Mi s-a parut atat de buna ideea incat am vrut sa o adaptez dupa gustul meu. In loc de praz am folosit ceapa verde &#8212; fac parte din aceeasi familie si, in plus, e cam greu sa gasesti praz tanar prin pietele noastre. Am eliminat untul si am pus ulei de masline, iar pentru un plus de savoare am adaugat za&#8217;atar si masline. Mie oricum imi place ceapa, sub orice forma, si este practic nelipsita in mancarurile pe care le pregatesc, asa ca eram convinsa ca o sa imi placa si garnitura asta. Atat de mult mi-a placut incat am mancat-o si seara, si a doua zi la pranz!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientele si cum sa le alegi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reteta sta in picioare pe cateva ingrediente de baza, asa ca alegerea lor conteaza. Iata la ce sa fii atenta:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Ceapa verde (20 de fire)<\/strong> &#8212; cauta fire ferme, drepte, cu partea alba bine dezvoltata si frunzele de un verde viu, nu ofilite. Partea alba este cea care se caramelizeaza cel mai frumos la cuptor.<\/li><li><strong>Ulei de masline extra-virgin (2 linguri)<\/strong> &#8212; el inlocuieste untul din reteta originala si da gust si rumenire. Un ulei de calitate face diferenta intr-un fel cu atat de putine ingrediente.<\/li><li><strong>Za&#8217;atar (1 lingura)<\/strong> &#8212; amestecul de plante uscate (de obicei cimbru, sumac, susan) este vedeta retetei. Auzisem de el insa nu il incercasem pana atunci, iar acum imi vine sa il adaug in orice mancare fac.<\/li><li><strong>Masline (2 linguri)<\/strong> &#8212; aleg masline carnoase, cu gust pronuntat; ele aduc sarea si nota mediteraneana.<\/li><li><strong>Sare de mare (1\/2 lingurita) si suc de la 1\/2 lamaie<\/strong> &#8212; sarea pentru echilibru, iar lamaia stropita la final pentru prospetime si aciditate.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pasii cheie pentru o rumenire reusita<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Partea de pregatire nu dureaza mai mult de 5 minute. Curata ceapa verde si arunca frunzele ofilite, apoi unge o tava cu putin ulei de masline si aseaza firele de preferat intr-un singur strat, cel mult doua. Stropeste-le cu uleiul de masline, presara za&#8217;atar si sare de mare deasupra si da tava la cuptor la 180 C pentru 15-20 de minute. Cel mai important truc: distribuie ceapa intr-un strat subtire, ca sa se rumeneasca uniform, nu sa se aburesca unele in altele. Stratul subtire ajuta umezeala sa se evapore, ca firele sa se rumeneasca in loc sa fierba in propriul lor suc. Za&#8217;atarul, presarat inainte de coacere, isi elibereaza uleiurile aromate la cald si se prinde de ceapa unsa cu ulei, iar stropul de lamaie de la final taie din bogatie si readuce prospetimea. Asa, cu doar cateva ingrediente, obtii un echilibru complet intre dulce, sarat, aromat si acru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cu ce o servesti si cum o pastrezi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eu am mancat-o alaturi de mamaliguta si o mancare de ciuperci pleurotus si a fost delicioasa, dar merge ca garnitura calda langa aproape orice fel principal. Daca tot esti pe val mediteranean, o asezi langa <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/fasole-batuta-cu-masline-kalamata\/\">fasolea batuta cu masline Kalamata<\/a> sau o transformi intr-un mic platou de aperitive alaturi de niste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chiftelute-de-linte-cu-masline-si-verdeturi\/\">chiftelute de linte cu masline si verdeturi<\/a>. Daca ti-a placut combinatia de ceapa verde, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-crema-de-ceapa-verde\/\">supa crema de ceapa verde<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/mancare-de-praz-cu-masline\/\">mancarea de praz cu masline<\/a>, care merge in aceeasi familie de gusturi.
