Dar! Daca veti folosi reteta mea de mai jos, veti obtine un humus extrem de cremos si aromat de fiecare data. Aceasta este o promisiune! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Humusul este un aperitiv de baza ce contine foarte putine ingrediente, ceea ce inseamna ca fiecare element este foarte important. Fiecare ingredient are o foarte mare importanta intr-un humus bun! Si, de-a lungul timpului, am descoperit cate trucuri foarte bune care ma ajuta sa obtin un humus perfect de fiecare data. Iar astazi voi impartasi toate aceste secrete cu voi! Cine are timp de asa ceva?! Desi alte persoane ofera acest sfat si l-am testat si eu de mai multe ori, mi-am dat seama ca doar consuma timp fara niciun rezultat notabil.<\/p><p>Ce puteti face in schimb? Simplu: trucul este sa mai fierbeti boabele de naut din conserva (care sunt deja fierte) pentru inca 15 minute intr-o cratita. Atat de simplu!<\/p><p>Si da, eu folosesc naut la conserva atunci cand fac humus. Nu este nimic in neregula cu nautul la conserva, trebuie doar sa cititi eticheta si sa va asigurati ca acesta contine doar boabe fierte de naut, apa si sare. Nicio grija, caci reteta de mai jos contine toate cantitatile de care aveti nevoie. De exemplu, eu adaug aprox. 150g de tahini pentru 800g de naut, uneori si mai mult, in jur de 200g. Recomand fie tahiniul de la Lidl, care e si ieftin si bun, sau cel de la Darinne pe care il folosesc cel mai des.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Inca un sfat foarte important: nu adaugati pasta de tahini de la inceput! Prima oara trebuie sa blenduiti nautul timp de 5 minute si abia dupa acest pas puteti adauga tahiniul. De ce? Pentru ca mixarea excesiva a tahiniului ii poate da, uneori, un gust amar. Deci, daca il adaugati de la inceput in robotul de bucatarie, inseamna ca il mixati timp de 10 minute intregi, ceea ce este prea mult. Stiu ca majoritatea retetelor de pe net mentioneaza sa adaugam ulei de masline cand mixam restul ingredientelor, dar eu nu fac asta. Il adaug doar la final, deasupra, cand humusul este gata asezat in castron. Credeti-ma, functioneaza de minune asa!<\/p><p>Am descoperit de curand un ulei de masline premium de la Mega Image, cel cu eticheta albastra si cu aciditate 0,3% (scrie chiar pe eticheta). Are un pret bun si il recomand. E foarte aromat.&nbsp;<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">CUBURI DE GHEATA<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>De ce folosesc gheata in reteta? Buna intrebare! Cuburile de gheata &#8220;ajuta&#8221; nautul abia fiert sa se raceasca mai repede. Am descoperit trucul asta intr-un Reels mai demult si am zis sa il incerc. Chiar este util!<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ROBOT DE BUCATARIE VS BLENDER<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>Eu prepar humusul in robotul de bucatarie. Am un robot Philips care isi face treaba excelent, il recomand. Daca folositi blender, o sa fie putin mai complicat procesul deoarece trebuie sa blenduiti cantitati mici. Cu cat procesati mai mult, cu atat humusul va iesi mai fin!<\/p><p>Acestea au fost toate trucurile mele pentru un humus simplu, perfect de fiecare data.<\/p><p>Reteta de mai jos este o reteta de baza pentru humus simplu. Adauga putina sare. Mai adauga treptat din lichidul de la conserva de naut, astfel incat sa ajungi la o textura cremoasa, fina.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-174157-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Eu nu adaug uleiul de masline in robot, ci prefer sa stropesc din belsug humusul pe deasupra.
