ca este gata cand crusta a prins o culoare aurie, iar umplutura clocoteste usor la margini &#8212; acela este semnul ca amidonul si-a facut treaba si umplutura s-a legat. Daca totusi vrei sa o transformi intr-un desert si mai gurmand, o poti servi calduta alaturi de o lingura de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/inghetata-de-casa-cu-ciocolata-si-unt-de-arahide\/\">inghetata de casa<\/a>. Iar daca vrei sa ramai in zona deserturilor cu afine, arunca o privire si la <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/clafoutis-cu-afine-si-visine\/\">clafoutis cu afine si visine<\/a> sau la <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/biscuiti-cu-afine\/\">biscuitii cu afine<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum o pastrezi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Placinta cu afine se pastreaza foarte bine: dupa ce s-a racit complet, acoper-o si tine-o la frigider 3-4 zile. O poti servi rece direct din frigider sau o incalzesti cateva minute in cuptor ca sa redevina crocanta la crusta. Daca vrei sa faci provizii, placinta coapta se poate si congela &#8212; las-o sa se decongeleze, apoi reincalzeste-o inainte de servire.
