Aceasta este reteta de baza, clasica, gata in aproximativ 20 de minute. Secretul unei texturi extra-cremoase nu este cojirea boabelor, ci fierberea suplimentara a nautului si mixarea indelungata in robotul de bucatarie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sunt absolut indragostita de humus! As putea sa-l mananc la micul dejun, pranz, cina si gustare, toate in aceeasi zi. Desi am impartasit cu voi multe retete de humus de-a lungul timpului, aceasta varianta simpla, clasica si care nu da gres niciodata ramane preferata mea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Humusul este un aperitiv de baza ce contine foarte putine ingrediente, ceea ce inseamna ca fiecare element conteaza enorm. Folosesc 2 conserve de naut (cate 400g fiecare), scurse, dar pastrez lichidul dintr-una din conserve intr-o cana, pentru ca il voi folosi la reglarea texturii. Nu este nevoie sa cojesti pielitele de pe <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-naut\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">boabele de naut<\/a><\/strong> &#8212; consuma mult timp fara un rezultat notabil. Trucul este sa mai fierbi nautul deja fiert inca 15 minute, ca sa devina foarte moale. Citeste eticheta si alege un produs care contine doar naut, apa si sare (acidul ascorbic, adica vitamina C, este perfect ok).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tahini (pasta de susan)<\/strong> da humusului cremozitatea si gustul caracteristic. Folosesc 150g de tahini la cele 2 conserve de naut. Recomand tahiniul de la Lidl, ieftin si bun, sau cel de la Darinne, pe care il folosesc cel mai des. Sfat important: nu il adauga de la inceput, ci doar dupa ce ai mixat nautul 5 minute, ca sa nu capete un gust amarui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Usturoiul<\/strong> da nota aromata clasica a humusului libanez. Folosesc 2-3 catei de usturoi, dar cantitatea o reglezi dupa preferinta &#8212; un catel pentru un gust discret, mai mult daca iti place mai intens. Se adauga in robot de la inceput, impreuna cu nautul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sucul de lamaie<\/strong> aduce prospetimea si echilibreaza gustul plin al tahiniului. Folosesc sucul stors de la o jumatate de lamaie, adaugat tot la inceput, impreuna cu nautul, usturoiul si cuburile de gheata. Foloseste lamaie proaspat stoarsa pentru cea mai buna aroma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cuburile de gheata<\/strong> sunt trucul care ajuta nautul abia fiert sa se raceasca mai repede in timpul mixarii si contribuie la textura aerata, cremoasa. Folosesc 3 cuburi de gheata, adaugate in robot impreuna cu nautul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sarea si chimionul<\/strong> regleaza gustul final. Sarea o adaugi dupa gust, treptat, in timpul mixarii. Chimionul macinat este optional; daca il folosesti, pune doar putin, fiindca este foarte aromat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Uleiul de masline extravirgin<\/strong> nu il adaug atunci cand mixez celelalte ingrediente, ci doar la final, deasupra, cand humusul este deja asezat in castron. Asa se pastreaza mai bine in frigider, prevenind uscarea. Rezultatul este la fel de cremos, doar ca timpul de preparare creste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Toppinguri si arome.<\/strong> Pe langa uleiul de masline, care este obligatoriu, poti adauga deasupra condimente, seminte prajite sau boabe de naut prajite. Stropeste un strat de ulei de masline deasupra inainte de a-l pune la rece, ca sa previi uscarea suprafetei. Daca s-a ingrosat, il poti subtia cu putina apa rece sau cu inca putin lichid de la conserva si il amesteci bine inainte de servire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este o reteta perfecta de pregatit in avans: il faci dimineata si il ai gata pentru toata ziua. Il poti servi ca aperitiv alaturi de lipie rumenita in cuptor, langa crackers sau sticksuri de legume. Daca esti la fel de fan ca mine, incearca-l si in <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/paste-cremoase-cu-hummus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">paste cremoase cu humus<\/a> &#8212; este delicios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca vrei sa explorezi si alte variante, arunca o privire la <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/humus-cu-dovleac\/\"
