Mi-a fost dor de gatit si scris pe blog. Am avut o super-scurta vacanta de 1 Mai si am dat o fuga pe la mare. Asa am mai luat si eu o pauza de la atata munca, stres si scoala. Am vrut sa va impartasesc reteta asta de tort fara gluten cu vanilie si fructe saptamana trecuta, insa am fost cam lenesa. Mancarea in schimb a fost cam dezastruoasa&#8230;eh, asa e cand esti vegetarian si nu mai mananci nici gluten. Macar am baut mult ca sa compensam nervii facuti prin restaurante :)).<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>P.S. Nu voi fi modesta deloc, tortul a iesit perfect! Va vine sa credeti ca e primul tort cu blat copt pe care il fac?! Pana acum am facut numai torturi raw, cum nu prea sunt eu adepta coptului. Aceasta reteta de tort fara gluten cu vanilie si fructe am facut-o special cu ocazia zilei de nastere a mamei mele si a avut un succes teribil! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Din pacate reteta nu este vegana, deoarece blatul contine oua. Pentru blat am urmat exact reteta de\u00a0<strong><a title=\"chec fara gluten\" href=\"http:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/gluten-free-sweet-bread-chec-fara-gluten\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">chec fara gluten<\/a><\/strong>. Nu prea sunt masterchef cand vine vorba de dulciuri coapte, iar acum ca trebuie sa gatesc fara gluten parca e si mai complicat, asa ca am vrut sa folosesc o reteta testata. Apropo, daca aveti vreo reteta de chec fara gluten si fara oua, testata, va rog spuneti-mi si mie! De asemenea, nu stiu cum sa scap de zaharul din prajiturile coapte. Ce altceva pot sa folosesc? Auzisem de zaharul de curmale, care e super-sanatos, insa nu l-am gasit pe la noi prin magazine. A fost delicioasa! Are un gust dulceag cu aroma de vanilie si lamaie si merge de minune alaturi de fructe proaspete.<\/p><p>Pana acum acest tort fara gluten e preferatul meu! Pe la sfarsitul lunii, de Constantin si Elena, voi mai face o reteta de tort fara gluten pentru Costin, de data asta voi incerca ceva cu ciocolata :).<\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image
