Mai mult, chiftelutele de amaranth sunt extrem de bogate in proteine!&nbsp;<\/i><\/p><p>Nu stiu daca mai tineti minte insa acum cateva saptamani postasem o poza pe <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/GourmandelleLifestyleBlog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>pagina de Facebook<\/strong><\/a>, in care va aratam ce frumos arata chiftelutele de amaranth si fasole pe care tocmai le bagasem la cuptor. Va promisesem si reteta. Reteta mai trebuie sa astepte pentru ca am fost atat de indemanatica incat atunci cand trebuia sa le intorc am scapat tava pe jos. Bineinteles&#8230;conform legilor lui Murphy&#8230;mi s-au rasturnat toate chiftelutele pe jos. Nici nu se intarisera bine inca, le bagasem de putin timp, asa ca a fost un dezastru total. Abia daca am putut sa salvez vreo 3-4, pe care le-am mancat imediat la foamea uriasa pe care o aveam. De data asta l-am combinat cu verzituri si linte rosie. In Grecia Antica era considerata o planta sacra, simbol al vietii vesnice. Incepand cu anii &#8217;70 au fost redescoperite minunatele beneficii pentru sanatate ale amaranthului.<\/p><p>Amaranthul face parte din <strong>categoria super-cerealelor<\/strong> fiind extrem de bogat din punct de vedere nutritiv si avand o <strong>valoare proteica foarte mare<\/strong>. De asemenea este bogat in lizina, fibre, vitamina A, E, B, D, aminoacizi esentiali si minerale precum fierul,magneziul, zincul, si mai ales mangan si calciu.<\/p><p>Printre minunatele proprietati ale amaranthului se numara capacitatea acestuia de a <strong>reduce colesterolul<\/strong>, dar si de a oferi <strong>protectie anti-cancer<\/strong>.<\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img
