Ghimbirul ii da o caldura usor picanta, iar sucul de lamaie o invioreaza. Se poate face vegana sau vegetariana, fiind perfecta pentru sezonul rece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In caz ca nu stiati, eu sunt absolut innebunita dupa trei feluri de retete: chiftelute vegetariene, hummus si supe crema! As putea sa le mananc in fiecare zi. Mereu experimentez combinatii noi de ingrediente, mai ales la supele crema, ca sa nu ma plictisesc cu aceleasi gusturi. Asa s-a nascut si reteta asta: am luat clasica supa crema de morcovi si cartofi si i-am adaugat un singur ingredient care a scos-o complet din anonimat &#8212; ghimbir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cu un singur ingredient in plus, supa banala de morcovi s-a transformat intr-o explozie de gust. Va va incalzi instantaneu si va va binedispune. Alege morcovi fermi, grei in mana si cu coaja neteda, fara crapaturi sau pete moi. Morcovii mai mici si mai subtiri sunt de obicei mai dulci si mai putin lemnosi la mijloc decat cei foarte grosi. Feliaza-i marunt ca sa fiarba uniform si in acelasi timp cu cartofii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cartofi<\/strong> &#8212; au un rol pe care multi il subestimeaza: ei sunt cei care dau cremozitatea supei. Amidonul din cartof se elibereaza la fierbere si la pasare, asa ca supa iese fina si densa fara nicio adaugare de smantana sau faina. Foloseste cartofi cu continut mai mare de amidon (cartofii albi, fainosi), nu cei cerosi de salata, si taie-i cubulete egale ca sa fiarba complet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ceapa<\/strong> &#8212; aici se construieste baza de gust a supei. Taiata in sferturi si fiarta odata cu legumele, ceapa se inmoaie complet si se paseaza fara probleme, lasand in urma o dulceata discreta. Alege o ceapa tare, cu foile exterioare uscate si fara colturi inmuiate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ghimbir<\/strong> &#8212; ingredientul-vedeta, cel care scoate supa din anonimat. Cauta o bucata ferma, grea, cu coaja lucioasa si intinsa; daca e zbarcita sau moale, e veche si si-a pierdut din aroma. Curata coaja subtire cu marginea unei lingurite (e mai usor decat cu cutitul si pierzi mai putin) si da-l pe razatoarea mica, ca sa se distribuie uniform in supa. Daca nu ai proaspat, mergi pe o lingurita de ghimbir uscat &#8212; mai discret, dar functioneaza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ulei de masline<\/strong> &#8212; adaugat la final, dupa ce ai oprit focul, ca sa pastreze aroma. Foloseste un ulei extravirgin bun; cele doua linguri se simt in supa si ii dau rotunjime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Suc de lamaie<\/strong> &#8212; acidul proaspat este ce echilibreaza dulceata morcovilor si caldura ghimbirului. Stoarce lamaie proaspata, nu din sticla, si adauga-l la final, ca aroma sa ramana vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Piper alb<\/strong> &#8212; l-am ales special, nu cel negru, ca sa nu apara puncte inchise in supa portocalie si fina. Da o picanteala discreta, fara sa schimbe culoarea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Iaurt sau smantana (optional)<\/strong> &#8212; o lingura adaugata la servire da o nota cremoasa si racoroasa, in contrast cu caldura ghimbirului. Daca vrei supa vegana de post, sari peste sau foloseste o alternativa vegetala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pune apa doar cat sa acopere legumele.<\/strong> Greseala clasica e sa torni prea multa apa de la inceput &#8212; atunci supa iese apoasa si fara gust. Acoperi legumele exact, fierbi, si abia la final, dupa pasare, reglezi consistenta adaugand apa treptat. Asa controlezi cat de densa sau cat de fluida iese.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Verifica daca legumele sunt fierte inainte de a pasa.<\/strong> Stii ca sunt gata cand furculita intra usor in cartof si in morcov, fara rezistenta. Daca pasezi legume insuficient fierte, raman bucatele si supa nu mai iese matasoasa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adauga ghimbirul, uleiul si lamaia spre final.<\/strong> Ghimbirul intra dupa ce legumele au fiert, iar uleiul de masline si sucul de lamaie abia dupa ce ai oprit focul. Caldura prelungita le toceste aroma, asa ca le pastrezi vii adaugandu-le tarziu.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Doza de ghimbir conteaza.<\/strong> O bucata de 2-3 cm da o caldura placuta; daca pui mai mult, devine intepator. Gusta dupa pasare si, daca vrei mai blanda, mai adaugi apa; daca vrei mai cu caracter, mai razi putin ghimbir proaspat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pentru cea mai fina textura, paseaza supa cald si fara graba.<\/strong> Cu blenderul vertical, plimba-l prin toata oala pana nu mai simti niciun cocolos. Ramane la fel de cremoasa, datorita cartofului.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mai cremoasa:<\/strong> in loc de iaurt, adauga la servire o lingura de lapte de cocos sau o alternativa vegetala de smantana. Da o rotunjime placuta si pastreaza supa vegana.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ghimbir uscat in loc de proaspat:<\/strong> daca nu ai ghimbir proaspat, foloseste o lingurita de ghimbir uscat. Aroma e mai discreta, asa ca gusta si ajusteaza.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Joaca-te cu aromele:<\/strong> eu mereu experimentez combinatii noi la supele crema, ca sa nu ma plictisesc. O incalzesti la foc mic, amestecand, si daca s-a ingrosat peste noapte (cartoful continua sa lege), o subtiezi cu putina apa pana revine la consistenta dorita. Adauga iaurtul sau smantana abia la servire, nu la incalzire, ca sa nu se branzeasca. Se congeleaza bine pana la 2-3 luni; o lasi sa se dezghete in frigider si o reamesteci dupa incalzire, pentru ca textura se poate separa usor la congelare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac supele crema rapide si reconfortante, ca mine, mai incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-crema-de-cartofi-dulci-ghimbir\/\">supa crema de cartofi dulci cu ghimbir<\/a>, in aceeasi nota calda si usor picanta, sau o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-crema-de-linte-rosie\/\">supa crema de linte rosie<\/a> cand vrei ceva mai consistent. Pentru zilele in care vrei doar legume fine si simple, merge perfect si o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-crema-de-broccoli\/\">supa crema de broccoli<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
