Se fac din naut fiert, mixat pasta si combinat cu patrunjel, leurda si ceapa verde, apoi prajite scurt pana se rumenesc. Sunt perfecte servite langa o salata verde sau o garnitura si raman fragede pe interior, crocante pe exterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ca de obicei, si aceste chiftelute de naut se fac extrem de simplu! Sursa mea de inspiratie a fost reteta de falafel vegan, care a avut un succes imens, asa ca am vrut o varianta cu mai multe verdeturi si cu o nota de tahini. Verdeturile fac diferenta aici: patrunjelul si ceapa verde aduc prospetime, iar leurda da o aroma usor de usturoi care, daca nu este sezon, se poate inlocui cu spanac tanar plus un catel de usturoi. Maslinele negre feliate aduc un plus sarat-savuros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru legare ai doua optiuni: un ou sau 2 linguri de tarate de psyllium daca vrei varianta complet vegetala. Fulgii de drojdie inactiva dau o nota fina, branzoasa, iar faina de naut (sau pesmet) ajuta compozitia sa fie usor de modelat. Tahini-ul leaga si parfumeaza, iar boiaua dulce, sarea si piperul rotunjesc totul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum le faci pas cu pas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mixeaza nautul fiert in robotul de bucatarie pana devine pasta. Daca folosesti un blender normal, adauga nautul putin cate putin si mixeaza in etape, ca sa nu se blocheze. Muta pasta intr-un bol mai mare si adauga toate celelalte ingrediente, mai putin uleiul de prajit, apoi amesteca bine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Compozitia trebuie sa fie usor de modelat. Daca ti se pare prea umeda, mai adauga faina de naut sau pesmet, lingura cu lingura, pana se leaga. Incinge putin ulei intr-o tigaie antiaderenta mai mare, modeleaza chiftelutele si prajeste-le cate 2 minute pe fiecare parte, pana se rumenesc frumos. Nautul mixat pasta ofera structura, dar are nevoie de un element care sa il tina laolalta &#8212; ovul sau psylliumul absorb excesul de lichid si formeaza o legatura elastica la prajit, iar faina de naut completeaza acest rol. De aceea pasul de a ajusta consistenta inainte de modelat este cheia: o compozitie prea umeda se desface in tigaie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prajirea scurta, pe foc mediu, formeaza o crusta aurie care sigileaza interiorul si pastreaza chiftelutele fragede. Daca le misti prea devreme, nu apuca sa se prinda crusta, asa ca rabda cele 2 minute pe fiecare parte inainte sa le intorci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cu ce le servesti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aceste chiftelute de naut merg de minune alaturi de o garnitura simpla sau o salata verde. Imi plac mult cu un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/humus-dietetic\/\">humus dietetic<\/a> alaturi pentru un platou de tip mezze, sau intr-o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-spanac\/\">salata de spanac<\/a> ca masa usoara. Compozitia cruda se poate tine si ea o zi la rece, deci poti modela si praji la nevoie. Pentru congelare, aseaza-le pe o tava si congeleaza-le intai separat, apoi muta-le intr-o punga, ca sa nu se lipeasca intre ele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca esti la inceput cu chiftelutele vegetariene, ai grija mereu la liant si la consistenta &#8212; gasesti mai multe sfaturi in <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/ghidul-burgerului-vegetarian-perfect-cum-sa-prepari-chiftelute-vegetariene\/\">ghidul chiftelutelor si burgerilor vegetarieni<\/a>. Iar daca prinzi drag de ele, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chiftelute-de-naut-falafel\/\">chiftelutele de naut tip falafel<\/a> sau o varianta cu legume, cum sunt <a
