Este racoritor, satios si numai bun pentru un mic dejun rapid sau o gustare de dupa-amiaza. Ei bine, la raionul de congelate din hypermarket &#8212; taiate in jumatate, cu samburii deja scosi. M-am bucurat tare cand le-am vazut, asa ca m-am mai aprovizionat si cu un mix de fructe de padure (spre suparara mea, catina congelata nu mai aveau). Asa ca, daca nu suntem in plin sezon de caise, congelatele sunt salvarea &#8212; si in plus iti dau un smoothie rece, fara sa mai fie nevoie de gheata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientele si de ce conteaza fiecare<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lista e scurta, dar fiecare ingredient are rolul lui. <strong>Bananele<\/strong> sunt baza cremoasa si indulcitorul natural &#8212; cu cat sunt mai coapte (cu cojita patata), cu atat smoothie-ul iese mai dulce, fara sa adaugi zahar. <strong>Caisele<\/strong> aduc prospetimea si nota usor acrisoara care echilibreaza dulceata bananei; eu folosesc caise congelate, dar in sezon merg de minune si cele proaspete, coapte si parfumate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Semintele de in aurii<\/strong> ingroasa smoothie-ul si il fac mai satios; daca le ai macinate, se incorporeaza si mai bine si nu mai simti deloc textura. <strong>Polenul<\/strong> e optional, dar recomandat &#8212; da o aroma florala fina si un plus de vitamine. <strong>Apa<\/strong> regleaza consistenta: pui mai putina pentru un smoothie gros, ca de bol, sau mai multa pentru o bautura mai fluida. <strong>Cuburile de gheata<\/strong> le adaugi doar daca folosesti fructe proaspete, neracite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum iese de fiecare data cremos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Secretul unui smoothie catifelat, fara cocoloase, este ordinea si rabdarea la mixat. Pune mai intai lichidul (apa) la baza blenderului, apoi fructele si semintele &#8212; asa lamele prind imediat ceva de invartit si nu se blocheaza in fructele congelate. Mixeaza in reprize scurte la inceput, apoi tine apasat pana cand totul devine omogen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca folosesti fructe congelate, blenderul are nevoie de putin mai mult timp; nu te grabi sa adaugi apa imediat, ci lasa-l sa lucreze cateva secunde in plus. Reglezi consistenta la final: prea gros, mai pui un strop de apa; prea subtire, mai adaugi o jumatate de banana. Daca vrei sa-l iei la pachet, toarna-l intr-un borcan cu capac, umple-l pana sus (cat mai putin aer) si tine-l la frigider; il bei in aceeasi zi, dupa ce il agiti bine, pentru ca semintele de in tind sa se aseze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru zilele aglomerate, pregateste-ti din timp portii de fructe congelate: pune intr-o pungita 6 caise si 2 banane feliate, iar dimineata le arunci direct in blender cu apa si semintele. Asa ai un mic dejun gata in cateva minute, fara batai de cap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca incerci smoothie-ul de caise si banane, spune-mi cum ti-a iesit &#8212; l-ai facut mai gros, ca de bol, sau ai pus si polen?
