Aluatul este aerat si lipicios, se coace 35 de minute la 180C si iese aromat cu stafide aurii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bine v-am regasit! Eu am luat o scurta pauza de la blog, insa revin cu forte proaspete. Mai tineti minte poza de pe Facebook in care apare acest minunat chec fara gluten? Iata reteta! A iesit atat de bun incat m-am gandit ca trebuie sa o impartasesc cu voi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sa stiti ca aceasta a fost de fapt a doua mea incercare. Prima a fost un dezastru total care s-a transformat in pesmet dulce, asta pentru a nu risipi ingredientele. Eu il recomand pentru ca da rezultate predictibile, fara sa fie nevoie sa adaugi separat guma de xanthan sau alte ingrediente exotice. Inca nu am curaj sa imi fac propriile mixuri de faina fara gluten, asa ca pana atunci folosesc in continuare acest mix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ouale<\/strong> sunt cele care dau structura si pufozenie checului. Reteta foloseste 4 oua, iar secretul sta in separarea albusurilor de galbenusuri: albusurile batute spuma incorporeaza aer si compenseaza lipsa glutenului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cacao<\/strong> intra in compozitie doar 1 lingurita, amestecata separat intr-un bol mic cu o lingura din aluat. Atentie: daca adaugi prea multa cacao, checul se lasa la fund, pentru ca aluatul fara gluten este foarte usor si nu sustine ingrediente grele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zaharul pudra<\/strong> &#8212; 1\/2 cana &#8212; se adauga peste galbenusurile batute. Zaharul pudra se incorporeaza mai usor si mai uniform decat cel tos, ceea ce ajuta la o textura fina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Uleiul<\/strong> &#8212; 1\/2 cana &#8212; aduce umiditate si fragezime. Mai pastreaza putin ulei separat pentru a unge tava de chec inainte de a turna compozitia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Stafidele aurii<\/strong> (sau alte fructe uscate) &#8212; 1 lingura &#8212; aduc dulceata naturala si textura. La fel ca la cacao, nu exagera cu cantitatea, altfel aluatul usor nu va mai creste cum trebuie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Praful de copt<\/strong> (1 lingurita), <strong>esenta de vanilie<\/strong> (1\/2 lingurita) si <strong>praful de sare<\/strong> completeaza reteta: praful de copt ajuta cresterea, vanilia da aroma, iar sarea adaugata peste albusuri le stabilizeaza spuma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/Gluten-Free-Sweet-Bread-with-Cocoa-Chec-fara-gluten-cu-cacao-.jpg\" alt=\"Chec fara gluten cu cacao\" title=\"Chec fara gluten cu cacao\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Urmeaza reteta intocmai, mai ales cantitatile. Coptul fara gluten iarta mai putine greseli decat cel clasic, asa ca fii strict cu masuratorile pana prinzi tehnica.<\/li>\n<li>Bate bine albusurile spuma si incorporeaza faina cu miscari usoare, cu spatula, ca sa nu pierzi aerul din compozitie.<\/li>\n<li>Presara faina treptat peste albusuri, nu toata odata, ca sa se incorporeze uniform.<\/li>\n<li>Nu adauga mai multa cacao sau fructe uscate decat indica reteta. Aluatul este extrem de usor si aerat, iar ingredientele grele il fac sa se lase la fund.<\/li>\n<li>Verifica checul cu o scobitoare la finalul celor 35 de minute: daca iese curata, este gata.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Substitutii si variatii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fructe uscate<\/strong> &#8212; in loc de stafide aurii poti folosi merisoare, caise uscate taiate marunt sau bucatele de smochine. Pastreaza aceeasi cantitate de 1 lingura.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aroma<\/strong> &#8212; inlocuieste esenta de vanilie cu coaja rasa de portocala sau lamaie pentru o nota citrica.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mix de faina<\/strong> &#8212; daca nu gasesti Schar Mix C Patisserie, foloseste alt mix de faina fara gluten destinat patiseriei, dar verifica daca contine deja agent de legare, altfel rezultatul difera.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mai mult cacao<\/strong> &#8212; pentru un chec mai inchis la culoare, poti dubla cacaoua in stratul separat, dar fii constient ca checul se va lasa mai mult la fund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/Gluten-Free-Sweet-Bread-with-Cocoa-Chec-fara-gluten-cu-cacao-fructe-uscate.jpg\" alt=\"Chec fara gluten cu cacao fructe uscate\" style=\"width:899px;height:auto\" title=\"Chec fara gluten cu cacao fructe uscate\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Checul fara gluten cu cacao se pastreaza la temperatura camerei, intr-un recipient inchis sau acoperit cu folie, 2-3 zile. Pentru o pastrare mai lunga il poti tine la frigider pana la 5 zile sau il poti congela, taiat felii, pana la o luna. Lasa feliile sa ajunga la temperatura camerei inainte de servire pentru a-si recapata pufozenia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti place coptul fara gluten, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tort-fara-gluten-vanilie-fructe\/\">tortul fara gluten cu vanilie si fructe<\/a> sau, pentru o varianta cu ciocolata, <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tort-fara-gluten-cu-ciocolata-fructe\/\">tortul fara gluten cu ciocolata si fructe<\/a>. Iar daca vrei ceva sarat, ai un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chec-fara-gluten-cu-masline-pesto\/\">chec fara gluten cu masline si pesto<\/a> care merge perfect ca aperitiv.<\/p>\n\n\n<div
