Astazi am pregatit un<strong> smoothie de caise si banane<\/strong>, simplu, aromat si delicios! Poate o sa va intrebati unde am gasit eu caise in perioada asta!? Ei bine, \u00a0la raionul de congelate din hypermarket. Am fost asa fericita cand le-am vazut! Sunt jur de 12ron\/kg, taiate in jumatate si cu samburii scosi.
